Anulom

I was directed to Anulom by ICICI bank for home Loan intimation. These people were quick to take the payment and assured completion of NOI in 10 working days. But its been 3 months now, first of all after payment no one bothers to give status, on followup they first kept saying issue with Bank server, and then now it is issue with Government server. Are they saying the bank and government server is down for 3 months ? The support person keeps copy pasting the same reply.

I have booked appointment today and the field staff calls and says i cannot come today, this has happened 2-3 times.

Very poor experience and the customer care Bhagyashree switches off the phone while the call is going on without any resolution

After connecting with Anulom, The worst experience with Anulom.

I had contacted anulom for registered rent agreement, But due to some correction they told me to pay the double stamp duty charges, registration charges and document handing charges(Approximately Rs.1500). The correction mistake done by anulom employee(Even don’t don’t know to write the spelling). So, I have not paid a single penny of extra charges and I take back the assigned work from anulom.

So before going with anulom service please take note of the following points.

1. They will not tell you the correction charges, They purposely do the spelling mistake and extra charges will be put on customer. It’s a way of earning money.

   
   




2. They won’t even for the extra paid stamp duty, registration fee and document handing charges.

   
   




3. Not proper response after paying half money. Once get the half money, they wont entertain you, your call or WhatsApp messages.

   
   




4. Delay in services. Almost 10-15 days to complete registered agreement.

   
   




5. Employees are too rude and unprofessional, and don’t even know how to write spelling. Need proper training.

   
   




6. Even charges are almost double if we compare with https://nobroker.in and https://easyrentagreement.com

   
   

So before contacting anulom, think 100 times, it’s a waste and worst service. I highly suggest “BIG NO” to anulom.

Following services you can contact, they are best, cheaper ad speedy services. Finally I completed by agreement with in 5 days with cheaper cost and professional people(That is Nobroker.com).

I was extremely pleased to know that my Anulom house agreement proceedures went extremely well, and smooth. The full credit goes to miss Anjali who helped me from day one, and very patiently led me through, the seemingly confusing matters. in between I needed help with the POA as my fathers fingerprints couldn't be read due to his age. Again Anjali took up my case and got everything done so easily for me. right unto getting the pdf, uploading all the parameters and fixing new biometric date.

Dear Anulom Teams,

Recently I got possession of my flat at Hinjewadi and I was planning to rent out my flat. I have approached Anulom for execution of rent agreement. Ms. Tejshree has sent me quotation for rent agreement immediately. I am located out of Pune and was planning to visit Pune on Saturday ( 24th June 2023). Don't waste your hard earned money, they will waste your time, very unprofessional people hired by anulom, they don't have basic ethics / behavior to talk, fraud company, fraud promises.They will promise to make you certain payment on your website but later on they will change and increase the amount to be paid. such kind of companies should be banned.

Pl. Be very careful going for Anulom services. This company is completely fraud. They will take the money and never respond back and will also not do the rental agreement.

They will stop answering the calls and will not refund any amount. Completely fraud company

Very unprofessional.Worst experience wid them.they give the contact person number which is most of the times switched off.their call centre is always busy.they work as per their own"standard time" which they only know.they will never turn on thei said time. Don't ever go for it.

Never ever even touch Anulom services even with a barge pole, they are good at driving you mad. They do not deliver police verification service and on cancelling the service deduct charges from the amount paid. Why shld we pay for a deficit in service by Anulom. My overall exp with them always has been very bad. Won't recommend it to anyone.

I faced heavy losses by renting out my premises, and registration process was carried out by our PARASITE ANULOM. they missed up important documents as addition, resulted into tenant walking away FREE without completing the repairs needed on termination of the contract. ANULOM changed the rental as well as deposit amounts in the agreement, which attracted additional payments .I WILL NEVER EVER ALLOW THEM TO BE A PART OF MY DEALINGS, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY ELSE.
