It is worst sarvice centre. There people are not helpful. Kaam to kuch karte nahi rate high lagate hai aur bike kal denge repair karte bolte hai aur 3 din lagate hai bahot lutate hai I m not satisfied in work

It is useless to avail the SO CALLED FREE SERVICE from JHAVERI HONDA all the do is wash the vehicle [ which we can also do] check the oil level I have my doubt that they would be changing the oil it is even possible that our oil which is good is drained oiut and a cheap quality oil is filled in its place.
Regarding minor problems it is rectified which will last till you drive out from the service center [ as saying in Hindi Thuk lagana] as soon as you are on the road the problem re-starts again and on inquiry with the mechanic he give you a reply in which he blames your driving is it fair?
I am facing some problems which are just not rectified by them
Thinking of making all this viral so the people of India are aware of the bad service given by Jhaveri Honda and they refrain
themselves from buying products from Jhaveri Honda
I had my 3 rd service on 19 th Oct 2021 when I showed my bike to the Cotton Grenn service centre.The service guy VISHWADEEP I told him that there is some vibration issue problem and some sound coming from. Back side of scotty he said. Okk I ll. Check with it.. I asked him when. Should I come to take the activa he saidcome In 2 hrs the bike will. Be ready.. So when i came after 2 hrs the bike was not ready they haven't taken the bike for service. He said we don't have staff so it will. Take time i came there at. 12.30.then they went for lunch.. After lunch he took my bike for servicing. Gave my activa around 3.30.pm made me wait for 3 long hrs... Total. Waste of time.. Once I received my bike when I started the bike the problem which I told him was still. There then what kind of service are u doing.. They take whole. Charges and are not doing service.. So again on Saturday I took my bike. And showed him he said there is prblm. In the cilencer some damage is done he said u will. Get the activa by evening.. So. When I went home i was asked for review by gogle. As my location was on.. So I gave one Star. And rated very bad service.. So. In afternoon when I asked them whether my activa is ready.. The representative vishwadeep said u will. Not get the activa today as its not ready and he asked why u gave me bad reviews n all. Plzz change the review.. Means now we have to give review by asking them. Only
.. So on Monday. He again called me and said u ll get the bike on Tuesday as it is not ready... I said OK.. On Tuesday he gave me the bike.. Took 300 rs for that cilencer work.. But the sound from. Back of the bike was still. There..... Again next day I have to go there 3 rd time. I went there when I asked him. He said the sound is of the double. Stand.. Yes it was the noise of the double. Stand.. I asked what is the solution on these he said the sound will. Come we can't do. Any thing
.. After 2 days when I showed local. Mechanic he said the spring in stand was damaged he changed the spring and my work. Was done.. Jhaveri honda service is pathetic the take money but are not resolving prblms.. Would never ever recommend jhaveri Honda to any one

Jhaveri Honda Service Center at Cotton Green, Bad experience ever. they will charge for all your problems in bike, scotty, but don't resolve your problems. I go for 2 to 3 time for service my vehicle and specially I told problem of my scotty. they will ensure you that your problem will resolves. but still I have same problem since last 2 to 03 service. even my problem shows only 03 to 05 days after service. Same.Same .Same on Cotton Green Jhaveri honda Service Center & their staff 7 mechanics also What is the benefit of doing service with authorized service center. their Aim only amount.loot .very bad experience. I never ever recommend don't go for service at cotton Green Jhaveri honda service center.
I was buy sp 125 on 1 Oct 2020 the bike FI light was on there are issues with the sensor but they know that the problem and they sale me that's bike I don't know but they have only for money, last since 3 month my problem not solving Discusting
I had given by bike at 9.45 am at mazgaon service centre of jhaveri honda the guy I told tat my bike average is bad so plz get me good average but only oil was changed n 1220 bill was shown n for average I will need he said more then 2000 rs to get the parts but I told him y he put oil n all b4 the average matter has to be solved but he started telling me if u want average u do all this n also when I said no he gave me the bike with no cleanup nothin n then hit me with a punch also.
Exorbitant high service charge with worst service, no value of customer, clerks are illiterate and have no talking sense.
I had to wait for 3 hours even after making an appointment for activa service. The staff is as incompetent & unfriendly as it gets. I would suggest don't buy Activa from this service provider. You'll regret it afterwards.
Jhaveri honda I very bad experience. I call so many time they are not pick the call also . I pad full amount for my bike. they are not piking call. I feel why go there I dont know, service not good. I nerve think like this type probalm they will create
Jhaveri Honda cotton green service center where I had the worst experience, Even after complaining them through an email they dont revert back, there is a person named Atul @ cotton green, he is so rude on the call when we ask him about the update on our bike, he keeps giving us excuses jhaveri Honda service is the worst service specially at Cotton green. I would request you all to stop buying from jhaveri honda because is not worth it. kindly spread this as much as you can so that every know about the service Jhaveri honda gives to thier the clients.

Service after Booking the bike is disgusting. The had given all false and fake commitments from the time booking is done. I have Booked by Honda cliq on 2 September 2017 and the adviser had promised will get the delivery with Rto Registration in 7-8 Business working days. After a several follow-up just my mobile got registered and from that time till now chasing up with the team no update and till date false commitments and promised.
On 22 Sept 2017, the sales person Mr Prashant, calls and advises me to take the delivery with the TC number and had ensured me by Tuesday( 26 Sept) will receive the pakka the number. Post that, there is no communication and have been chasing and no revert over a call or sms. When try to contact the Fort Showroom and they are clueless.
I need a solution in 24 Hours or will be force to leave the bike at showroom and need a full refund with interest on harassing the CONSUMER.
Will never advised any one for the such a pathetic showroom and services.

I have given CBR250R for servicing at jhaveri Honda kalachowki . Overall all waorking staff has very casual attitude towards work. No parts are not available after 1month also. We bought the parts from outside on our own. Billing procedure is time taking. Payment options not available.complate Inconvenience and headache by rendering services at jhaveri honda. Not worth for single star.
Jhaveri honda is service center for scotars & bike.Jhaveri only take honda company bikes it has many branches in mumbai where I go to my servicing for bike is near my home cotton green.
Jhaveri give nice service for bike which was want to do in every 2 months after taking bike but after a part if this the jhaveri also has charged very expensive rate for any little things also my bike get some scrahes they chargeing high rate for that which I ask outside in garage it was very on cheap rate and also what is the use of that insurance.
Actually I hd my honda shine white clr meet with an accident on the 3rd of march 2015 and had submitted fr insurance the very next day but the parts of the bike are still not available its almost a month how could the company make bike without the availability of that particular bikes that's not at the par being such a big company u all are not satisfying ur customers
Jhaveri Honda- Cotton Green. My scooter Honda Aviator drum skidded and fell on its right side. I took my vehicle to the service centre and the attending supervisor Mr. GURU was very careless. He first spoke to me nicely when I told him that I want a COMPLETE checking to be done. But after a day when I took back my vehicle, immediately the fourth day PETROL leakage started from the rear end. I again spoke to Mr.GURU who was totally changed this time and spoke to me in curt tone. and asked me to talk to some one else. His senior Mr. Rana was understanding and assured me of doing the needful again.
I told him firmly that technicians have not done their job properly and this was not expected from Jhaveri Honda.
I had given my Dazzler for second servicing at the Cotton Green service center of Jhaveri Honda . The experience there was very good . Especially your Mr. Ali Bhai and Mr. Bobby apprised me about the technical details of the bike.
The experience has really wiped out the bitter things experienced at the time of delivery. I feel that the co.has implemented my suggestion to deploy one person to explain the technical details to the new customers
