Beware of fraudulent practices! I purchased their premium service package valued at Rs. 14, 000 to sell my apartment. This package promised a 4-month timeline for property sale and included various services such as social media promotion, email marketing, advertisements, personal calls, lead generation, and the exclusion of brokers.

However, within just 15 days, they abruptly ceased all social media services. Despite my explicit instruction to exclude brokers and only work through my designated relationship manager(RM), they shared my contact details with brokers without consent.

Their initial promises about package details and services were grossly inaccurate. I patiently waited for 2.5 months for them to sell my property, but they consistently failed to take any meaningful action.

Initially, my RM assured me of weekly updates on leads and progress. However, after numerous complaints, she reluctantly agreed to provide updates twice a week. Despite this assurance, I found myself constantly chasing her for updates, highlighting a clear lack of professionalism and commitment.

Even after escalating the issue to her manager, the outcome remained disappointing. It became evident that their entire team operates with a lack of integrity, making them nothing short of scam artists.

Their refusal to provide a refund further underscores their deceitful practices. They continuously make false promises, wasting both time and money.

In summary, dealing with this platform is a lesson in frustration and disappointment. They lure you in with promises of quality service but fail to deliver, leaving customers stranded and out of pocket. Beware of their deceptive tactics and avoid falling victim to their scams at all costs.

I have all call recordings as a proof that will prove they did not provide any service to me worth RS 14000, they also not provided any refund amount till now.

Do not recommend it.

I took the service of 99 acres to sell my flat in Ranchi as I have moved to Mumbai. Ms. Madhuri Senger, my RM was very prompt in apprising and responding to my queries. I got number of potential buyers, and was able to sell my flat without me being physically present. Thanks to 99 acres team

I have taken 99 Acres plan to sale my apartmen taken 3 months plan however sold apartment in two months. The relationship manager Naman Sing was very specific and confident . He assured all assistance and delivered too. Initially I was afraid to get buyers however slowly slowly I started getting inquiries a effective injuries as in depth nailed by Naman singh. I have successfully sold my apartment with my desired price .

When I have posted my property for rent, I was approached to take a plan from the sales team telling that many people are interested in my property for rent and told about the benefits. I got many calls from them providing me assurance of getting tenants within a week or 10 days only. When I asked that I will pay after getting a tenant, they said that many people are interested so I will get a tenant easily if I pay for the plan. They even told me that they have discounts on Sundays and I paid Rs.13600 for the plan which was for 3 months. After paying the money, I was assigned an RM who hardly brought 3-4 leads in two months. After waiting for two months and raising a complaint, they asked me to explore the plan and pay more. When I asked for my refund, I got a call from the manager who is now telling me that they did not promise about getting the tenants and that they only told about the benefits of the plan which isn't true. They told that it was my decision to take up the plan but I only did because they approached me continuously and I trusted them with it. I request everyone not to believe in these sites as I have been cheated on by this site and I have lost my money.

I lost 2k on this site. The person posed himself as the owner residing in a nearby district, this was a flat about to get completed, I went to verify it physically. He said he will take leave and finish the remaining work within a week and then I can shift as other renters would be shifting soon too. Asked for advance booking for which I paid 1k after a week he said he needs 650 urgently as an EMI amount otherwise it will bounce back.. he will return it if I want or will manage it in rent, I complied and gave him 1k more after that he stopped picking my calls. I was about to shift on 3rd of March, 2024 and upon multiple calls and messages sent to him... he replied only at night that I have been scammed... never ever pay through QR code... physically meet the person, check his property papers amd then only go ahead... do not be in any hurry.... Also 99acres should ensure property papers are verified before listing the property...

This is first time I am using 99acres as a paid member for selling my residential land. I am happy with the level of reach this 99acres have got in the general public. My land is sold now through the 99acres. However the services offered by 99acres to the paid members for posting the property is not quite promising. They have multiple paid options for posting the property ad but there is lack of clarity on which paid plan will be best suit for our property. The sales team is given a target to meet so as soon as we post a free ad, we get sales calls like crazy for converting the free ad into paid one. The sales person suggests random plan and random prizes so that we get fully confused which one is right. Everyday you will get calls from various persons from the sales team and the information they share is never the same. Moreover, the after sales services offered to the customer is not quite clear, There is a dedicated Relation manager get allocated to work on our property but the roles and responsibilities of that relationship manager is not clearly set or not rightly communicated to the customer. Sometimes I felt the role of the relationship manager is not required, I may be wrong though but that's a problem which requires more clarity. However they manage to keep our advertisement at limelight through which it get watchful by the public who uses social media and the users of 99acres. So overall I do recommend 99acres to others however I would advise the users to be mindful in choosing the paid options. Now I've put another new paid advertisement for selling my other residential land through the same services team who offered me some discounted price. So I will closely track the services offered to me is really promising or not and then take a final decision considering this as a trial and error.

Note: I may come back and do another review later if I feel better based on the future experience with 99acres.

Hi … Dear 99 acres team ,

It seems you have not changed your false commitment pattern as even I have experienced the same as above customers, that means it proofs that 99 acres do not value their customers they just value Money and deal in how to earn money from the customers without giving them any leads and Most Funny part is One of the customers called me for 5 to 6 times by changing his name and profession and requirements but unfortunately after so much of conversation he told that 99 acres pay those persons to call their customers (us)as leads … which is very funny he told me that as two calls he has closed but 99 acres didi not paid him??…

And the same story for all they are repeating as they have fixed their strategy.

I have raised concerns many times , sent emails also but do not get any positive response from 99 acres , even the relationship manager who they have provided is of no use she do not even have any particular contact number and she is not bothered for her responsibility to the work which was assigned her . She didn’t even receive calls nor she provide any details, she is very very bad in communication.

I took their paid property listing and started receiving responses, but when I contacted those people, they were unaware of this site and wondering how I got their contact number.

Even after taking their paid service, I must send a separate request to verify my pictures. You will get this information only if you notice your pictures are not verified and contact customer support.

After taking their most popular paid plan, they will call you immediately asking for more money and recommending a better plan.

Such a pathetic platform where you can’t self verify your property because it is only supported on android and not iOS. Even if you buy a paid plan they still won’t verify because they don’t support that area or you need to buy the most expensive plan. Finally they won’t even refund it even if your property remains unverified. Their solution is that you buy an android phone and go to the property and then verify it.

I have taken service from 99 acres for Rs 12k for 3 months. In starting 2 months only 1 enquiry is received. And after two months RM is asking to extend service for 3 more months. They are just making there business. Before availing service they have assured that they are having registered buyer in the locality of the property. Please don't fall under false promises of the sales person.

However, despite these promises, the service fell short of expectations. Within the initial 35 days, only one enquiry was received, a stark contrast to the 30+ enquiries garnered from another platform, No Broker, within a month. Delays in social media advertisement, lack of responsiveness from the assigned relationship manager, and ineffective customer service exacerbated the dissatisfaction. Despite raising 13 service requests, none yielded any tangible outcomes, leaving the experience deeply unsatisfactory.
