We purchased Mi LED smart TV in 2020 and it was not giving any trouble and we also connected it through a stabilizer. We never used pendrive. We used for cable connection and wifi. We purchased only from a showroom. Exactly after 3 years(Warranty period), lines started coming in the screen. Called toll free number to book complaint and he said technician will come.

A person called me and said since I was mentioning lines were coming, its only due to damage of panel and it has to be changed which cost Rs.30000/- and actual cost of the same tv also Rs.30, 000/ . I requested her to send a technician to visit and see and advise us what went wrong to have such issues. She was reluctant to send a technician and kept calling me and I told her that I dont mind paying for his visit and asked her to send a technician. But she didnt agree and asked me to talk her manager. He was polite but still repeated the same and finally agreed to send someone. After 2 days now they are calling me again and again and told them I dont want to get connected. But they want to close the complaint. Now another person called and asked whether I have taken extra warranty for the product. Since I wasted Rs.45000/ or so. I advise others not to go with this product and go for some other brand.

Bought this tv less than an year back and its screen got damaged just within one year of purchase!!

And customer care is so pathetic you cant even imagine…. Least bothered and just give false promises of repair- already 2 weeks nothing has moved ahead just a false promises being given!!!

Mi Tv are pocket & budget friendly Tv. They are good if you budget are allowed but not for those who want to buy because someone tell him/her to best tv in term of picture, easy to use, sound, service.

They give you 2 Years warranty ( 1st year complete warranty and 2nd year panel only warranty) in normal days warranty but if you buy in diwali sometimes they give you 2 or 3 years complete warranty.

Safety: -

If you want to safe your ddisplay please follow the instruction.

1.Don't colin or spray on Tv display. Spray on any cloth than clean the TV.

2.Don't settled a woofer under the Tv wall or down to Tv. If you want to settle near tv you settle in side of tv.

I buy Mi 43 Inch Horizon Series TV on Dec 2022 and it stop working after 10 months, technician came and said need to replace Display of TV since then one month completed but my display still not replaced, I am calling again and again to customer care but no proper answer received from there.

I have purchased a 55" xiaomi tv in feb 2022. Only after 8 months in oct 2022 tv stops working . Since then I am complaining on there helpline number . But no proper response. No after sales service from this company . Please don't buy xiaomi tv ..

While watching fast-paced content, like sports, this technology is helpful, but you are better off using it when watching more conventional stuff, such movies, TV shows, etc. With respect to visual quality, the LED panel on the screen has respectable contrast and brightness. The screen is among the best in terms of price-performance.On this TV, you will appreciate watching 4K and HD video very much, but you will detest watching SD content through DTH services. In order to get the most out of this TV, choose HD channels. TV speakers don't produce a lot of sound. Despite trying numerous settings, I was unable to find the best sound effect.

Mind-blowing purchase

Value for money and new remote is nice little bit light bleeding can be noticed around frame I like this , no problem at all, using from last 4 month. Good connectivity with wifi.sound quality awesome n nice design . Overall perfect choice in 13k . without a doubt go for it. Cheers!

One of the Worst TV I have ever purchased.

TV display is doomed( blank) , and the company says they will take their own sweet time to come and rectify and also the technician will charge some fees even after taking extended warranty. Its time to boycott Chinese products , slowly we should migrate to Indian brands or other worthy brands.

I use the Xiaomi Mi led tv on my home the pictures quality of tv is awesome.the tv contaians smart feathers like Bluetooth it helps to control tv by using phone but the price of tv is high.and the Tv look is not good
