Never ever pay for their membership. They called me 20 times to sell membership and once I purchased since then they are not even receiving calls or sending any leads.
Even the complain mail and messages were totally ignored.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was super anxious about legal formalities and property verification. I’d heard horror stories about people buying homes with unclear titles or pending dues. Thankfully, Housing connected me with legal experts who guided me through the verification process. They ensured that the property had a clear title and that all the paperwork was in order. They even assisted in reviewing the agreement before I signed it. Their attention to detail gave me the confidence to proceed, knowing that my investment was secure.
Please don't take any service from housing.com, Their relationship manager will show you the same properties mentioned on their website. I visited them before their relationship manager advised me. 99acre.com website will provide numbers on their website without any charges. It's better to search for yourself or take help from local brokers

This people approach us saying we will help you sell your property. We will find out buyers who are interested and we will do all verification and blah blah.. all r just sales strategies n how to loot people and get money from them.. I took money back plan paid 20k.. now when we are asking money they said time period that thing.. 1000 of excuses in the paying back. Even when we try to call them we can't reach out to customer care people.Seriously never ever trust housing.com with property related matters. They know only hw to take money. I wish I had minus rating. THEY TAKE MONEY IN THE NAME OF SERVICE ABD NEVER RETURN BACK.

Very unprofessional company of so many idiots in sales team who don’t care to customer needs after collecting fees. Once you pay them, you forget the rest and even they won’t peak your call. Do not expect any actions from them. Total fraud company…. Worst experience.
After much pursuance from their salesperson, I bought a premium plan for my commercial property.
At the time of selling the package, they hugely over-committed. Its been 3 weeks since the functions on their interface are not working. I cant even see the pictures of the property. Only 1 lead, which doesn't open. So no information about that 1 lead even.
I have been writing emails, and calling customer service(Ref ID 2502947)but they have a std reply, "have raised the concern, will be resolved in 24 hrs, pl don't worry". When I ask for a refund, they say, its not their policy to refund money!
Its been frustrating apart from that feeling of losing money to fraud. Housing feels like a scam. Strongly recommended to check their feedback before connecting with them

1) first ad shows muscle man and husband is scared and feels jelous, hence he wants housing.com
2) in second ad, they want to live away from parents hence they want housing.com
These companies need to think before signing up with ad agencies that want to promote against Indian values.
They charged for premium service and did not assign any relationship manager to help me find the house. Neither they have good inventory. Some of fake inventories are from their employee. Once you click there, they will call back for premium service.
No customer care number or mail.

Very bad experience with Housing.com Mr.Vimal +91926798XXXX take we are giving good package n all n your property will be out responsibility n big big promises our relationship manager will do best job u dnt have to worry n all we will contact clients n will get back dnt have to take tension if we fail to sell property ul get refund they told me tht 31th jan package expires n after tht we will do refund now emails n emails everyday no response, n I did paymnt of 15000rs in sept 2024 n they said we have lakhs of clients black bla all fake promises but not a single client from them so so bad experience, n their relationship manager dnt even pick calls they say busy with meeting +91953175XXXX she's the relationship manager she's worst person not a single client frm them
The executive con you in selling those money back plans with tall promises of a relationship manager etcetc. Not a soul will contact you after the plan is bought and once tenure is over there is NO MONEY COMING BACK either!
Beware of these frauds!

I have taken the premium service from Housing.com, They have assured me that dedicated relationship Manager would be assigned to me and he/she would provide me the options for 75 properties, We spoke to her and gave our requirement on 1st day she gave us 8 options and all was pathetic, I called her up and explained my requirement again but after that neither she or Housing. com is not responding, The just know how o extract money and the service is pathetic
I had never written a review before but after reading some reviews thought I should write my amazing experience too, my friend also recommended me but I ignored him earlier, Due to the COVID situation thought I would never be able to sell my property, but then I finally tried housing.com the first time, their app interference was very easy for anyone new, we can navigate through property listing effortlessly. The filters were there to adjust the budget, location, and Property type. Filled in all the important data and got many calls from the next day and finally found a good tenant. I sold the property on a good margin and was very happy. I firstly thanked my friend and housing after that, As I was in a very hard situation and got out of it finally.
The company is completely fraudulent, as are all of its sales executives. Simply selling your stuff with the promise of matching customers. You folks promised me matched buyers, yet you're giving me nothing.
I have Purchase Housing.com Guarantee Plan to sell my property. They said the package is for 120 days and if the property remains unsold they will give you moneyback(Not mentioned any service charges which is Rs 4999+GST). Now, even after one month of expiry of my package, I have mailed them many times, also tried to call them, but the call is placed on IVR and gets disconnected, so there is no customer support available. You only have to mail them and wait till their reply. After so many emails, they gave the reply that you are not eligible for a refund as property is sold through external sources(there term & Conditions which was not tell by sales executive while explaining the package details). My property is still unsold and I am tired by mailing they and waiting for there reply. There is no proper communication. Zero after sale service. they will call again and again to sale their plan, but no one executive reply for the problem you faced after the plan purchase. The housing owners package is a big scam, so requesting all do not pay for any service otherwise you also lose your money.

To my surprise, I received a response stating that refund requests must be made within 7 days of plan end or before plan end date This is absurd—how can I be expected to request a refund within 7 days for a plan that’s supposed to last 120 days? This feels like a big scam. Customer care representative never told me that we need to raise request within 7 days only for refund

This situation feels like a complete trap with terrible customer service. ????????

Not good property almost fraud, saale loottey hai customer ko, or na he enke regional manager kaam ke hai.
So this is very bad and worse company.. first they say it's best and you will be able to get house quickly and then we have a problem they blocked us and they are full of scams and frauds. Nobody is good and buy any housing plans.
