Dont ever sell your car to cardekho

I sold my car to cardekho in march 2022.

today is 25feb25 and still the car is registered on my name .they sold my car without rc transfer

I have been sent many times emial regrding this but they always reply same, sorry for unconvenience and we are trying our best to resolve but no resolution

I have not received RC for my car for last 2 years. There are so many excuses given by car dekho and finally they want me to organise RC myself if I wish to do so and then they will reimburse any cost.... If that was the case, why I need to wait for 2 yrs...Neither they will take car back... Pathetic customer service. We can't even call customer care. Anyone buying car should validate if the customer care is even reachable over phone. only way to reach out them is via email after car is purchased. They don't even share office address where we can meet them. Avoid buying cars from them...

I was strong believer of online reviews and buy products after going through all the positive and critical reviews available online. To my surprise, this market seems to be completely manipulated. I submitted an honest and detailed review of my car Honda Amaze 1.2 CVT 2023 model with a rating of 1 on their website so that other people can benefit from it by analysing all the pros and cons and be a informed customer but that review was never made live and this particular car is currently having a rating of 4.2 on their website which would force customers to believe in the quality which is not the case. I hope govt will someday ban all such fake influencers.

I had a very bad experience, they put up your car for half price india wide and i m getting more than 20 calls daily from different cities.

I wanted to sell my creta and they put it up for 4 lakhs, I am getting offers for 3 lakhs and below through so many calls., I have already sold the car for 6 lakhs, but i am having a very bad experience

I buy buy car connected features from car dekho app.they came and install device in my car.it work properly for 3month but after that it stop working i message mail but no proper reply I get till today it not working.donot buy connect car device.after sale their is no service.

They are keeping the ads of vehicles which were already sold. They are not removing those ads just to earn money by selling the same information for multiple persons. The prices of cars selling on this portal are not realistic. very attractive to grab the attention of buyers. But those ads are fake. Very bad experience. Simply cheating people.

The CAR DEKHO portal is a cut throat portal. They assess the value of the car to cut throat price and sell the the car with a margin of more than a Lakh and 25 twenty-five thousand more

They cheat the poor customers drastically

Do not evaluate your car from car dekho they are fraud they put the value of my honda city 2016 Rs 280000 and i have got the best value at cars 24 of Rs 530000 if u want to sale your care please sale at cars 24

I am not happy with your service.

I sold a car last provided all the necessary documents to your company.

And now it's showing the ownership has not changed yet the current is asking for documents at the moment.

I paid all the procedures to be followed still then I am getting calls from different peoples .

And with that I have trying to reach you guys from one month but I am unable to reach you.

Advertisement has been published with seller details to contact and when selected it asks for payment for 99 rupees, After payment the seller is not available or the item is sold, so the money is lost and nobody is taking the concern there is no support from the website provided contact.

Also the advertisement is not deleting when checked after the incident for 2 days now that means the web site is still asking the consumers to pay and earning money. really cheating behavior and nobody is checking the user feedback or taking any action

Cardekho is perpetrating a clever fraud. Basically, most of the ads are for cars already sold or no longer available. But cardekho is charging Rs.99 for each owner contact. When user calls the number they realize that the car has been unavailable for several weeks/months but Cardekho has kept the ad active to cheat unsuspecting customers.

Yesterday I paid inr 99 thrice for seller details of three different cars to cardekho . First seller said we don't have any car to sell. Second one after listening that I got his number from cardekho just disconnected the call . Third one said it's already sold.

I recently used cardekho. Com to search for a new car, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

Limited inventory: The website claims to have a wide range of cars listed, but I found that the inventory was quite limited. The options available were not as extensive as I expected, and I was unable to find the specific car model and variant that I was looking for.

Outdated information: Many of the listings on cardekho. Com had outdated information. I came across several cars that were already sold or no longer available, but were still listed as active on the website. This wasted my time ans effort in contacting sellers only to find out that the car was no longer on the market.

Poor customer service: I had several queries and concerns while using cardekho.com, but the customer service was not helpful. Ir was difficult to get in touch with their support team, and when I dud the response were slow and unhelpful. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and my experience as a user was not valued.

The website's interface was cluttered and not user friendly. Navigating through the different sections and filters was confusing, and rhe search results were often irrelevant or not sorted properly. It was frustrating to use the webt, and I had to spend a lot of time trying to find relevant information.

In conclusion, my experience with cardekho. Com was disappointing due to limited inventory, outdated information, incomplete details, poor customer service, and a cluttered interface. I would not recommend this website for anyone looking to buy a car as there are better alternatives available in the market

Plz never buy a car from car dekho . My experience with car dekho was horrfic. After buying a wagon r from them in 2022 I m just loosing my value money in that car. A new model of 2018 of wagon r which I buyid in higher price of 3.30 is just a dabba.

Please dont give any documents to these people as they steal your id data and records and never help in selling or buying the car. And later after submitting records to there associate who comes home and collects so professionaly later they never take calls or reply back. They steal your ids and data and car informations thats it. Please dont let thesecheats in instaed sell it your known people or people you can rely not these crooks. God will surely punish you all. You guys will never be happy for cheating us.

I was trying to sell my used Ford car . Contacted car Dekho & other online car dealers to check and quote. Since car Dekho gave me a decent price decided to go ahead. Gave them all required documentation. After signing the agreement of sale- I get a call questioning me if I have given right documents. Shouldn’t you check from your end car Dekho if I have given right documents and then agreed to sale ?

The representative then said since documents given by you as per our records incorrect we will cancel the sale.

Do you job of checking if the customer has given right documents then agree to sale. Do no accuse anyone !
