I had been a participant in Toluna.com survey opportunities for a considerable amount of time, hoping to earn some rewards for my opinions. Initially, the platform seemed promising, offering a wide array of surveys and the potential to earn incentives. However, my experience with Toluna quickly turned sour, and I realized that this site is cheating its users daily.

One of the most frustrating aspects of Toluna is its handling of survey incentives. Nearly three-fourths of the time, no incentive was given to me upon completing a survey. Instead, I was given a prize draw entry ticket, which felt like a consolation prize rather than a reward for my time and effort. The message I often received was, "You were screened out." This is particularly aggravating because a participant shouldn't be screened out after completing a survey. It's misleading and a waste of time.

Moreover, the survey opportunities themselves began to dwindle. All of a sudden, I stopped receiving survey invitations on my email. Puzzled and concerned, I reached out to their support team to inquire about any potential fault on my part, hoping to rectify the situation and avoid similar issues in the future. I even provided proof of my email and the correspondence that followed. Unfortunately, the response was unsatisfactory, and I was left feeling ignored and undervalued as a participant.

In conclusion, I strongly advise staying away from Toluna.com. They come across as cheaters who do not value their users' time or contributions. The platform may lure you in with the promise of rewards, but the reality is far from satisfactory. Save yourself the frustration and look for more reputable survey sites that genuinely reward their participants.

I HAVE 80K points and no matter what I try to redeem it gets cancelled! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE "GOOD" reviews because its all fake. They let you take surveys for hours and then refuse to pay you! Customer support? NONE ITS ALL BOTS REPLY. Ducking idiots I Ducking hate you for wasting my time

Impossible cooperate with them. Polls always crash; many times you come to an end and get kicked out. Find other survey company. Toluna is a looser

Like what others have said. This is a scam site. Think for yourself why there are so many negative reviews and why are all the positive reviews made by accounts that looks like bots/paid reviews. If I had googled Toluna Review before I started my account with them, I would never do it.

If you want to waste your time then go ahead. But before you do, let me tell you what will happen, so you can decide if you want to continue or not.

There are usually less than 3 surveys daily but let's say there are 10 surveys available in total.

For 2/10 of the surveys, when you click into them, it will say that your profile do not match at all. That is also the case after you filled up all their profile questionnaires.

For the remaining 8, half of them when you clicked into it contains bug or server errors which either prevent you from starting, prevent you from proceeding once started, or prevent you from completing the survey at the end or halfway through.

Now, as you happily finish up the remaining 4 surveys, for 3 of them, right before you complete it, you will be kicked out suddenly with a prompt that says the survey has filled up, preventing you from earning any points, after you had spend hours on it.

"Fine, but at least I am still credited for the last survey" would be what you are thinking. WRONG. Yes, you will be credited but for 3/10 of these completed and credited surveys, the points will be retracted for no reason resulting in no awarded points. YES, they will still do that after WEEKS of you completing the survey, so meaning all your points are never safe and can be completely empty tomorrow.

Okay, so for the remaining 7 surveys that you are credited for and not (yet) retracted by them, let's say you finally accumulated enough points for redemption. Right after you happily redeemed the item, the real ordeal begins here.

They will refuse the payout and quietly suspense your account without any warning, and you will never know it unless you email their customer support. This is another set of nightmare that I won't go into details about. But you can check the reviews by others.

They will then extort more information from you under the pretense of verification and proceed to sell it online to earn for even more profit.

This is finally when you realise why is there an influx of spams email after you joined their site and that you have been scammed.

Good job Toluna. You earn from your users doing the survey, refuse their payout, and then proceed to sell their information.

I had been a participant of Toluna.com survey opportunities. I realised that this site is cheating us every day. Nearly three fourth of the times, no incentive was given to me and I was given a prize draw entry ticket. The message resulted as, "You were screened out". A participant can't be screened out after completed a survey. Not only this, they stopped sending survey opportunities on my email-id all of a sudden. I enquired regarding my fault so that in future it shouldn't result. Proof of my email followed by their reply is submitted below from my side. Even God also forgives our fault when we commit for non-repeat in future. Stay away from Toluna.com as they are cheaters.

Used to be great. A lot of variety, redemption options, games etc but all of a sudden after 10+ years I had my account CANCELLED with the only reason given that it had been'flagged' due to attempting to maintain the'quality' of their data - no being advised(i had to chase them up), no being given access to the money I had owing to me, nothing.

The joke of all this is, they think there's'high quality data' when say some surveys require a CEO level position to answer or someone on$100, 000 income? As if people with naturally high incomes would complete 20 min surveys for roughly$1. The logic boggles the mind.

