Hi all,

I am a Big-Rock India consumer Since Jan-2020. The big-rock doesn't refund my money back when I canceled services (because of poor quality within 12-24hours. They say we don't have a refund policy. This time I file a consumer court case. How someone can deny not refund our money when we are not satisfied with services?

For future references, I suggest, please do not go to GoDaddy because my personal experience wasn’t the best. They don’t have a support team that has quick responses. I was suggested BigRock because their understanding of shared hosting and domain names is much better.

Support was kind and helpful in helping me host.

There is no proper customer support given from there end.

For connecting call it takes 5-10 minutes.

Would not recommend them at all.

Bad service .

The guys at 2GB hosting are fab, I didnt think at first that I could get amazing things at the price they provided, I didnt had enough budget for hosting but still I got the most amazing output from 2gb hosting would recommend for anyone interested in internet operations

Impressed with support's attitude.

BigRock has a good culture it seems because they really care about the customer's problems and understand difficult situations well.

Only thing is please reply quickly because it becomes difficult wait on the support call till someone answers.

Domain names are very unique and you do not need to worry about someone having the same name as you because they suggest domain names that are really different and something that suits your business.

I really loved the domain deals provided by BigRock. Not only are they cheap but also innovative. I got my hosting from them as well. Been good so far with them, it's been 11 months.

I also upgraded my blog after learning that I needed more space. So with this new addition, there is no lag when it comes to speed .even the uptime is good.

On the whole, it's been a good experience. But just one thing, please improve your support.

We are a web development Company.

We are customers of Bigrock for more than 2years.

The policy used by big rock is just to grab as much as money possible.

1) You can't use sever of one domain to another

2) You can hand over unused server back, but there is no money back for unused tenure.(You can only do charity donation for)

3) You can always upgrade the server, but you will never get a money deduction for an old low-grade server. It is as good as a new purchase with a label of upgrade.

WORST POLICY SEEN EVER.

I am honestly glad I chose BigRock because their domain name service is excellent. I bought the domain and also hosted it by them. On a performance level, they are good. The support team is very professional and understands their job. I think they could do much better with features, but that is just one bit.

Their free SSL and one free domain feature is something that you can do a lot with. I hosted another blog on the free domain and now I have two sites that give me tremendous traffic. Security-wise it is good. Overall, a good service.

Please go for domain transfer services if you are migrating to another domain with BigRock and buying their domain name too. They have good experience and understanding when it comes to these aspects and knows that you have little patience, so they are quick in getting things done for you as well.

I had domain name purchased and also website builder purchased from Bigrock. Initially the it was a normal website builder and later I upgraded to "Store Website builder". I was told by the agent that they have a 30 day money back guarantee while upgrading. The website to Store builder was done on April 05, 2021.

I had issues with the PayU key / salt ID and when I tried taking support from Bigrock they refused to help me and asked me to take the help from a developer. Why would I opt for Website builder if I need help from developers? Moreover the domain name and Website builder are both purchased from Bigrock. Shouldn't BIGROCK be helping me with this?

Now they are even refusing me to refund the money as the initial website builder plan(without STORE) was purchased before 30 days.

Never purchase anything from Bigrock. You will end up losing your money, time and patience.

Never trust Bigrock, they have pathetic services, Even though I am using Bigrock for 9+ years and lots of domains got registered, One of my premium domain's emails has stopped working on Bigrock and they are not even able to give the answer.

I suggest this domain provider for it is a good brand. I have never really faced any issues even when it came to domain name transfer with bigrock. they provider an SSL and SiteLock addon for security and have ICANN compliance so that works for me.
