Here I would like to share worst service given by the Yamaha authorized service from Tumkur.
Service done On 3-sep-2019- I have my Yamaha r15s version 2017model. The vehicle was run up-to 17970kms at the time of service, the major issue was low pick up at first gear and heard some weird noise. The showroom service person by name Imran observed my vehicle and said that it''s CLUTCH BELL ISSUES(I don''t really understand technically he was correct or not) they have said lathe work to be made also he said to replace clutch cable, then they said we will rectify the issue and fix.
After receiving my bike from service GOD knows what they have really done to that, clutch cable they have replaced it because it''s an external part. But they haven''t done anything on the actual issues service cost they have charged 1731rupees. I took the vehicle and have run around 20km again that issue observed, I was taken back the vehicle to the service center again on 7sep2019, they were trying to argue about their third class service, since am an mechanical engineer by profession and conveyed them in the right direction. After that he was opened the clutch cover in front of me and showed this is what he has done(that was just a story he cooked up to convince me) then I realized that I have been cheated by the authorized YAMAHA SERVICE CENTER TUMKUR.
They will loot the money other than rectifying the actual problems, it''s because of lack of skilled labours and poor training provided by the Yamaha personel(it seems)
I have made a complaint to the Yamaha complaint number 18004201600 they have told me we will help you am still waiting.
My personal advice don''t just get looted from an unprofessional service centers, outside their are really hardworker and most skilled personals are available trust them and get the things done properly.
Because we earn money and earned money only knows the value of our efforts. Thanks for your time in reading this appreciate
