Do not buy from here....high chances of damaged transported vehicals will be repaired and given to you....moreover owner does not have any sense to talk to customers..he is very rude

I gave my vehicle for service and just to see if they actually do something, I put little marks on where they claim they do the servicing.

When I got the vehicle back, it was exactly as I had given them, without any repairs or even a cleaning.

And then they claimed that everything was fine and it was just outside dust that had accumulated.

I was then forced to surrender my form and everything and not allowed to take a picture of my own scooter!

Worst Service

Never on their commitments, after making the full payment they are not giving the delivery as committed and making me run back and forth.

Very bad experience with preetam Honda.

I have purchased CB Shine and started facing problem with the fuel tank within 4 months.

They gave me commitment that it will be replaced within 15 days now it's almost 2 months there's no revert from the sales and service team.

Pathetic service at Preetam Honda(Andheri East). I had given my bike(Activa) by around 9:30 AM and do not got any call for pickup. I had to wait till 8:00 pm for bike. After servicing, bike handle was thundering as if they had not tighten some bolt within. Even bike dickey lock was not working. For any non functioning part they direct tell to replace it with new one rather atleast 1st trying to rectify it. Post servicing I had been there twice complaining about the issues and it took around 2 hrs for them to address it. Totally disappointed and waste of time and money.
