I have been a regular customer of Apollo from 5 years. They delivered medicines on time. But when any issue was there it was never resplved by customer care. I took a urgent appointment for my eye infection with online doctor who prescribed medicines. But the presecription was not uploaded even after 24 hrs. I called customer they say it will take 48 hrs to give my prescription for consultarltion of whom I had paid 1000 bucks. I got doctors number somehow and she shared prescription. Recenltt the pharmacy sent me wrong product worth 1000 bucks. I contacted customer care they havent resolved the issue even after 8 days and they closed the ticket. Now omwards I am not buying or consulting anyone on Apollo App. Because I cant trust in case of any peoblem they will solve

Writing this after numerous follow up with Apollo 24/7. I purchased Proteinx powder 1 Kg. It was delivered with near expiry date which help desk agreed for return but pick up is not happening. Every day help desk calls me that it will happen by end of day. Its really frustrating as neither any one is picking up the item or getting my refund. Helpdesk only provides assurance that they are escalating to highest priority. Writing this review not to buy online as you will be stuck as I am.
I had seen a raised bp of my wife and thought of taking online consultation for which I paid 825/
The Dr vijay bhola despite knowing that we enquired for a bp case he accepted the booking
When online he did not listen and said I do not share medicine for such bp cases it would be better you visit hospital. It was this a nil consultation. When we asked for refund Apollo 24x7 said since he shared a prescription his consultation is valid. Which is not. Their doctors are fake and the system is cheating. Not worth it at all

Had an online appointment, couldn't hear a single thing from the consultant and the prescription and consultation was just prepared randomly stating a different complaints of the condition
They are wasting time of people for ordering medicine. Is is really worthless to try to order it from Apollo.
Out of 10-15 orders only 1 order got succeeded for same medicine. No good reason provided and only solution was refund.
On google I will provide same feedback.
The app is purely a snooping app. Whatever activities the customers are doing on the app get monitored by the customer service agent. Immediately, the users receive an SMS saying, "We noticed you are trying to buy medicine or book a doctor consultation, " etc. This is followed by a call from customer support.
Pathetic service. Really frustrating since they keep lying to you on deliver dates. They inform you that they tried to deliver and it was unsuccessful. But truth is that they never tried to deliver since I stay in a apartment where we have 24x7 security to receive parcels. Proof I have attached for everybody's understanding
Even waiting for 4 days for your medicine if you call their customer care then they will ask you to wait and then app will change time to next day and again you wait till that time. worst experience. Don’t use this app if you are ordering for more than 1 month medicine. They can’t fulfill your order. Okay for small orders

I ordered medication in the morning, was told it would not be delivered until after 11pm (thought it a bit late, but different cultures etc). Had to deliberately stay up late, messaged them twice asking when they would show up...no response. Luckily I didn't pay online as they would have stolen my money, they didn't show and I got a lesson to warn fellow travellers.
I ordered medicine via Apollo service 24/7 app and I experienced very bad because they didn't provide medicine to me and even I am facing lots of issuing
They provided wrong lab test report, and no one is ready to solve the issue as well as least bothered about the pain we went through.
Worst service.
We are a senior citizen couple and we booked a slot today morning at 6.30 am for sample collection. The phlebologist ( sample collection guy) called at 6.30 am and informed us that he is giving the work to another guy . We called toll free number to complain. They said they will take min 30 minutes to tell us the solution. We had to cancel the booking. This is the second experience with 24/7 . They are absolutely undependable. Never book any sample collection with Apollo 24/7.

Would recommend to use Apollo for medicine delivery and blood tests.
Ordered after paying. Less medicines provided. Don't trust them. Always check your medicines at doorstep by opening the packaging. The bill may show items are there but it won't work. Worst customer service ever. Netmeds, Trumeds way better. Opt for cash on delivery only. They are cheating people. They did so with my aged senior citizen mother. They sent a used mask and refused to take it back. Just unbelievable. Time to BOYCOTT ONLINE PAYMENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY WITH THIS BRAND. Customer care further wanted to give credits rather than return and refund. This was my first refund or return request. Brand has lost all credibility.

They said for 2 hour delivery, but they continue updated status of delivery like time and day.. after many call and harassment finally they cancel my order on behalf of own and said we refund.
Is this way that after getting money you given same amount of refund after lots of harassment. As vice versa apollo give me. Money , i also return money after your many call and 3-4 days.
For refund i not waisted my time . Either you give give product free of cost either refund double amount. Its your habit to harassment customer many complaints same issue because you nothing give additional just refund its too easy for you
Very bad experience with apollo 24/7. Delivery late already 3 day. Not receive till now only. this conditions when I Continuous follow up with care team. I think my ?? course will be brake. Last time order 4 qty. This time also 4 . Only sms came today will be delivered. No one order emergency ?? to apollo
Apollo 247's incompetence is glaring. I placed an order for a 4kg Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein(Order ID: 295934411) on April 20th, with the assurance of delivery by April 22nd. I paid Rs. 11042 upfront for this order. However, my delivery date has been repeatedly changed and delayed, from April 22nd to 25th, then 27th, and now April 29th. This blatant disregard, along with their slow 7-10 day refund policy, is unacceptable. Avoid Apollo 247 at all costs; they're a scam waiting to happen. I am utterly disappointed with Apollo 247's service.
I didn’t get a "zero" or "negative" rating - hence I had to settle with one.
The online health credit part of apollo 24/7 is fake and they cheated all patients by encourage them to making online prepaid payment. Me and My wife had booked basic health lab test and as per c.care and apollo app we paid in advance to get health credit amount as cashback.
While booking the lab tests - it clearly stated by c.care and in written at apollo app these health credits amount used at any apollo pharmacy by sharing a otp at pharmacist. When we go in-person at different apollo pharmacy they all deny to accept this health credit amount by anyhow.
When we contacted the customer support - quite shrewdly they deny to use these health credits amount by any apollo pharmacy. My frustration is that why apollo run fake health credit amount and give fake written commitments with step by step guiding to use this amount at apollo pharmacy.We would have preferred to go in-person at different apollo pharmacy but they all deny to accept this health credit programme.
I believe these are blood-suckers and the strategy is to make maximum out of the gullible patients. Please avoid using this feature.
Am sharing my very very bad experience with Apollo 24/7 online app for medicine purchase
I have ordered protein powder for my 1.5yrs old baby with specific flavour along with the prescription but I have received all other flavours except ordered flavour
How it is possible well known reputation firm can do like this and also no use of customer care no response nothing. That too for infant foods this irresponsibility’s. Even small shop will never do these kind of mistakes.. particularly no response from customer care till now either my money back or replacement of wrong product
Please don’t buy anything from this app
