Just dial doing fraud with us first company sold ther service with saying that we are giving service for one month with two month advance now within one month services has stopped and company saying now you ve to pay more then 2 months advanced amount will be adjusted

We have taken the service of your company which is very useless, Justdail cheated us by giving wrong commitment, now no one is answering our phone. Call customer service and they will put you on hold and forget about it. Company official Praveen Gautam had talked about a trial of 2 months. Said 1 month ago, we don't want your bad service, we were not told about ECS. Then last month on January 27, ECS was cut. This time the cut in ECS was made 10 days ago on 18th February. When we asked Praveen Gautam to shut down the service in the first week of February, why was ECS not shut down? I have already taken your service twice and was facing the same problem. Your executives make false promises to customers and then stop returning calls, which has made us lose trust in your company. Now I don't want its service. All my money should be returned to me and my ECS should be frozen. Action should be taken against your company official

so that he cannot cheat anyone else by lying and misleading the customer.

Please do not buy just dial service even by mistake, once you give access to your account they will start looting, its one way. Legally scaming people without any fear. There should be some strict action againest this company and Govt should shut down this company. This is clearly white collar scam and no fear about leagal conflicts from users.

Once we tacken ecs enquiry not came nearest send more then 50 km but amount is didect every month incase cal jd costemar care pls wait connect telling same like that , but we cald 200 times didn't respond but amount didect every day 290 blady blasters , friends du not by just dile cantract

I took transport service with the help of just dial and that transport is a Fraud one it's number is still showing VRL logistics as watsapp dp because he knows Justdial cant catch him. He took aRs, 30000 as advance to create LR and switched off his mobile. When I raised complaint with just simply said the mobile number is not registered and said you can do what ever you want. That's the condition with Justdial complaint team so please stop using Justdial.

They take money ?? and at false commitment and after that company does not have any kind of marketing plan there is no reward from sales person and not from company at the time of payment they agree everything and after that they denies and not answer your call In one year plan they just do wrong commitment after they don't reply your msg or call..

Please nobody take this just dial service because this is not worth for our money simply I last my money of rupees 25000 by taking the just dial service I did not earn a single rupee by using this just dial so please nobody should purchase this just dial service because it's a waste it show only who will search in Google that will the that phone number will show but they are all simply search not purchase any items so nobody can purchase this just dial I have very worst experience and I last my money 25000 simply nobody should take any proper action about our concern so please do not take any paid version for your future business Vikas there is

Its waste of money

In a year prior I used of banner to flash the clinic name I myself never saw it flashing ever on there page , forget about others, after constant complaint kept assuring me it's showing

Second year promise to provide me with leads

Either leads from different cities, or patients going to other doctor who is looking for address, false lead

Shame on the organisation..

Fooling people

There manager started following just few days prior renewal.

I have better visibility on my Google then Justdial..

Our work is not going on, due to some problem someone has called me, the justdial people have told me that I am not working, they can block the account but till now my money is not being withdrawn from the account or for next 3 months. He is asking to be killed, he is feeling as if he has made a big mistake and has been judged, it is true Gundagiri when he has come to sir sir.

I registered for JD paid services but didn’t get any lead, even didn’t get any notifications. I informed many times but nobody resolved this problem. I discontinued the services and asked to refund my advance payment but till date no response and not willing to refund my money. No professionalism and no ethics.

They took details of my business from google maps, and created my account without my consent. And told me that you created this account and you are getting leads. The details were not properly updated, they just took my business name and phone number and created account.

I already know how justdial works, so Not Intereseted in it.

All bogus leads provided. Can’t stop their pathetic service as it’s a minimum contract if 1 year. Every month I feel I’m giving away money for charity to these beggars who have absolutely no shame in scamming struggling business owners looking to improve their sales. The marketing team keeps following up till u sign the contract and the same people stop responding once it’s done. To all business owners look for other mediums of marketing. Avoid Just Dial at all cost.
