I signed up for your priority services on 24th July 2024 and paid Rs.22000 to ensure a smooth process of finding a full-time live-in maid.
Though the first bai(Mrs.Kavita Chavan) joined us on 26th July, she started giving us excuses about her severe health issues after a month.
She gave extreme reasons that she needed to get hospitalized and showed me a fake doctor's prescription for the same.
She left our home on 7th September promising and ensuring us that she will return in 4-5 days time.
I being an emotional fool, thought of giving her some time to heal herself and contacted her on 12th September on which she replied that she will not be able to join and requested us to wait for her till 14th September.
We waited for her till 14th September after which we tried to contact her and her cell phone was switched off.
We then informed your consultant Mr. Junaid and told him to find a new maid for us on an immediate basis.
Juniad has been extremely reluctant to be available for us and our issue and did not provide us with any new profiles.
After following up with him on priority basis, he provided me 1 new option Mrs. Vaishali Jadhav on 19th September and Junaid ensured us that she will join on 20th September at 10.30 am.
This lady is another fake person and did not join the job on 20th September.
We tried contacting her several times but our calls went not answered.
Your promise to provide three replacements if we are unhappy with the first maid, but this is nothing more than a hollow assurance
Once you get your commission, you have completely stopped caring.
Getting profiles for replacement maids has become a nightmare.
Even if Junaid shares any at all, it’s only after relentless follow-ups and no maid joining at the end.
Your coordinators and customer care staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly trained to dismiss any concerns once you have gotten your money.
The mismanagement and unprofessionalism of your agency have caused me tremendous inconvenience.
Despite paying a significant amount of money(22K) for what was supposed to be a reliable service, I am now left without any domestic help.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using your agency.
The final conclusion here is if a reliable and professional maid as per our requirement does not join us till 1st October, we will be taking legal action against your company.
If the new maid again repeats the above mentioned issue, we will be taking legal action against your company.
Consumer court will be our next best chance against you.
