Pathetic predictions , beating around the bush , total money waste , was flattened with deepanshu giriji's knowledge and wisdom but his students completely disappointed me . Not even 10 % of guruji, rather his past predictions were also not accurate not does his remedies were worth it . Rather guruji have given 10 times more remedies and prediction on YouTube and Instagram .

More than that it's back up team is helpless and clue less I called helpline num for just a 10 mins reconsultation for gemstone recommendation which was the main motive of my consultantion . Which they didn't provide I called atleast 500 times in 5 months hardly 40-50 calls were received everytime by a new person always with the same answer I m new I will ask to higher authority and get back to u . None for back me instead they didn't picked up my follow up calls .

The management should take a note that their ultimate objective is not to make money at least not for deepanshu ji they could have arranged a 10 minutes call reconsultation or completed the consllultation by extending time on their convenience also . But they should note that people are taking consultation because of guruji . And they are spoiling guruji's name and image . People who know guruji would judge him on the basis of their experience with their students but not all know him well

I took a consultation in Feb 2024 and the astrologer predicted a job change for me before 30 Apr 2024. However, i was laid off and my last day was 30 Apr 2024. Though the astrologer predicted the date correctly but the event was completely different. I reached out to their greivance team for a proper reading but received no response from them via phone or email. They charge 8000 rupees for a 15 min consultation and that too is incorrect.

The consultation is provided by very amateur astrologers who are learning at our expense. They are trying to capitalise on the bame of Deepanshu Giri but have zero experience. They should be honest enough to charge a reasonable amount and take proper consultation feedbacks.

The Lunar Astro consulting is a complete disappointment. The lure is created by Deepanshu Giri who is learned, wise and experienced, but consulting is given by his rookie students who have no experience or knowledge or the wisdom to provide holistic consultation. The charges are for the reputation of Deepanshu but the services we receive are for a mechanic. He was simply interpreting the chart without joining the dots. When we nudged him about few things, he quickly veered to it. He appeared to have come into the call prepared with a script and wanted to go through with it including remedies. Firstly, he gets into the call late and then reminds us of time check 3 minutes before the close off. This is a rip off and a bad business model. Learning at the cost of our horoscopes and charging us for it is not acceptable.

I’ve been an ardent follower of Shri Deepanshu Giri Ji since 2020 and merely watching Sir’s YouTube videos and following what he has advised in those videos has changed the entire course of my life!

Recently a friend of mine took a consultation from Lunar Astro and it definitely wasn’t the first consultation of his life! He had been to many renowned astrologer’s before but what he got to know just left him speechless! This is regarding order #11447, I took the consultation a few days back but my experience was below average 1.5./5 Stars.

He started with past life events he predicted that someone in my family would have diabetes which is not true at all I have checked with my family also, and he said that there would someone with 2nd marriage but that is again wrong,

So both the past events were incorrect.

Then he just suggested a few remedies and that's all.

He was also in a hurry the call went for 25 minutes but I didn't get any prediction or anything just the remedies.

I took a consultation with an astrologer from Lunar Astro. First and foremost, I was genuinely impressed by the astrologer's politeness and patience throughout our consultation. Their willingness to extend our session to make up for some initial foundational discussions, which I found unnecessary due to my existing knowledge from watching Deepanshu Giri Sir's lectures, was particularly commendable.

While I found the astrologer's interpretations to lean more towards the basics and somewhat negative, which was not entirely what I expected from a platform under the guidance of Deepanshu Giri Sir, I appreciated the effort to provide a comprehensive analysis. The astrologer's attempt to delve into past life interpretations to explain certain chart aspects was intriguing, although it might have been more effective to focus on the direct astrological implications in my chart.

The customer service aspect could be enhanced by providing clients with their charts in a PDF format post-consultation, which I believe would add significant value to the service offered by Lunar Astro.

Moreover, the subsequent consultation with another astrologer from the team, who was equally courteous, offered a different perspective, highlighting the diverse approaches within the team. This has been a valuable learning experience in understanding that interpretations can vary, and it has broadened my perspective on astrological analysis.

I commend Lunar Astro for their commitment to customer satisfaction by offering another consultation, which demonstrates their dedication to client service. It has been an enlightening journey that has not only deepened my understanding of astrology but also provided me with various insights into my chart. 2 years back I have seen the videos of Deepanshu sir and was impressed with the knowledge he has...

So decided to take the consultation...in Jan 2023. I have consultation on which the remedies was suggested and the time till the October has been given for marriage..

But the time has been lapsed and I have mailed the team and the person said..I alloted astrologer is not there so I have to reschedule the consultation...and that statement blown my mind...it means I have to spent again 3000 rupees, and again wait for the time given...

I think this is the strategy of lunarastro....

Kbhi to shadi ho he jaegi..jb tk nhi hoti ..tb tk reconsultatin karwate raho...

