Ordered important meds for next days delivery. After 4 days not yet dispatched. Customer care in the app only gets back with standard responses of sorry for inconvenience. order will be delivered asap.
They have a paid customer care 1860 number. Agents will give same response as app and when you ask for details they are will just hang up on you.
Walk to your nearest local pharmacy and buy meds instead of ordering from this place without any consumer protection.

One of the worst service in Bangalore. Very bad service .Never ever book any Lab test or any medicine from here. They are just a cheater and nothing else.Even customer care service are worst and if you need any help during report or any issues they will disconnect your call.
Poor commitment. My aunty flight is scheduled for tomorrow so i booked medicines from apollo 247. They committed to provide medicine by today but @ 7:15 i called customer care & shocked to kniw that i will get medicine on 1st of sep. No mail received for the same.

I have placed an order on 08-aug-2023 and the schedule delivery was on 11-aug-2023 but today is 15-aug-2023 and the items are not yet delivered and all the order items are bp, sugar critical medications.
When tried to reach out to customer support, they are not at all supportive.
Guys please don't order anything with Apollo.. they are horrible.. especially prepaid order.. if I could give 0 rating if would have..
It is Sunday today and most of the local shops are closed. Ordered medicine on immediate basis. First they deducted the amount, then showed the medicines are not booked. Upon complaining, I got a call from a doctor and said it requires a prescription and I have forwarded. I requested him to send the medicine at the earliest. It showed by 10 it will deliver. At 10:30 I am checking that the orders have been delayed and the best part, you cannot cancel them. After reporting urgency, why can't you just deliver the order and if you cannot, why do you promise to give 2hrs express delivery. It is a request to never use such disgusting apps.
Appolo 247 best other than pharmacy app because appolo deliver the medicine on same day at good price
I'm sorry to say about my negative experience with the Apollo 24/7 app. It's disappointing when a service doesn't live up to its promises, especially regarding delivery time. Timely delivery is crucial when it comes to online medicine apps, and a delay of more than 7 hours is certainly frustrating. Companies need to provide accurate information to their customers and deliver on their advertised claims.
Very poor service by apollo, ordered medicines on 29th July, it was showing that medicine will be delivered within 2 hours, firstly I got message that medicine will be delivered in 2 days by 31st July
Now they are extending dates day by day still not got the medicines as in 3 Aug 2023,

The app shows 2 hours delivery and they don't deliver your medicine even after 24 hours! It is an important medicine. I kept calling the customer service. All I get to hear is apologize, sorry for inconvenience, we will deliver your medicine today. But no one knows which store is the medicine with and what are the shipping details. They are clueless with no help at all. I completely lost trust in Appollo. It was ok if it was a luxurious product, but medicine is something very serious and important. I think appollo should understand this! Very disappointed. By the way, I still dint get my medicine after several escalations and waiting since I made a huge payment!
I ordered medicines on 12th July and yet to receive my medicines. Every day I get a message of a revised delivery date of the next day since 18th July. Level 3 of grievance is also no use. Very distressing.

These crooks display to have a video consultation with the doctor within 2 seconds. once you pay and book the appointment they reschedule and reschedule and you are just taken for granted
This is medically related and there is nothing sensitivity that they show, Seriously do not opt for this platform they just want to trap you by paying money and showing that they will connect within 2 seconds.the platform should not claim that before paying if you cannot provide the mentioned service as mentioned with the timeline
Never order from applo they never delivere on time and u don't get refund, they don't have cancel option, if u refuse at delivery they show its delivered and won't get refund
If you are thinking about ordering from this app think twice. Its a fraud app. They will call you unnecessary for details in the name of CONSULTATION which I didn’t ask for and isn’t it unethical?

Had ordered essential medicines since it was showing next day delivery by 12 pm 21 St Jun 2023.. today is 24 th June and they have no clue when they are going to deliver..customer service is one bunch of dumb characters who just copy paste a standard response stating we I'll look into your issue and not to worry...they should shut business and stop cheating people and deprive of their patience...
Never ever order anything from 247 Apollo if you want to remain sane and stress free ..walk a little bit and get your medicine from you local trusted chemist
I ordered medicine (life-saving) on Apollo 247 (circle member). 6 days has passed, but order still not delivered. Contacted customer care multiple times but to no benefit! Never going to order medicine from Apollo 247.
Service is pathetic, before you order somthing, they called multiple times, but after order. No response and no responsibility have. Don't order anything from Apollo 247
Very unprofessional....not a single call after 2days of my medicine order not delivered either not cancelled after customer care complaint... please request you to never use the any kind of services from Apollo services in future.. No one can responsible for delay and not concern in any way....
For sample collected on 04/06/2023, report was supposed to have got released by 05/06/2023, 5 pm. Reports are still not released even after lapse of 24 hours from the committed date and time. One cannot plan doctor appointments basis the labs commitments!
Worst service.
Service standards of Dr Lal is much better and prompt, even smaller labs are much better!
Don't go for Apollo!
