The most Pathetic service center I have ever experienced with. Here's how they loot customers,

• First they picked my bike with a very humble pick & drop request

  
  




• They sent me a quotation mentioning multiple things will be done to the bike like scratch removal, dent removal etc.

  
  




• They ask you to make payment before delivery.

  
  




• They deliver the bike with no change in the scratches and Dents.

  
  

At the end we(customers) get fooled and these guys are making money for no service.

We had given our scooty for servicing for a day. These guys stole the footmat of our scooty and then denied it. There was another person who was complaining about the same thing. These guys are Thieves.

Their servicing was also delayed

With an amazing brand like Honda, its sad to see and experience the lethargy and careless attitude of the people managing the sales and support operations.

They don't call you, don't write to you and worst treat you like just another window shopper whose existence in their premises doesn't matter.

The staff is always chatting around in groups, coming food openly at the reception while customers are waiting for their attention.

High time brands like Honda re-looks at their franchising model and take strict action against dealers demeaning the essence and value of a worthy customer experience.

I l never recommend this showroom for anyone purchase a vehicle or servicing I 1 of my life big mistake I taken a bike from this showroom they people are hopeless always. very poor service.

Manager and staff were not at all helpful; they were blaming each other at their back for not doing proper work. Strictly avoid going to this place.

Normal waiting time to handover bike for service is 1.5 hours in the morning. Lazy people they don't listen your queries and argue with us .

One of the worst services. I bought a honda CB Shine a year back from them. And my bike is performing even worse then before servicing. I seriously suspect they have replaced parts of my bike. Upon confronting them with issues they bluntly refused to assist as the free servicing is finished now.

They are minting money by fooling their customers. The free servicing is suppose to be cheaper but somehow they manage to charge you for so many stuff.

This is the worst experience I ever had while purchasing, my new activa 3g.

They charge you extra, I eventually lost more then 7000 rupees.

I thought of buying new bike activa 3g for my brother and as per his recommendation comment B. U bhandari gives best service, but I eventually found out they r the worst.

Me and my fried got our bank loan sanctioned and transferred that money to our respective showroom,

His it was sterling honda in pimpri-chichwad whereas mine was this unfortunat B. U bhandari viman nagar.

loan trasferred was on 4th september and if you all dont know let me tell you bank only sanctions

the on road price without insurance and bike accessories.

Now first thing which troubled was as follows

1. on road price for my friend was 2 thousand less then my b.u. bhandari quotation

   
   




2. The accessories cost me about 5500 whereas my friend got it all in 2000 rupees, you cannot make any difference for the quality, if you want to see contact me.

   
   




3. Documentation hassle this is the worst part, my fried submitted only aadhar card and voter id, and he got her bike number within 3 working days, me on the  other had was even though born and brought up I pune having aadhaar, pan, driving licence, and whatever document you ask had those and also I have  pulsar 220 registered on me on same address which, is present on rest doc was asked to make registered rent agreement and  that cost me 5 thousand and lot of persuasion to our owner, police verification cost me 200 in corruption and lot of delays. embarrassment in my company for residential address proof letter from employer.

   
   

And As you know this government procedure take long I had a day late in doc submission, and to my surprise the sales officer I wont disclose his name, started scolding and talking rubbish on phone with me, he was harassing me to leave my unregistered bike in showroom, which was not possible as I had come long way, with my 5 year nephew child and brother on bike. I was very depressed. I tried calling the authorities they never pick up the phone. Also the showroom attendees were very procrastination and lazy type, did'nt attend nicely to me. Eventually when I was ready to leave and take rickshaw he called me and said please in writing and take bike.

1. Today I called him 3rd time and still he says you will get your number on Monday or Friday. I got my mike on 17th September and still it is not registered you see it is now more then a month. My bank is asking for documents, I need to service my bike I dint have any service letter book.

2 week before I called for the registration number of bike they said next week, a week before they said next week, and when I called today they say Monday. This is pure bullshit

Please don't go  for this showroom, better go for sterling honda or others
