I feel this review is:
The platform says no transaction fee and free to invest in MFs and this is all thrash. They deduct at least 10% of your profits/investments as transaction fees. Their so called Power SIPs and other plans are horrible as they are very low performing funds with minimal returns(as low as 1-2%) but they cut as transaction fee much more than regular and direct single MF investment.
And what's more, you can't cancel the SIPs. It is a real struggle and they keep nagging and delaying but don't let you cancel the SIPs. And their custom SIP plans are complete lies. Every time I want to cancel, they come up with a new policy and I am forced to continue the SIPs against my will.

All official Chat-rooms at Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook are now disabled and some vanished altogether. I Contacted the CEO via WhatsApp, he did not read my notes or respond.

Worst service provider they donot do anything what they commit. Before taking their advisory they will call you always and commit big big things but afterwards if you want to talk to your advisor then they are not available. I lost my money due to their negligency and they even don't bother for my loss. They even donot review your portfolio if any funds needs to changed. After taking their 2–3 years advisory this is my experience.

I have invested in multiple mutual funds through this site and noticed that they are providing regular mutual fund plans not direct mutual funds plan which means they are charging us agen fee too.
Overall except charges its nice site to manage our portfolio at one place.they are providing various of services in mutual fund, share market, gold investment and many more.
Customer support is too bad.At start they are providing me 24/7 customer support but once I have invested in mutual fund they started to ignore my complaint ticket.No quick response.

Fundsindia was really good at giving services and all. But from the recent past when people are being referred they are complaining that the customer care never comes back with regards to the issues raised by the people. They open the account or dont even. Guess they have reached their targets and let the advisors are least bothered about the clients.
Recently around 5 people wanted to start investing in Mutual funds and till now none of them have got their accounts without continous followup for more than a week.
Request the Fundsindia team to work up more and lets make people invest more and support India better. The advisors can actually guide loads of young people who are ready to invest but are unaware of lot of things. Request Fundsindia to actually spend time with all new joins and encourage them.
I started my serious investments thanks to FundsIndia. Earlier I only used to keep FD with banks, NScs but Fundsindia opened doors to many new opportunities. I am a kinda person who does a lot of analysis before trying a product. I read many good and bad reviews, in the end, I created my free account with fundsindia. Account opening process is so easy, And good thing is that they have improved since then. One very important feature that they provide is a pickup of the documents from the doorstep. I have used SIP, mutual funds, company deposits from their website. I read some bad reviews for their dmat account and hence I have opened my dmat account with zerodha, Anyway. their followup is nice. Their advices are nice, eventhough I havent used much. I have refered many of my friends to fundsindia and I will continue doing that. Overall, keep up the good work Fundsindia!

If you do investment through RTGS/NEFT, it takes normally one working days to invest your money in the selected fund. I am very happy to use this website to grow my money.
Until you start investing initially, they will keep calling you until you invest and say that they are temporary advisor and we will be assigned a permanent advisor later to help us build our profile. But after the intial investments are done. No one will call you or help you with anything. Even when you take an initiative and try contacting them, no proper response. I tried contacting them via app and web application through the option talk to advisor and it says your advisor will call you shortly but they will never call. I’m thinking of investing through mutual funds website directly instead of this 3rd party companies.
I enquired about sip investment and they said they call me shortly. I also got email from them they call me soon. 2 weeks no phone call. Even I emailed them twice. Still waiting for their call. Worst customer service. I will recommend don't use these guys. Waste of time.
I had a plan of investing in SIP and I saw an add regarding the SIP of fundsindia.com and customer praising them. So I decided contact them. I had plan of investing amount of about 5000 per month.So I contacted them and an executive called, helped me to register and told me to invest only 1000 in an sip, and she promised that I will assigned a adviser, I will get calls from them build the investment portfolio. My first sip investment was 20/9/2017. Till date no such adviser called me. If login to fundsindia and we have a option request call back from the advisor, it says "i will get call back
' immediately. I tried contacting them via chat support and the reply I got every-time was, adviser are busy with other customer, I will surely get call within 10 mins. then I tried calling then via customer support number, no response. The beauty here is my investment of SIP, only one SIP initial one is done, It was supposed to be every month, the SIP would have been deducted from my account. No one is taking care or guiding the customer.These people are only commission biased and they refer only the MF which they get highest brokerage. Please dont ever invest via fundindia. All the fake advertize they put . Fake company. worst
Since 2 years I am using Funds India. They are very careless regarding their customers and I am tired sending them mails and calling them again and again.
Its really very disappointing and frustrating.
Never trust these people and stay away. Dont waste your time and energy here.
