Ixigo train ticket travel guarantee is totally fraud and scam ..I had booked train tickets fare 7700 and applied travel guarantee that does. Not get confirmed and they had refund me 4600 only excluding 3100 of travel guarantee and given me coupon that applied for booking next ticket which also not get confirmed ..now I had lost my 3000 rupees my travel guarantee coupon is also lost and my train tickets are also not get confirmed ..the support agent had said no amount will be refunded these all are fraudsters I had lost my 3100 rupees in this scam..

Don't get caught in ixigo's false promise.

They just loot your money under travel guarantee.

Money refund will not be there. So save your money from such fraudster.

I got a ticket in 1285 and paid travel gurentee 649, paymeng gateway etc chargea in toyal 2042. And i got RAC ticket while chart prepared..better if i give 700 yo TC he cud confirm rac ticket. while coming back my WL didnt clear and i hot only 1285 that i wud get without ixigo also due to non clearance of waitng. Hence they have looted in single journey 1200 rupees without doing anything. Dont be fooled by ixigo. Never use travel gurentee. they said thy gv 3x or 2x that is in the coupon form and to be consumed within one week. will u get reservation in one week and for ixigo will u make anothe. seewhat system not accepting rating less than 3 for ixigo..yotal scam.

IXIGO Don't get fooled by 3x return, you will fall prey they don't return they return in form of voucher and that too not beyond 6000 they say they have cap, so if three passenger travelling and it cost you 8600 they will just give you 6K, also it needs to be used within 7 days, can not be transferable, also can be used only for bus, train and flight andno hotels, can not be utilised untill the voucher limit is fully used so if you use 100rs full 6k is gone only one time usage, smartly they put the read document in the midway after you start the transaction and not in the home page or the start of the ad or banner no email response, csr is pathetic, rohit sharma we have respect for you but please don't play with emotions of fellow citizens and inspect before signing and became a brand ambassadormy booking details.IXITRS645728095622937(PNR: 6545992334)

As per consumer protection act 2019 T&C should be placed at home page but no where they have this in the start misleading and scam

Ixigo website it is a ideal for train and bus traveller. It is a travelling booking website which offer some unique feature like booking train ticket directly through the website and app make it convenient option for train travellers .Therefore, entering the PNR status we can see the live train running which makes his easy to track your train ticket.We can also book the Bus which make it one stop for traveller. Overall there is need to make some improvement in the website and should add some features and need to look on a point of lacking like adding some extra feature.

I was looking for tatkal ticket from New Delhi to coimbatore....

First I signed through IRCTC ..there no taktal ticket was visible....at 10.00 which is the time for tatakal opening

But after 10 mints I saw ..132 available at ixigo site..as per there site tatkal will be opened at 10.15.....I booked the ticket....as I booked the ticket ...a drop box showed ...FREE CANCELLATION ...i opted yes...

But before that in small letters ...there were hidden charges .

After my booking ..it lead to waitlist...122

Simple fraud....

In 5 minutes I cancelled my booking ...now they have deducted my rs1000 as free cancellation charges....

BELIEVE IRCTC is deducting only 65 rs ....n they are charging rs .1000 for using there site ...

Please guys don'tuse this site ... I am uploading the photos also for the same ...

I booked train tickets Delhi to Chandigarh and back. The website asks you to take their refund policy, which i didn’t. Only, I’m the return ticket, I realised they have not added one of my family members. I had to cancel the ticket and book again. This time they charged refund money too.. I lost 3000 rupees due to their money swindling ??

Due to some issues 13010 Doon Express (time:

8.55Pm) was canceled by irctc from Yog nagri rishikesh to Howrah on 14th July 2023. Me and my husband booked the online tickets through the ixigo app for AC three tier, even now I am not getting my money back even after filling out the TDR form and email to the irctc many times. Strangely ixigo doesn't even have complaints number where we can talk to some! This is a completely fake app, thus stealing the customer's money.
