My booked package from Gem tours and Travels for Europe and we were in confusion to try new agent as we were loyal to our usual Travel agent but cost and inclusions of gem tour cost attract us. They are providing very good services as we compare same to cost of others, we are happy and recommend gem to our family and friends as they take of each and every person when it comes to sightseeing, food was also very good as we my parents are only comfortable indian food and they provide great indian food, supporting staff is very understanding and humble they understand and monitor situation very well, if you are planing to travel anywhere pls go with gem you will thank me for my advise .

We were total 32 members who visited Iceland in May through Gem tours & travels.This was the first time we travelled with Gem.First we were very worried as they promised us a package price which was around 80, 000/person cheaper than other travel agent, but once we reached Iceland we found that the quality they delivered was above all.Since we were Jain we never felt that we were having food issues .Their Chef was from Rajasthan and cooked different menus every day.We had never thought that this would be possible in Iceland, where you don't have Indian restaurant at most of the places.But thanks to the tour manager and team of Gem who took utmost care of us and made our trip memorable.

Really we appreciate their honesty, hospitality management system and care for us . and the food . it was just awesome and Mouth watering, we really enjoyed a lot . I HAD RECENTLY GONE TO SOUTH AFRICA WITH GEM AND TRUST ME IT WAS REAL FUN. LOVELY FOOD. AND POINT HOTEL IN MOSSEL BAY IS JUST EXECELLENT. I WOULD JUST SAY IF ANYONE PLANNING FRO SOUTH ARFICA THAY SHOULD NOT THINK ANY OTHER TOUR COMPANY BUT ONLY GEM. FOOD WAS LIKE WEDDING MENU. DIDNT FELT LIKE WE WERE OUT OF INDIA. SPECICAL CARE WAS TAKEN BY ALL STAFF AND GUIDE WAS AMAZING. ONE OF MY BEST MEMORABLE TRIP EVER. THANKS TO GEM FOR CREATING SUCH LOVELY MEMORIES FOR US. NOW PLANNING MY NEXT TRIP WITH THEM TO CANADA IN 2020.

My family is travelling with Gem tours & travels from past 14 years.They provide utmost quality at very reasonable price.We went in their tour of 14th May 2019 to Tashkent and Russia.The trip was very well managed .The food quality was great which was prepared by their Chef.Though the hotel in Moscow was little far from the Restaurant but seeing the traffic condition of city we eventually felt that it was not in the hands of the travel agency.All things committed was well delivered and we will definately recommend Gem tours to everyone.
