Century TVS - Pune

Worst experience with staff of Bhandarkar Road show room, call center girl give false offer to make a visit at showroom and sales staff give different details, seems no coordination between their employees, also made me travel from Hadapsar to Bhandarkar road. I will never recommend Century TVS. Worst service

While submitting the bike the petrol spike was way high but after servicing petrol indicator spike was a litre low. About one litre has b een removed from my bike.

Poor customer service they give wrong information

No proper communication with customer

They also don't have knowledge of bike

I booked apache 200 bike on 29 oct 2016.All showroom staff so much responsive till I booked my bike. I went with my friend to receive my bike. While receiving my bike they didnt do any remarkable ceremoney that any customer feel full of golden moment in his life. My bike just stand under the roof where all delivery bike were stand. No one contact me and tell further process. I contacted one person their, he checked its register that I pay full payment or not. And then he gave me two key. Thats it. No any extra accecories no any tips for new bike that how you can increase its performance.

But I was happy with my bike so I ignored them.My bike was good till 4 months in which I did 1 service. Then my digital display suddenly get off during I riding my bike. So I told it about showroom. They said we have not this part available right now. Can you come after 4-5 days so we can availble it from company. Then I came again 5 days later but the answer was same as previous. Now they said either you can wait more few days or you can go at our other service center at satara road where you can get it easily. But that was far away from my house. .so I said no for it.

After two weeks they solved my problem but it was so itritating for me.

I have got an experience of last 10years with century TVS, beat it for purchasing a vehicle, serving or insurance, I have always got a support from TVS entire team in Century TVS, also there were incidents where I was little disappointments in between but the way TVS team here in Century handles it is like" they will not leave you dissatisfied or disappointed. The bottom line is they will be with you till the time you are satisfied and definitely will try their best to provide the complete solution t your issues.

I am completely Happy with this center, apart from this they have another branch in sangvi next to HP petrol pump, SHARAN MOTORS, where I had given my vehicle for servicing, I was not happy with the service, they took 1400/- but dint charge the battery which is a common point in the servicing, I asked them weather it was done, for which they said I didn't tell them to do it so they didn't do it . I mean seriously, the customer has to tell you to charge the battery during servicing, oil change and battery charging is the major point when servicing is done. Horrible!
