This I have been a customer with platform for last 3 years because some of their astrologers are good.I always had issues on refunds and to get a simple refund the call center executives made life miserable by asking multiple questions on multiple calls . One had to even tell them the regd mobile no each time and explain everything many times.
This time the astrologer asked me to book a session which is paid from a link cost 4100/- for 30 mins where the conversation happened only for 20 mins as zoom connection was dropping
The session was not any different from a normal call which would have cost me 900/- for 30 mins. The payment of 4100 was made from my bank not the wallet as it’s a policy to pay separately for sessions which are for healing and for special Poojas.
They audited the session and confirmed it was not different from a simple call butstill didn’t agree to refund my bank acc. Said against the policy
I was forced to buy 20 e passes instead of 10 as they had a tech problem of call dropping from their end which they said was corrected for Tarot Juhi but remained unsolved.
I want refund of total 4100/- 3100 for session and 20 e passes as this has been unfairly charged to me.
I DO NOT WISH TO EVER DEAL WITH THEM.They cheat in the name of one sided policies.

It’s been 8 days since I posted this review. I checked my account. They took away 10E passes from my account without my knowledgewhich clearly shows how unethical their practices are.
They still keep sending msgs with promo codes to entice me backto their money making racket.
Clearly they need to be black listed. Also sent a mail your concern is resolved though not no g has changed since I put this review . I need 4100 refundin my bank.
