Indian Mutton Korma

Indian Mutton Korma is the best for non-vegetarian. When we are hungry the good smell of Mutton korma increases your hunger.

It is made from the fresh meat of Mutton. Take a small quantity of Ghee or refined oil and roast chips of onion in the oil till it becomes brown. Now add ingrediants like Dhania, Garam masala and roast them in three minuites. Now add the small pieces of mutton meat.

Shut up the cooker cover for 20 minuites . After that roast the meat till a good smell comes out . Now add some water and boil the soup.

Korma Tayyar hai.

It has a good protien source and is not harmful because easily digested.

Thanks

Vaishali Parekh . An Authority on Indian Food

In 2007, I began to get computer-savvy, and was delighted to find some amazing information about one of my favorite hobbies - Cooking!

I'm not Indian , but I sure do love Indian food, culture, lifestyle and Indian beauty tips.  I stumbled upon this gem of a site when looking for a recipe for Pav- Bhaji, the Mumbai street delicacy that was shown on a television cookery program.

Imagine my delight when I found that there were many different little ebooks of traditional recipes available from this website, covering Gujerati cuisine, Mocktails and Indian Desserts to name just a few.  The delicious recipes are all free, and truly authentic

The Proprietor of this amazing website is a very knowledgeable scientist from Kolkata, called Vaishali Parekh.  She has created an authentic yet easy-to-prepare range of recipes. Her knowledge of this fascinating subject is second-to-none, and I've learned such a lot from her expertise. I appreciate her range of free ebooks on Indian cooking far more than any regular book on the subject.

I know that if I happen to have a query  or want to know some more, all I need to do is contact Vaishali at her site, and she replies in a few days. Can't do that with a regular cookbook, can I?

I was over the moon to discover that she has just launched an Ebook  for sale on the same site, and it  takes the form of a health manual.  She  has amassed so much information in this ebook, I feel I have a natural pharmacy at my fingertips.  It describes ailments and advises on natural treatment at home for dealing with many conditions.  All this knowledge is scientifically proven - I've checked!

Vaishali is also an expert on Natural Beauty, and the tips that she advises for hair and skin care have saved me a lot of money, and  I'm comfortable using the natural ingredients she advises.

If you are looking for easy recipes to ring the changes, if you are an expert cook or a beginner, then I do advise you to pay this site a visit.  You will not be disappointed and you will benefit from Vaishali's extensive knowledge of Indian food.

Bon Appetit!
