I placed order where expected after 4days. I kept calling everyday to ensure the order was on track to which they confirmed. On the day of delivery I called them and they mentioned that the order was cancelled as they were unable to procure the medicines and I can procure the medicines form elsewhere. This is the level of professionalism they show. If they are unable to procure the medicines in 4 days how would I be able to procure in a few hours. The medicines were urgent and required to be administered the same day to avoid medical complications. I was luckily able to procure the medicines, ofcourse at a high premium price. They still have not refunded my money although the refund should be instantaneous as they were the ones who cancelled the order and the order was never place.

Do not order from Pharmeasy. Its unreliable and fraud company. The customer service is only trained to say sorry and sorry we cannot help

They send offer adds to our mobiles, after completion of order and payment, they simply send message "your medicine is not available so we cancelled your order n your money will be refunded within 5 -7 working days "

I face the same problem number of times.

This is nothing but cheating the customers.

I orderd 6 items , i recieved only 3. As i was traveling when i came back i saw incomplete order. Next day when i tried to raise a complaint through customer service they told me that i had only 3 days to raise a complaint after the delievery date. So very easily they refused to take my complaint and neither they refunded me my money back. I lost almost 1000 Rs. Very disappointed with this service. Clearly they cheated me

Pharmeasy promised to deliver my test report on Oct 28, then changed it to Oct 30 and now when I called them on Nov 1, they are saying the report will be delivered on Nov 6, 10 days after testing. The app is not yet updated. I had to call to know what happened to my report.

They mention u time 8.30, there is no slot mentioned while booking and the number provided on msg is out of service and the lab person arrives half n hour late without any prior intimation even if patients are 85 and 80 yrs age

I booked a lab test today . They don’t have a system to assign lab technicians. Very unprofessional and unreliable guys . They provide you with vague reasons like pincode and other reasons not to come on time . PLEASE DONT USE THEIR SERVICE

I am writing to express my outrage regarding the gross mishandling of my recent order(order ID 476133431176368128) for life-saving medication, which I placed on July 27, 2024. I was assured that my delivery would arrive on July 28th, but without any prior notification or professional intervention, I have now been informed that the delivery date has been inexplicably pushed to July 31st. I am a regular customer of yours, and have placed multiple orders before this as well.

As a diabetic patient, I cannot overstate the critical nature of this medication. This is not merely an inconvenience; it is a matter of life and death. Your customer care team's complete lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification on this issue, only to be met with incompetence and indifference. Additionally, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled from the backend from the company side, and I was also demanded to have my order cancelled from MY SIDE!

This delay is utterly unacceptable, and the failure to provide timely updates or explanations is inexcusable. I demand an immediate and thorough explanation for this delay, as well as my refund being processed as soon as possible. This is a matter of medical negligence, and should not be taken for granted, which is how I currently see the entire process being. This has not been the first instance either. My previous order had the insulin(Lantus) cartridge being delivered a day AFTER the order with the rest of the medicine was delivered, because delivery person was drunken, this incident also I reported and no action has been taken.

Your organization has a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of its customers, and it is clear that this responsibility has not been taken seriously in my case, repeatedly. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter without ANY further delay.

This is a PLUS member experience and I will not prefer/recommend your organisation in future.

Booked PPBS Test today. Technician was supposed to come at 12:30 Hrs for collection of blood sample. I reminded that technician once at 11 AM and again at 12:15. But the technician did not turn up for sample collection. Pharmeasy is offering fake apologies and lame excuses. Pharmeasy has failed customers and caused willful inconvenience and hardships. Pharmeasy can never be trusted again. It is the most irresponsible, inefficient, incompetent and unreliable service provider.

Cancelled order delivery without prior information. In that some are emergency medicines. No way of communication with the customer care executive.

The delivery agent was so rude that he did not know how to speak to a customer or at least to a human being. I was talking to him politely and he was speaking to me in very rude tone.

I have returned the medicin cost is 1500/-, the medicin is recieved From your side, they are saying refund is not possible. pls. see in above issue and refund the amount 1500/- as soon as possible.

if issue is not resolved. I Will go on google review for publice and write back about this issue.

it's not good for customer satisfaction.

And also 1500/- amount is not small for me. Also in future I never use your service.
