I ordered a cake through igp and selected a time slot for the delivery. I paid extra amount for the same. My selected time slot was 8am to 10am. The cake was not delivered till 10pm. Very poor service and very poor customer support.

I ordered a cake and plant from IGP with Order ID 12285511 having Let's Grow Together Lucky Bamboo Plant with Plastic Pot, Delectable Chocolate Truffle Birthday Cake (500 Gm).
Order date:26/7/24 and delivery date: 28/7/24.
Name on cake was incorrect and also delivery was late.
Attaching photos for proof.
The gift hamper is amazing, it’s worth the price.
It was delivered before time.
All over experience with IGP was awesome.

Empty promises by their agents and outright lies from their partners. That is the summary of their service.
They mark your order as delivered even before the actual delivery. Staff of IGP at Cuttack and Bhubaneswar are really manner less. +91 72052 81069 is their local person. He forces you to give a ten rating for his shoddy service. I have proof.
You complain to the central service team. They know only two things. "Sorry" And "we will give you best service". Even mails sent to them are not actioned upon.
I strongly recommend the usage of local gift shop or florist shops rather than IGP by paying a heavy price and then get humiliated
Worst experience ever! I had ordered a cake from
IGP and the product I received was damaged cos of filmsy packaging . I spoke to customer care and was promised an exchange in return but that never happened!! Bunch of fraudsters!
One can definitely go with IGP to shop and gift for their loved ones!!

Flowers and cake delivered after 30 hours of the scheduled delivery. No one respond on customer care number and email. No option to return the delivery. Not able to take refund. Fraud Company.
I am really disappointed as IGP ruined my mom's mother day. I order a personalized gift and never recieved it. I got message that order delivered but not to me. I had given correct address still they did a mistake. I reached out to the customer care and i received answer one day later with a scripted email that order is delivered so nothing they can do. They really did understand my concern. I am never going to buy anything.

Its a vey horrifying experience with IGP when I had placed an order one day before for the cake delivery one day before for early hours till 2 PM, firther they delayed till 6 PM, still I have not received the order on occasion of mother’s day. I want to sue the company for this unexpectable experience ..!!!

Do not order from IGP they randomly cancel your order or delay your order without any consideration. I had to leave my house at 12 pm and so I ordered in a selected time slot specifically. At 12 they have informed that the order will come after 3 pm, now what am

Had ordered a floral arrangement. False advertising done on website. Pics attached. Was delivered a different looking product full of with mugwort. Raised issue on complaint chat box with pics, no revert received.
Ordered a customized bday gift to be delivered 8 days in advance. YET they decided to not deliver on the birthday and gave excuses like address not fount and not contactable. That too when a delivery was done on same address a week ago. Called Customer service/Complaint depp, they assured delivery and yet not delivered and received a threat that they will cancel the order on 2 followup. Insult and emotional trauma given.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday from their website, was I was in press of time and wanted it delivered to my house. I paid Rs. 1640 for the bouquet and that included of Rs. 95 extra for delivery within 60 minutes. However, I was shocked to see the bouquet when I received it. I received flowers that had withered away.
Then I had to get into the hassle of returning it, asking for a refund and had to locally pick up flowers for my friend. All this lead to getting late for the party by an hour. Such a waste of time, energy and money.
To top it they told me that I would received the refund in 3 to 4 days whereas I received it only after calling on the 8th day. Like I said waste of energy.
Please don't use this site . This is a horrible app to be used I don't know why they come up with such nonsensical concepts such as this app. I ordered a cake and a personalised gift for my fiance' on the occasion of valentine's day. And I even placed the order one week before so there is no chaos while delivering the order. They only delivered the cake and flowers and instead of delivering the personalised gift they again delivered the flowers and that too wrapped in a paper. The experience was horrendous. Also no technical support was provided and no refund was made . Its a waste of time . Kindly don't invest your hard earned money on such a useless site . Highly disappointed
