This is one of the best astrology websites, I have been using for more than 8 years of my life.

The free readings are what I have been using and they are consistent and accurate when it comes to my Capricorn.

As a firm believer in these predictions, not everything is written on stone, some days it would be different.

I would personally say this website free readings are better than askganesha .

The difference is cyberastro is very detailed in their readings and they don't hold back, whereask askganesha gives you one liners and wants you to pay for detailed readings.

I want to personally thank the staff that works at Cyberastro that takes the time to upload the free predictions, you have changed my life, guided me in times of need and disappointments and you know what i'm thinking most of the times. Please keep up the good work and maybe someday I will purchase your paid services.

They charged my credit card but never able to talk to the astrologer. From one week this who none sense is going on. They set up time but astrologer don't pick up phone or reply to any message. He just replied contact customer ser

BEWARE: ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS are WRITTEN BY THEIR EMPLOYEES

They take huge money for preparing the horoscope and they send a generic computer generated horoscope, which is available for just Rs 300 /- on the Internet, they charge 10 times the money and send computer generated report and customer service is very poor, they do not have sufficient knowledge on astrology, the report they send is actually useless

Cyber Astro is great in their response and service. Have been using this for over 12 years now. I was a little concerned about a credit card breach but that was found to be the Hdfc banking gateway and not the cyber Astro site itself. So glad the confusion was cleared up.

Cyberastro.com is the one of the best indian astrology website . Its service and support is very good .They take every single detail seriously like dob, time of birth etc. They offer us variety of services . They reports are very informative. They prepare every single report with full perfection.These reports contains detailed analysis . Most of the content of report is from classic astrology book. There reports are written in such a simple language that everyone can understand.They usually take 24 to 48 hours to load a report.

They are spammers who acquire email IDS from all the means and than keep on sending emails despite people submitting UN-subscription requests multiple time(I have attached one as a testimony). You can write emails, chat them on their website( http://www.cyberastro.com) but they won't reply but will keep on spamming you till you drop dead. Is there any wayto ban their site is not allow them to spam people. They are nothing but astrologers.

I am using cyber astro from Jan 2001. Initially the service was prompt & good. I found out that it was because orders when placed in USD are given more value and better service however when orders are placed from India, the customer service folks treat you like a dumbo and dont bother to respond to queries.

Ind addition they promise certain delivery dates and dont keep to their commitments. Probably if you are an overseas customer ie not in INDIA you can use them otherwise DONT get into the very bad experiences I am having.

After placing around 9- 10 orders, I get poor treatment and lousy turn around times. A complaint to the Business Unit Head does not seem to evoke any response either.

Bottomline a pretty leathargic enterpise from Top to bottom. Dont waste your money here and keep hanging after them. There are 100's of good Astrologers who can offer the same stuff at cheaper rates. Check out the net and u can find out new ones cropping up.

I started using cyberastro.com about 1 years ago. What I really found useful about this site was that there were many good reports available free of cost to the members.

Membership is free. You can generate your horoscope free of cost. They also send useful mails periodically with lots of useful information related to astrology. They have monthly reports which tell you a lot about various aspects - career, finance, health etc. Apart from monthly reports, the site also offers free reports related to various planets (mars, saturn, mercury etc.)

The interface is simple and free services are clearly marked. There are just 2 irritating things about this site - the ''Citibank'' pop-up windows, and the need to enter birth data each time you generate a report (this may be viewed as an advantage also because you can generate reports for other people also).

Unlike other astrology sites, which usually bombard your inbox with outrageous mails (making claims such as - you will win 1 million dollar in next 1 week) and junk mails, this site keeps its mails simple and useful.