That said though, the time spent is NOT worth it & others have attested to this. Very little is paid for your effort. Add to this, there are MANY survey errors none of which you're compensated for so time simply lost.

Horrible all in all, like many survey sites these days. user loyalty means NOTHING to them - they'll use & discard you as they see fit(while getting free data out of you many a time)!

Use others for sure. prizerebel for one, has better content & they treat users infinitely better!

Ultra scam after spending time for all surveys, at last it saying this survey is full. Then why you sending survey for me after that survey is full time wasting. Minimum decently give the point of 20 minutes this app cheating data collecting only. no reward ????

I used this website from last 3month , I heard this website from my friend mouth.But when I personally used it my experience is so bad. I think it will be scam or waste of time. They give u survey by showing complete this survey and u gets 3000 points.But when you start survey after 2 or 3 questions they will be disqualified you.And they asked so confusing type of question.

I wouldn’t call it a scam, but I also wouldn’t consider it a trustworthy site. It’s misleading and not worth your time.

I don’t believe in it and would never recommend survey sites to anyone, but I joined just to see what it’s like and here’s what I found.

When you join, they give you a brief survey that takes maybe 30 seconds. Some point will appear in your earnings. They do this to make new users feel like this is an easy way to make some quick side cash.

After a while survey doesn't come or else after few questions they will disqualify you

Avoid this survey company if you appreciate your time! I have accounts to many similar companies and they respect my precious time. I cash out regularly because I answer honestly and they appreciate it. TOLUNA IS A TOTAL SCUM! You cant collect 65000 points they want to give you cash because they give very few points for every survey, they screen you out 9 out of 10 times you start a survey, they screen you out even you have completed 90% of the survey, the survey stops suddenly one question before its end(!) and last but not least their points last only 14 or 16 months, and after this point you complete surveys, you earn some points and they erase the points you've earned because they expire! Its almost impossible to win a prize! Go elsewhere! There are many survey companies out there that respect of your time and efford!

Ive always had interests in making money online from surveys, games and stuffs, so somwhow through google I happened to go through this website which I thought will give real money but I got nothing, everytime I started a survey it will end in a few seconds saying you're not suitable for it, it was a real bad experience on this website

I don't why most of the website recommend this as survey app. I find it worthless, wastage of time and energy. They disqualified me from the beginning and I had seen so many times other free apps direct this app to install so that I can proceed for next stage. Immediately uninstalled all the useless apps.

Toluna.com is a survey website that pay you for completing survey online by various methods like paypal, Amazon pay, Flipkart. And it is having very high threshold which is impossible to complete as if you want to get your money in your PayPal account you need 51000 points which is equal to 500 rupees only so you can imagine how much big bash hold you have to complete for such low amount of money. Moreover the survey that they give are also very low points like 200 to 1000 point only. Which is really very bad thing about this website. I am personally using this website for about one month and still I am only able to complete only 730 points only. Most of the time the screen out you from the survey after completing more than half of it and they give you only 50 to 10 points as a compensation for this.so you can imagine how difficult to complete this threshold is although it is a very legit webside it really pays as one of my friend was able to complete the threshold after an half year.

I joined this survey site a month back and I am only able to accumulate 4000 points. I used to donate 1 hour every day using the app but it's of no use. Most of the surveys don't qualify me and it's really really frustrating. Sometimes they ask you to operate the survey from PC, so what's the use of mobile app?

We have to check regularly for the availability of survey. They cannot even give us the notification. Servicing is very very bad. Now, I can see that the price money is too low in comparison to our efforts in taking surveys everyday. I am really unsatisfied with the app. It does not fulfill the needs.

So, I came across this Survey Site Toluna, which is App based as well as Web Based, whilst surfing The Internet. I have downloaded The App & use its Web Version As Well. First Things First, if You are looking or Expecting to make some Serious Money out of it, then better leave & forget about joining. Its just an App which will ask you to fill in Surveys & then Disqualify You after You hv Answered quite a Few Questions in it. You can make anywhere between 1400 to 2000 points if You are Lucky enough to Qualify for the Survey. Remember, 50000 points= INR 500. And it should take Atleast 2 to 3 months of using Toluna to earn INR 500. You may get a Survey Every Day, but Only if You Quality will You Earn Points. There's a Spin n Win too, but its Rigged! Really frustrating site, and terrible customer service.

They've given me the runaround for months. I've been owed around 30-ish quid in vouchers since christmas. One minute they acknowledge they owe me it and say it will be paid in 4 weeks - that time comes and i've still not been paid and suddenly it's an open case again and it needs to be investigated. I spent hours upon hours on surveys etc for those vouchers and I doubt I'll see them.

I'm contacting the market research society about them cause they are so dodgy. Never dealt with a survey site like them.
