Useless money grabbers

Sell only fakes

I joined to sell my genuine wrist watches & paid them upfront via Visa.

Then found they only sell fake watches so mine got lost amongst 100's of fakes & probably other items.

A moneymaking scam for the owners whoever they are.

Also useless search box, to sum up A COMPLETE WASTE OF CASH AND TIME.

Costumer services??? What a joke!

There was a problem with my order. It turned out that I had made a slight mistake with my address. I didn't realise until it had been brought to my attention a second time after ordering successively from the website before.

The customer services representative John was very rude to me and very condescending. I will never shop at the site or use the site in any shape or form ever again.

I signed up with cqout selling adult dvds I was doing loads listings then I thought I will up grade to trusted seller , then that's when I had problems the Natsies approach Ritta decided I was selling copies , no one had complained it was a listing she said she didn't believe was genuine dvd.

Now why would I upgrade to trusted seller if I was to just try my luck selling copies, informed her you are mistaken I will photo copy the dvd when I get to work and ask the sergeants  approval at the police station where I work , her reply don't threaten us with your police friends.

So basically I thought sod this and sold them to the local sex shop he stuck them on his shelves and sold them, cqout in my opinion is full of copy pirated software dvds being sold every day from standard sellers not trusted sellers , I don't use Cqout now to much hassle I just use Amazon or eBay with no problems at all.

Waste of time with CQ Out
Jul 10, 2013 03:40 PM7040 Views

Past 2 weeks trying to list with this company is nothing but a waste of time. they give you the run around, Delete your products and have a real attitude products. They try to make themselves bigger than eBay, when they are some 3 person operation.

We've moved onto Bonanza and eBid where we didn't get the a-hole type attitude like we did with this company!

Cqout, a great auction site
Sep 27, 2011 08:29 AM7758 Views

I use CQout all the time to buy and sell stuff. Its a safe environment  with lots of security features other auction sites don't have. There are  no listing fees, so you can try it for free . If you are not used to  selling stuff on an auction, its a very easy site to upload to and the  customer services are very helpful with prompt responses and advise if  you need them. They even have their own online payment systems, if you  are not registered with other on line payment providers. They make  selling really easy and fun and take care of you. its not as busy but you are not up against big sellers like those on eboy and in these difficult financial times CQout has been a life saver for me. I have sold loads of unwanted household items to help pay the bills. thanks Cqout!

CQout, the best on line auction site ever!

Cqout is a great site, safe, secure with excellent customer service. everything is here you see on Ebay and Ubid but its simply better and easier to use.Why it attracts critics I do not know. I have had many successful sales and buys on there. if you use their own escrow service its completely secure. you have to register with a credit card too so there are no schill bidders or time wasters. it also has a strict policy on buyers and sellers, three negative ratings and you are out. so whats not to like about it?

Its so much better than the others.

CQout is best avoided

The best advice is not to use CQout. You'll save yourself a lot of hassle, and you'll never know the frustration of repeated e-mails as you doggedly try to get your money back.

In Jan 07 I ordered a £25 item from Cybercheckout using the CQout auction site. That's when the trouble started because I've never received the item, or a refund cheque I was promised. I wasn't even able to leave negative feedback on the seller. This site cares more about the seller than it does the buyer, whereas I would have thought the opposite would have been better. There are just too many cowboys out there. We need to have some protection.

It simply isn't right that the seller in collusion with the site can ride roughshod over the rights of a buyer. I really thought that I lived in a world where if you pay good money for an item, well, you get the item you paid for. Apparently not.

Avoid this site. CQout are a disgrace.

Review CQout WARNING!!!
Dec 04, 2006 06:37 AM9599 Views

WARNING!! to anyone who likes to use online auction rooms, I have been a member of Paypal and Ebay for half a year and I have had nothing but piece of mind and security as well as polite emails from them in communicating problems..but CQout.com is totaly the opposite, if you get a problem they will argue with you so they get there own way and they are one of these company's that have lots of small text on the terms and conditions in which if you don't abide too they will use against you in any dispute, I know this because I am an innocent victim of there deceitful practices. My advice to you guys is stay away from them and stay with Ebay, CQout is BAD NEWS!!! My experience with them is they took commission money from me, even though the sale that they claim to be successfull actually fell through. I had one email fro CQout and nothing from the buyer... CQout should not take money from me until they know the sale has be 100% successful. there staff are very impolite too, so if you register with them (highly recommended that you don't, stay with other auction rooms) PLEASE BE REALLY CAREFUL. they are cheats...

Con - stay away

Ex-pats beware - you're not welcome at cqout.

I paid £2 to join this scam site. The registration process involves an IP check. Therefore, when they took my money they knew exactly where I was - not in the UK. I registered with my UK address since that's where my credit card bills go and where I'm based. They took the money and after the screen saying "thanks - £2 has been deducted from your credit card" was a screen saying "suspended". Subsequent emails were ignored and when replies were forthcoming they were ignorant, unhelpful and rude.

They were unwilling to work with me to prove my trustworthiness and consider themselves high tech despite basing their operations from a fax machine.

Being away from home really ought not to be an immediate cause for suspicion. Newsflash cquot: people travel! Sometimes they go away for extended periods of time.

I've seen lots of warnings online about this scam. STEER CLEAR.

Silly Name-- Lots of Bargains
Oct 21, 2002 03:37 PM9071 Views

I first came across CQout when I did a search for auctions in a search engine, I was looking to see if there were any new sites. The search engine listing said something like “ Seek out a real bargain at CQout…”. I was glad it was put that way because I would have never got what CQout stood for .. Clever, maybe a little too clever !! I registered which cost £1, at first I thought what a cheek, but straight away I was beginning to like the site because the £1 registration fee was to check the user’s true credentials, and I liked the fact that some sort of checking was going on. I liked the simple and clear layout of the pages. It has all the features and information other auction sites have but it doesn’t look cluttered. I guess that is the difference between good and bad design. The days that I was looking at the site there were around 5000 items which is not as much as some of the bigger auctions but there was plenty there.

There were not that many bids either, but that made it a bargain hunter’s paradise for me. You always have a dilemma in these situations, Do you tell others that you have found a great site and by doing so crowds rush in and spoil it for you or do you keep it to yourself? Well I decided I had my bargains and there is more than I could ever want.