Many times I have said ..I m jobless.. unable to get a job .. running out of money...but still only one liner statement "reschedule your consultation"

I have seen the reviews of lunarastro...they all r positive but I think I am the only person which is not beniffited with the lunarastro...

I have passed through death inflicting emotional pain in my life , I am 25 and still figuring what to do in life. My rahu mahadasha is going to end in 2025 and before that guru has entered my life in the form of you Sir.

I am still not taken a consultation but I have order your book "rituals of a happy soul" and this book contains some god like energy in it and I can feel it's energy.

I am still in the process of forgiving my parents but your practicals lessons have brought many good changes in life.

First of all thanks to Deepanshu Sir and his team who are helping people with their knowledge in Astrology. I have taken Consultation previously from many other astrologers, but after a long time decided to take consultation with Lunar astro team for some specific concerns from my life after I started watching astrology videos of Deepanshu sir on YouTube. The Consultation went very well with predictions and then followed by remedies which I thought if time was more it could have been more better. But after the consultation when I listened to the recording I realised there was a lot of information and areas that were covered and it was quite amazing. The astrologer had a good knowledge and she also explained the analysis of predictions and remedies that she was talking about. Best part is that the team helped me with the pending questions and queries that I had on remedies resolved soon as possible. Overall I felt that they conduct the whole thing professionally are building a great platform to help people understand the concerns that they face in life with astrology. Also I have enrolled to the course and I have started with first few lectures and I feel the content is great with lot of techniques and knowledge that which needs to be practiced and worked by self efforts. I'm happy to be part of the Lunar Astro team through the course and I wish they be successful in all the future endeavors!

1. I would like to thank the astrologer who contacted for being polite and patient. However, I felt his interpretation lacked experience/expertise as I would expect from someone working for Lunar Astro under the guidance of Deepanshu Giri Sir. He tried to explain the very basics to me in the beginning which was not necessary as I had already mentioned that I was trying to learn astrology and I was watching Deepanshu Sir's lectures got the past few months. However, he did give me some extra time which made up for the time lost in the beginning.

2. I am not satisfied with his interpretation/story especially of my previous life to prove his point. Rather it would have been sufficient just to say that a particular planet was afflicted because of certain conjunction in my chart especially when he was not able to interpret or predict someone the major and important events of my present life even after providing him with several prompts and the timeframe. Second, he was prompting me to give him information that he could have interpreted from my chart by saying that I am not communicating.

3. Mostly I felt everything in my chart he interpreted was negative. Not sure why he wasn't able to see anything positive. Especially his story regarding my previous life actually disturbed my mind afterwards for a while.

4. The customer service at LA refused to provide me with my own chart and horoscope in PDF form when there is no mention of it beforehand that it would not be provided to me. Obviously, one would expect at least a PDF version of one's own chart after paying a huge amount for the consultation. I would like to forbid Lunar Astro or anyone associated with them to use my personal data and information in anyway without my prior consent. In summary, I would say that I am disappointed because I expected them to do better than just a normal interpretation that even normal astrologer could do. I expected their level to be a bit higher especially if they are learning from Deepanshu Sir. I am not sure if my chart was even studied in depth before consultation as mentioned at Lunar Astro website.

5. Lunar Astro did give me another interview with another astrologer from their team who was equally nice and patient but I had trouble understanding him because he spoke too fast and I had a little trouble understanding his accent. His interpretation and remedies were entirely different from the first consultation I was given. So now I don't know what to make out of it. Also, I did tell him I am not in India right now, and most of the remedies given are difficult for me to be able to carry out except for one or two. I have realized that none of the astrologers in their team are going to be up to Deepanshu Sir's caliber so I have accepted that no matter how many consultations I got from them, it's not going to come up to expectations. So I am not going to waste my time and money anymore to get more consultations. But thank you for your effort and I do appreciate your time and hard work and trying to go into some depth of my chart. It did help me to some extent how to see my chart, but as far as interpretation, that's not going be up to my expectations as they are still learning and they are not Deepanshu Sir or another astrologer of his caliber. So I don't think they should charge as much for the consultation.

6. However, I do appreciate the fact that they did keep their word and gave me another chance. I have nothing against both the astrologers. I hope they can get more experience and grow to be much better astrologer in terms of interpretations and remedies rather than doing it only on intellectual level.

A genuine direction and clarity to my life. I was haywire since 5-6 yrs, my decisions were poor and my health was affected. My fears are fading. I'm looking forward for more guidance soon.

Trick no 1 spend more time to discuss the problem and leave 10 minutes for remedies. You will confused with in a short time how to understand the remedies. Meanwhile the astrologer will say you should take a second round. Took 2 rounds and paid 10K. Do you think it is a way to deal. I will definiteky say no. I can't say that astrologer has knowledge or not. Because it is not my field. This is what happended with me. I am very much unhappy and unsatisfied from the astrologer.
