Experienced dissatisfaction from sales wing. May be they think that customers or Honda company is not a king, but they are .Keep in mind our single penny together makes ur salary .You dont need to make them happy but at least be sincere and dont make them sad

I always appreciate to Marikar Honda - Thiruvananthapuram, because this organization doing great things to the customer, once I visited Marikar Honda in Thiruvananthapuram with my friends, I surprised, because there dealings with the customer that's is never forgettable, even if we have an any issues this well trained guys give good subjections that make customer happy, very rare organizations only do like this services, heartily thanks to Marikar Honda - Thiruvananthapuram, I am happy to introduce my friends to Marikar Honda for buy new Honda Bikes.

Rude and rough behavior of staffs is quiet common there. Their hobby is to treat their customers as beggars. They are not all interested to attend customer's phone calls and they don't like to listen to customer feedbacks.

If you want to make a call to them please call from a different number that they do not know.Please do not ever think to buy a vehicle from there. They are nothing but stupid piece of sh*t.

Every one, please understand that Trivandrum's no. 1 cheating bike showroom is MARIKKAR.

Very bad dealing with customer, unavailability of spare parts and very bad service etc. are common here.

So, please be aware about it and don't get cheated.

I booked a Honda Activa via Marikar, Sreekariyam outlet. I had already made up my mind to buy an Activa hence no sales guys was really required but the marikar sales folks will really make you think twice.

I am aware of the new Honda plant in Bangalore and all vehicles are in stock, the sales guy confirmed that I can take delivery in a day or two.

Anyway even after a week, I am still made to wait. The sales folks are plain irresponsible and lousy, the either pass the blame to the head office or don't talk to you. They don't even have the courtesy of informing the customer about the booking status.

Overall, please go ahead with Marikar folks if you have an inside contact or if you have a bad tongue, I  heard about customers say that things work only if you go to their office and shout.

I landed my activa for servicing on 23 Feb 13 at Trivandrum service center. I was the first to land the vehicle on that day. I was asked to collect the vehicle by 1600 hrs. when I reached at the service center I saw people collecting their activa, but I couldn't find my activa.

After one hour, I started searching my vehicle. When I complained, I got the vehicle with in 15 minutes. nothing was done, Only washing was carried out, that too the bottom part was unattended. I came to know from other people that the service center even don't change the oil, they only charge Rs.250 for the same.

Dya really want your Honda Unicorn bike immediately when the whole of India waits for at least 6-8 months? Call up the dealer CCE, Sonia @ 9947035200. Though it may cost you about 6000 extra, she will organise the game for you in three days. Four of my followers already struck gold.

It's a pity that Honda fans have to go thru this hell' but yeah....we're ready to pay the price in the pursuit of our Passion. |:)

Marikar is the worst place to buy a vehicle.go their only when you got no other options.the people working over their are not at all bothered about the customers, they won't even mind you when you are in the shop.the pathetic chick in the reception is in her own world, when my mom went to enquire about vehicle booking status, she haven't bothered about her not even asked her to sit and was talking to some of her relative or sth and was laughing and stuff for about 15 minutes. And the a** holes their, who are in blue shirts are so arrogant and most of the time these guys sit their around a table and talk and make their own world.is their a manager for this pathetic place, i guess not.what a lame place , i never had such a bad experience from any part of india..

And above all after all these grant services finally they had issued me a honda activa without even a temporary registration.its been 4 days since i got this vehicle, they said number will be issued, it is against the indian rto rule that no dealer should provide vehicles to the purchaser without temporary or main registration no..now i think i should fight with them for that too..bought a vehicle and not able to ride it...what the helll

I too agree. marikar motors trivandrum service is very bad. I gave my honda activa for service and it took nearly 2 months for them to deliver the vehicle after servicing. their customer service is very very poor. if we call to the service coordinator's mobile, they wont attend the call and they dont even call you back. when I tried to their land line number today i.e. 0471 2571383 its saying "temporarly out of service". I dont know where they are heading with this kind of irresponsible customer servicing attitude. they have given me 4 commitment dates for the vehicle delivery. Like that it went 1 1/2 months. last time I had to shout at them for my vehicle to get delivered. They wont call the customer to update the vehicle service status. You have to call them to know the same. And its a "bali kera mala" to get this so called "customer service Gentle man" to get online. Their attitude is like as if we are borrowing their vehicle. After a day or two I am going to get my vehicle. God knows what will be my vehicle condition. I hope atleast I will get those two tyres back .

Thumbs down to marikar trivandrum (statue) service centre. never ever give ur vehicle to these guys. (I dont know about other marikar service centres in tvm)

My Honda Dazzler bike boaught from Marikar Trivandrum only 2 month old.I ts battery goes down service rep told it want to be replaced with out checking the battery.?Problem with my Brake after 2nd service , They take my bike for 1 day again after the first service.Battery will be replaced with in 1month..so the bike without kick start does not move.They are doing nothing.

When I reached there for first service couple of other custumoer adviced me about these issue..My fault I gave my bike gave to Marikar for service and now the bike is not moving. Dont go to Marikar for ever.

I think EVM is better than this.

I am using a Honda Aviator for two years now. Recently the choke of my Aviator was not working and on checking it was found that the choke cable was broken. With choke not working, starting the scooter was trouble everyday. Marikar service Center, Statue, Trivandrum told that the part is not available presently and will be arranged within a week. More than a month passed like this and choke cable was not available for more than a month. Manager of Marikar told me confidently that he has enquired to other dealer in Trivandrum and this part is not available in Trivandrum city and even in kerala.

Finally I put the complaint of part availability on Honda website and after further follow up by me, it was found that the part is available at other dealer in Trivandrum. I got the problem fixed the same day. After that I again called the manager of Marikar, and he replied as expected of arranging the part next week. This shows irresponsible behaviour of Dealers who are interested only in selling the products. They don’t bother to provide service to their customer.

I booked a Honda Unicorn on January 20th, 2010 in Marikar Motors, Trivandrum. They told a waiting peroid of 3 months. The reason they said for this delay was that there was a worker's strike in HMSI maufacturing plant in Manesar, Haryana. I am always a great fan of Honda bikes. I agreed to wait for Unicorn since I loved it very much & I booked it by giving an advance of Rs 1000/-.

3 months passed away. I kept enquiring about my bike in the showroom daily. They kept telling that unicorn supply is very less, & asked me to wait for some more time. Days passed on & on. Then I came to know that a Businessman in the city bought a unicorn from Marikar Motors in BLACK. I mean from their Black marketing. Another incident happened. A guy in my college who booked unicorn on March 1st week got his bike in March 2nd week, just because of his dad's personal contacts with the Manager of Marikar motors.

My friends insisted me to cancel the booking & look for some other bike. My i didn't  want to deviate from unicorn. Yesterday(24-5-2010), I visited the showroom to enquire about my unicorn. I saw a middle aged man scolding the manager (he was using very nice language) saying that he didnt get his Aviator which he booked before 5 months. I met the showroom guy. He told me to wait for another 2 months for my unicorn. I was truly astonished. He even told me to cancel the booking & wait for the new Dazzler, which he told a waiting of 3 months (The same dialogues when I went to book Unicorn).

Today (25-5-2010), with much pain & anger, I cancelled my Unicorn booking. They refunded the advance amount I paid.
