Totally disappointed me this service center and people. I had service my R15s bike 3 time but never get a good quality of service they use local oil for engine you can find after a list of 3 days of bike service. They having only a good location of the showroom neither nobody will buy a single bike from here, once they have sold bike then they forget you how to talk to you also and if you call them for any assistance or help they never pick up your phone. Guys please don't purchase any bike or Scotty from here.

There is the superviser guid properly, they dont sows the attitude and communicate very softly, sevice quality is very good.
I think people shoude go there .
They won't entertain you once you buy the bike from them...Avoid going to this showroom for purchasing the bike.

They stopped Washing bike after servicing since last two months
Attitude problem from representative, I asked why am not getting bike on same day, they clearly saying to customers that if you don't want then don't go for servicing here.
Not guiding properly, if you asked abt cost of any part. My indicators are broken down. they said it will cost Rs.180 each
I asked same thing in Suvarnalekha Karve nagar showroom, he said Rs.35 each, just need to fit the clips, No need to change indicators. I showed the bill to Kings, then he replied we do not have that part so suggested 180Rs.
Yesterday i gave my bike for servicing, where my petrol level was not recorded in their service paper and when i got my bike the petrol indicator was showing 2 lines less. i askee them about it they said they have cctv camers but i said they how come my petrol indicator level showing that much less.
Also break pads seems to be the old one.
I suggest not to go there.
Wasted 2 months on waiting for documents and accessories. no recommended. still waiting for documents. Tried calling owner so many times.
Took my money on first day. still not providing service at all. such a bunch of third class peoples. Owner is not also looking in this matter

There people don’t know what they do. I have r15 and first time I changed the visor by them. They installed broken one. I adjusted. Second time they burnt my relay. Had a lot of problem with that. Third time I asked them that a lot of noise is coming from behind. They serviced but noise didn’t solved. Whenever I ask that after service bike has again the problem then their attitude is very arrogant. I will suggest that drive more but go to different service centre. This one will destroy your bike slowly and slowly.
One of the best Yamaha Showrooms in Pune! Was planning to buy R15 V3 and when I inquired with Kings Motors to my surprise they gave me the least waiting period, which of course was even proved with their in time delivery of my bike. Very Very Glad with their service. Very co-operative staff. To be named especially Vinod, Pradumn, and all others. I hope to receive the same from the showroom and service center here further too. BIG THUMPS UP TO KINGS MOTORS! THANKS A LOT GUYS!

I used to live in Kothrud and always chose Spirit Yamaha for my bike servicing. I was very happy with their service. So when I shifted to baner I thought Kings motors will also provide same quality service, but the service I got is the worst Yamaha service I've ever seen anywhere. Most of the time they dont change oil and charge for that, never wipes the bike after washing, for chain lubrication they'll charge but never lubs it like other service centers do. It's 1000 times better to get the servicing done by a local mechanic rather than Kings motors.
As I have concern regarding my new bike YAMAHA F-ZS on 18-FEB-2017 . It’s a concidenet that that day you was there and you only convence me to take that bike instead of FZ-16.
They did not provide any thing on above . I visted four times after 18 feb . Always they said tommorw or some other excuses. Mary and sahil was my point of contact. Mary is not picking the phone and Sahil mobile is switched off. Always . Its not like that, I tried one or two times. I tried so many times. It’s fkcuing service going on in your service center . I don’t know whether you know these things or not and I am writing this mail on behalf of my satisfaction as a customer to owner nothing else.

As a proud owner of R15, I cherish to take care of it. However I was experiencing some issues with the bike and have taken it to Kings Yamaha Motors in Baner, Pune . From the initial experience they were rude and seemed didn't have any expertise.
They assured to get my bike fixed . I was experiencing power cut off during my rides and some sound in the chain. Also asked them to do a diagnostic check which was not done. On the day of my pick up I was charged Rs.2000 and was not given proper explanation what the problem was? Assuming the issue was fixed I took off. Reaching a couple of Kms the bike broke down. It was not starting and I was facing the same issue. I took it back with much difficulty. From further analysis they said they need to change RR kit which was not working. Also they didn't have the part with them. I have called up Monarch Yamaha, sadashiv peth Branch, pune if they had it. They said they will ge t in a week . The Kings people didn't bother about customer service and I have to call up other people to find the part. In the meanwhile I received a call that my bike was fixed, which was a hoax and came to know when I reached the service center. They have wasted my office hours and do not check the service file before calling a customer for pick up. I have to personally call many dealers to find out the part and get it. What the need to give to a service center when I have to do all these by myself?
They do not call and give status updates even after it was more than a week. I found out that the part is available with Monarch Yamaha and have to get it personally as they denied to get the part from them. I have wasted so much money, time and have been ill treated by the service center personnel.
I would request to take strict actions against the Service Center regarding this . As a reputed brand it is not expected such behavior from Yamaha.
