I need refund for the following modified booking.
I had paid 12 for the alka classic hotel between feb 10 to feb 12
Then on Feb 10 due to an exigency I modified the existing hotel reservation to feb 11 same hotel on higher price and extend the day of check out to feb 13 thru the go ibibo app.
I could have booked directly through hotel but I didn't .I used the app and extend my stay and modified my reservation and paid 13 k and used the hotel services too.
Tried reaching go ibibo through various modes on calls on chats and on email ..worst customer service ever.
My question is I can understand you taking money from me for the feb 10 as tht day I didn't show up
However ..I didn't cancel with ibibo I modified my booking so I paid goibibo twice for the feb 11 and 12 for a booking for same hotel.
Give me back my money room rate plus taxes for Feb 11 and feb 12 2024 from the first booking id .GH27232211224792
I will anyways never use goibibo ever you are worst company ever .
