They mis sell their product and when you buy their services ECS starts and then you realize that they keep deduct the ECS without giving you the services. They dont take your request to stop the ECS and every month you have to pay without getting any service. I dont know how they are in the market.

I have refrigerated my business with justdail through Shreyas and Dhruv. Where they promised a lot of things and after payment deduction I didn’t receive lead for few months and when I was seeking help they started ignoring my calls! I called concerned team of justdail where I had to give the notice of 3 months and still my money is getting debited! It’s the worst app and money making schemes! Kindly do not upgrade your business into justdail! Would be the worst decision ever

I have taken package of all India listing. I paid advance 2 Emi's (Rs 4401) on 28th dec 2023, The JD person told me your service will be activated immediately after auto deposit of 1st EMI which was E nach mandated on the same day (immediate after 2 advance EMI) The amount deducted from my account but the JD messaged, and emailed me that my 1st EMI was bounced. And my service was stopped, I given them proof of deduction of EMI then they said it was technical issue wait. Then I am following them to activate the service, the JD customer care and personal very ignorance, if anyone wants proof of cheating by just dial pl call or WhatsApp me+91 9970595315

I am suggesting, pls make video recording all ur conversations with just dial executives when they come to ur place for selling their scheme. It’s fraud company and they have modus operandy to cheat u . I found they are train to make cheating while taking consent of ur’s while taking money. Pls ask to show written contract and pls go through contract and if u feel ok then only give consent to start their emi scheme. But in my opinion pls stay away from these fraud company. All things pls make video recording. Because their help line people’s are also train for it, how to deal with the customers who got cheated by them.

I registered with justdial under the EMI scheme. Before activating the EMI, The sales person told to pay approx 5.5k around 3 months payments which will not returned but the services for the same will initiate once I wish to discontinue with EMI. I got useless leads for the contract period, the EMI kept hitting every month passively around ₹1700/- per month. I paid EMI for 12 months then decided to discontinue with the services. I had tough time to opt out of the plan. The justdial executive misguided me the steps to opt out. Finally I found it deep in the website and I opted out. But the EMI kept hitting, on talking to justdial executive they told me the EMI would for 3 months then the services for 3 months advance payment made on very first day will be provided. So I was compelled to stay in the contract for 6 additional months after opting out of the scheme. The leads provided were from far places, all useless.

Don't understand how the are surviving in this compitive environment. Thank God I was able to know about this company before I paid them.

They can promise you anything on phone, and anything means anything. But please don't go by their words. Just ask them to give in writing what they are promising and for sure you would know what they are really offering and real price of their services. NEVER PAY BEFORE WRITTEN AGREEMENT. Ask for agreement and performa invoice before you pay. I could have attached audio calls but that's not possible here, (I could only attach pictures here) and when I asked to send e-mail they just changed everything. Customer like me, who has little knowledge about technical services they are offering, they can easily cheat them. So just beware.

PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR PAID LISTING IN JUST DAIL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY THROGH ECs, THEY HAVE CHEATED US TOO, when we ask to stop for the service they ask 3 months notice period, after 3 months of notice period still they are clearing ECs from bank without informing us please avoid putting paid ads in Justdial. .

Very poor service,

Very poor management

Theft / stealing my hard earned money forcefully from me even after telling them to stop my services in 3 months only. And now it's been more than two years. 9021522092 here my number. No customer support. Everyone has been playing football with me. When they wanted the new subscription they were calling day and night everyday.... And as it was done they disappeared.

In July 2021 my request to stop ECS was rejected now 8 was informed nor i had received any message , since then they are taking money of RS. 586 from my account without my permission and consent, after telling them to stop my services. The most important, when I called at Chandigarh branch they tell me there is no floor manager, i spoke with Priyanka ma'am I have call recording and all calls before that as well. Se said manager will be available only after 4pm. Ms Ruchi is the managers name she mentioned. I just wanted to understand if I requested to stop service, and it got rejected, is it not your responsibility to inform me and then take my consent before you take money from my account. At the time of subscription mr. Rahul was on job. Mr. Singh his manager spoke with me 3 times a day, and now no manager is available in branch. It's shocking.

If I talk about leads the were never genuine in starting of 3 month, that's the reason I requested to stop my services of ECS

I was running Chicken Centre, Just Dial Executive Mr. Akhilesh asked me to take subscription to get leads from Just Dial and also said if it doesn't work then I can close the contract right away, For subscription they took 3 months payment in advance and started the services, I observed 1st month there were no valid leads, no business from single lead, informed the just dial many a time about the same, but all executives are saying the same thing that I have done changes please check for few days, it has been 2 months that I did not get single valid lead, then I asked them to close the contract, they said it cannot be closed, we have to serve notice for 90 days till that they will keep hitting the ecs, after few days because of loss I shut down the business and inform the same to Just Dial, the executive said we will do verification, if it's closed then we will close the contract right away, I closed the business then to in verification they mentioned it's functioning, I asked for the picture as a proof, but they are saying we don't take photos just do verification, and now they are exceeding my notice period till February 2024, they are not earning money they just want to steal my money for no reason, This company is fraud, just take signature on multiple papers so that they can do any kind of harrasment legally. This has to stop. Don't take any paid service from Just Dial they are fraud, they don't stop contract no matter what.

My listing as an Independent Financial Advisor in 2008 drew a lot of fake calls. Instead of giving me leads of prospective insurance clients, the insurance companies started approaching me for becoming their agent. I realised my mistake and asked for refund which JD refused. So much for their tall claims and promises. Ever since 2009 till this day they kept on calling me for subscription renewal, even after asking them to lay off.

This is to bring to light the frequest calls by Just dial call center team, they keep calling frequently even after politely telling them that there is no interest in posting ad with the company. At times the Call center staff is aggresive, unprofessional and they do not know how to converse with people. Wish govt comes up with some law banning these firms to relieve people from the harrassment.

I am registered with just dial since year 2018. As a worst experience their customer executive has done big fraudulent activities with me name Miss. Bijoyeeta Das , she charged from me 11000/ rupees in the name of my yearly renewal but she in place of renewal sold me their other useless scheme fraudulently which was out of my awareness.

Besides this just dial do not give convertible leads for business growth, and also they do not refund any money of clients which goes into loss due to their own visible fault .

Moreover just dial has increased their yearly renewal charges 5 times more within a year which totally not considerable when their services has not any changes in our business growth.
