As my latest air booking id ending 1693 dated 13/09/24 the applicable prom rebate of 1500 for using PNB credit card was not received

I use goibibo more than other sites and apps because I usually find better deals in it and the app UI is Also good now its more than 4 years for me since im using the site for my travel bookings and I remember a moment when my spicejet flight was 6 hrs delayed and then the goibibo gave me full refund without taking much time

I need refund for the following modified booking.

I had paid 12 for the alka classic hotel between feb 10 to feb 12

Then on Feb 10 due to an exigency I modified the existing hotel reservation to feb 11 same hotel on higher price and extend the day of check out to feb 13 thru the go ibibo app.

I could have booked directly through hotel but I didn't .I used the app and extend my stay and modified my reservation and paid 13 k and used the hotel services too.

Tried reaching go ibibo through various modes on calls on chats and on email ..worst customer service ever.

My question is I can understand you taking money from me for the feb 10 as tht day I didn't show up

However ..I didn't cancel with ibibo I modified my booking so I paid goibibo twice for the feb 11 and 12 for a booking for same hotel.

Give me back my money room rate plus taxes for Feb 11 and feb 12 2024 from the first booking id .GH27232211224792

I will anyways never use goibibo ever you are worst company ever .

Till date I had been a happy customer of Goibibo. Wherever I travel mostly I book through goibibo. Currently I am in Nepal as usual booked all Hotels through goibibo. Had no issues in Kathmandu, my experience was excellent but as yesterday late night(8pm) when I reached hotel they denied to give me accommodation as according to them currently they have no tie up with Goibibo. But the harassment was mine who booked it 4 months back. Since then I am unable to contact Goibibo. Something unexpected after reaching a neighbouring country. I am worried as the next hotelier is also not reachable.

To customer care number, No toll free number. Cant contact to then with any human. Once you will be in trouble, then Goibibo will charge thrice from you. You have to pay gain and gain for the same seat allotment in flight, & Goibibo will enjoy with money.

Very worst & pathetic experience goibibo Already booked the return flight BOM TO LIS & LIS TO BOM they are already informed you can change the flight before 30th of june 2023 i request goibibo to change the my flight date they are charging 55286 additional amounts ????

Very bad experience. Booked a bus on Goibibo, the bus got cancelled on the day of travel they asked me to book another bus and the amount paid will be refunded.

Never got the amount as refund, i keep on raising tickets and they close the ticket without solving. What kind of non sense is this, so i request everyone to avoid booking through Goibibo as refund is never guaranteed

Had booked hotel from goibibo , 3 room's for 7 people. But when we reached to hotel they denied our booking . We r fine for wedding so immediately booked other hotel . We was expensive but we can't get the cheaper. Goibibo representative called and gave me surety and send mail to refund my booking amount and my all hotel expenses. But nothing coming out . It's almost a month .

I have book the Bus ticket from Goibibo app on 4th may, my travelling date was 6th May 2022 at 6.10pm , boarding at Akkayyapalam- visakapatnam. Bus Number is AP-07-TM-5713, Bus Travel name is Morning star.

Morning star travel was not upto mark , so horrible totally irresponsible, the pickup time was 6.10pm at Akkayyapalam but i waited with my family there for more than 3 hours on road with 9years boy and 38 years female, no intimation regarding delay, no one attending calls, at last they attended my call and said bus in under repair AP-07-TM-5713, go on telling with in 20min we will reach there , after 20min again 40min , same repeated for 3 hours , and at 9.10pm the person said they will arrange vehicle but it's Non AC bus with seater (no AC bus with sleeper) and there is no other option, if you want to cancel you can cancel and go in any other travel bus we will refund total amount( I spoken on this number +919295039555), and said will cancel because with family I can't travel in non AC bus and especially seater, and the person said they will refund total fund within 24 hours, there is no number to contact Goibibo, and finally I said ok cancel my ticket (3tickets) and I catched other travel bus at 9.30 pm and reached Hyderabad at 11.30pm (due to morning star bus I and my family suffered a lot).

I have booked multiple flights till this date, even train tickets too. Each time my experience was upto the mark and I got refund too. Only one point they don’t give much discount. But except that I don’t know why many people give bad rating about this app ! I am a frequent traveller and based on my experience only I am putting the reviews.Thank you goIbibo.

On 20 Feb I booked trip from Karur to Bangalore through Goibibo app....

That bus was cancelled without any prior notice to me....

I came to know about cancellation only when I was waiting for boarding....

I was also not notified with bus operator and driver number.....

Some how I got their number and called them. Then that socking new I got to know.....

It was Sunday evening no other option.....

I have to get other bus.....

With additional 1200 payment.....

My hard earned money got wasted due to negligence of operator as well as Goibibo.....

Strictly I don't suggest anyone to go with Goibibo......

As well as Bharathi travel for online booking...
