Excel Bajaj - Sheikhpura - Patna

Hi friends I am sharing the experience on the shop of Excel Bajaj.

I am purchasing Pulsar 135 bike in 2013 August from jagdevpath showroom iN 72000 so I will go to service the bike after the 500 km in excel Bajaj sheikhpura Bailey Road Patna then I will realise that the service was very bad and the behaviour of the why is not friendly.

When I am going to first time to service of my bike then customer support said me that you will leave the bike for 2 days and after 2 days you will take the bike then your service is completed but I am request for just a day deliver and service of my bick because my schedule is very busy and without bike I can't do any type of work so my work is left then customer said me when you have time then you will give my bike or service otherwise your wife is not completed in 1 days.

Then I will go after 3 or 4 days car service the bike then customer said me that your service duration is labs and why can't we service on this centre your second service is completed on hair then I will said that you will service the my second service coupon then again send me that there is a very rust so you will leave the bike and take tomorrow then I will leave the bike and going to take a tomorrow then I will see that nothing can do in my bikes the name of service they only change the world engine why are nothing that do and all those they will lose my all nuts and bolt buy this I am facing lot of problem then I will service my bike on the road side and they will do as compared as service centre better so I will recommended that their service is not good so please don't go there and they will change your parts without any purpose or make money so please don't go and keep safe your bike thanks
