We had very bad experience with broomees as Babysitter sent by them was criminal and had criminal background and now that babysitter steal our all gold and police also investigated this case and found that Broomees has not done proper investigation causing this as photo in app and aadhar card was not matching

and now broomees are not responding

Not only this was a security and safety issue but Broomees replaced that worker with a worker who was the worst so far. her Shift was from 10am to 2pm.but in the beginning she never came before 10.30 am and as the days passed she started coming at 11 and then after a few days 11.30 and then 12. When my mother told her that do not put so much oil in the food when cooking the worker replied saying "The cook on your own" .And this worker was talking on her phone for 2 hors of the little she was around. Even after complaining to Broomees many time the worker did not improve. She started taking holidays and then demanding money for even the days she didnt come. This is a very horrible horrible service .never ever use them .you would loose not only your peace of mind .they make life hell for your parents if you are not around.

Paid Broomees Rs.36, 000 on 15 Jan 2025 for a HELPER full time. Their terms and conditions state they will refund if a suitable profile is not provided in 7 days. The first profile provided by them was on 15 Feb 2025(30 days later). They refused to refund our money as per the terms and conditions. Such businesses are called Chindi Chor, unethical, money grabbers, fraudsters. I have filed an official complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt of India, and the complaint is under process. I urge all the victims of Broomees to do the same.

Do not go for their services. First of all they refuse to refund money despite multiple issues from their end. As per their policy, the refund is in the form of credit note. If you are not happy with their services, what will you do of the credit note?

After charging Rs. 50, then they show their subscription model . And the booking amount is non refundable . Scammers!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the maid services provided by your agency. I paid an advance of six months for your services based on your promises of well-trained maids and thorough background checks. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was advertised.

The first maid who was assigned to me requested more money than the amount fixed by your agency, which was completely unacceptable. The second maid, after only two days of work, demanded an advance payment for her continued services. When I refused, she did not show up again. Additionally, when I asked for verification details regarding the background checks, I was told they were still in process, leaving me uncertain if any background checks were actually conducted.

At this point, I feel that Broomees is no different from hiring a maid directly, yet you are charging significant fees under false pretenses. Given the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency, I request an immediate refund of the amount paid. I am no longer interested in using your services

Broomees will first ask you to subscribe and make big promises and once you subscribe you'll have to keep on chasing them and they will keep on sharing bogus profiles. They will not even return your subscription fee even when they fail to deliver Just an advice try staying away from these scamsters.

Broomees representative Bhavna called me and asked me to make payment first for full year and said money will be refunded if service is not used. As something urgent came up and I had to travel outside of the country, hence couldn’t proceed with the service. I requested refund after 1 hr of making payment and Bhavna (Broomees employee) said please send email to support we will initiate refund. I did that and after that support of Broomees declined my refund and Bhavna stopped her mobile number which we were communicating on. Please do not pay these guys , they will cheat you. They are fraudulent.

I had hired a househelp from broomees to help me with cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. she handled it very calmy and cleaning. I am impressed. They do charge a Lil higher but I think it's because of the skills and background verification.

for my wife. i was very skeptical at first but the after they placed me with me a helper i was relived and so was my wife

Broomees has provided me a baby sitter and an all rounder, I must say that I have an amazing experience with both. Their helpers are well trained. Also, in in case of any issue broomees always provides a prompt response. Really happy with the services.

I hired a japa care from these guys. My wife just delivered amd she meed all the care.i came to know about their services from Instagram. I had to wait for 15 days tho. I hope their service would have ben faster.
