Tried to contact Microsoft foea windows issue. Was directed to contact “ask me” for$1 initially then$55 a renewal charge. Was anxious to get my computer fixed so I agreed thinking only$1. Waited and waited but they never contacted me. Next day noticed two charges on my Amex card.was able to contact an ask me rep on the phone and he told me to cancel the charges I needed to give home my ssn number and birthday., which is illegal in my state to ask on the phone. Is this place a complete scam? The guy I talked to sure made it sound that way….called Amex and they are taking action…

I orderd a SAMSUNG POWERBANK from this site worth of 1299/-

I got delivery after 10 days

and when I got the delivery I was surprised because I had got a duplicate powerbank, which was not even working I orderd a replacemant, there guy came after 2 days and they paid back my money after 15 days.

please guys DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Today my Review on Askme. com is -My Personal experience few month ago I order a Micro SD Card Sandisk 16 GB. I pay this 358 Rs. from my debite card.

After 6 day when I call from courier service then I Received this pack and open it then I total shook because I order sanDisk 16 GB  but I received Strontium 16GB MicroSD price 267 That is Bad experience On askme.com and I lost 91 Rs. so don't waste your Money on Ask me.com

1. Askme.com provide a basic website in their plan but in my case they added a Random Number with my firm name https://itpromaker851.askme.com and when I contacted them from over 2 weeks now but they refuse to change it and refuse to remove random number and asking more money to do this.

Past year I am very impressed with Askme services.

In 2015 I purchased on Adapter from  Askme and they deliver that product with a normal time, I think with in 7 days I got the product. I am satisfied with that product and normal packing polices that they followed upon time.

In the beginning of year 2016, I purchased 2 books from  Askme and till now not delivered that. I am oke with that because the payment method was choose as "COD". Again on MArch month I ordered Britannica encyclopedia, along with some beauty product for my sister. They also failed to deliver that product that.

It's a fake website, took my money and didn't provide any services to me. They are just beggars, but begging money by sitting in offices and selling fake promises. Even after I wanted to abort the services, they withdraw the cheque, I have given to them by trusting that it is a Company, But Soon I get to know that this is not a company. This is just a load of S*.

I don't have words to describe what kind of thing it is, Just wanted to inform everyone that Please don't believe this company as they have hired Retired Govt. Employees for work and you know what they do in offices. Three months of my life has been wasted by these people.

Askme.com people contacted us for getting listed on their website, and we agreed to their proposal. We made the payment for the same in February, and its April beginning and still our listing has not been properly made.

On Askme the listing has two parameters; one is the name listing of the business and the other is the keywords listing resulting into landing on company page.

As keyword listing was the main criteria we chose Askme over others, it has turned out to be one of the biggest blunders.

They have taken more than 2 months now. They company professionals make false promises every single day. The don't followup even once, we ourselves have to call them every single day. We are about to move to consumer court. They have shown worst business ethic ever!

ASkma.com is a fake goods and services company, they are the biggest frauds in the search and e-commerce space. If you have had an issue with them and are keen to be a part of it, please ping me. I am gettin together all customers who have been duped by ASkma.com. We will file a joint FIR and a class action lawsuit against the company. They have duped us of INR. 50, 000 and have been delaying our refund since Oct 2015. It is time customers get justice and are compensated by ASkma.com. I also plan to write to Nirmala Sitharaman, this can't go on unregulated under the government's nose. Someone needs to stand up and take these guys on.

Hello friends never trust on askme.com online shopping website bcoz its my personal experience about this shopping portal.last month I ordered a fastrack watch which was not original I paid Rs.1499 for it and delivery boy give it to me and when I opened the packed I am shocked it was not like as original which was I seen on askme.com and when call for its, there is no response from other side after two or three attempts.

Never ever buy anything. All fake offers. Taking orders and then not delivering saying out of stock. They cancel your orders on their own and don't even inform you. Worst customer service. Pathetic experience. I placed 2 orders to verify and both same experience

I am shopping online for last 4 years and I haved used almost every online shopping sITES_Company like flipkart, myntra, snapdeal, jabong, yepme also @aSkma.com but, shopping with aSkma was the worst experience.

I recently ordered 3 t-shirts of xl size& I received 2 t-shirt of xl size and 1 of m size.

I had already raised my problem to the customer support and I am waiting from last 15 days and the worst part is no one is replying to the problem.

Now, It is been 15 days and they are only investigating the problem.

It was waste of money and time.

They provide 3rd quality service.

I will never buy any product from this site.

I ordered 3 jeans of 36 size of waist & what I received is 2 jeans of 36 size and 1 is of 30 size.

Already raised my ticket to their customer support & waiting from last 10 days, no one is replying to the ticket but on fb they were keep telling me that we are investigating, WTF is this? It's been 10 days and they are still investigating.

Complete waste of money guy.Don't buy anything from Askme, they are cheaters:(

Iam the channel patner askme.com since 1 year from lucknow iam unable to sell there apls now asking for my refunds but no help is being done from askme.com and top company officals my hard  earned 6lakhs ruppes are stuck due to this and brand is sending me legal defamations notices rather then helping me

Took Rs. 12000+ advance from me for making a business website and sales promotion of my products through their portal.

Promised that website would be ready in 15 days and will promote the website for 12 months through their portal for next 1 year.

Kept on delaying and still not satisfied with my page. The sales promotion keep calling for new orders complains launched in all forms emails, telephone, direct sales team contact, but all effort useless.
