Hello guys

I ordered this product i.e Vu 32D6475 80cm 32inch led tv from flipkart in big billion sale a year ago

The sound quality of tv is good

Picture quality average it has hdmi port and 2 usb ports

Its almost a year now I have not faced any problem yet with tv its just that picture quality is average

I got it for Rs 13000/- as I got a discount its normal price is around 16k-20k

If you play blueray movies through pendrive quality is much good

Remote range is also much better its an kk type tv for normal use if you planning for gaming this is not the right one for good graphic

I purchased VU tv four months back and one day suddenly I got some lines over the screen. I called to VU guy more than 40 times they did not come. then I started to shot the vu people for engineer inspection and vu sent 2 people. interesting thing both person were iti holder. and they have put report "panel broken". but they did not mention it was internally.

I wrote the mail more time but you will not get reply proper. VU is thinking customer is worst fellow and company is smart fellow.

They will not listen any thing whatever you will tell to costumer care executive(Prince ratra from delhi and Chintamani from HO). next visitor came to my location after some days and that guy told I cant write different from other engineer who has visited earlier. because I have to save my and fellow inspection engineers job.

time has come for interesting story. one day I got the mail that I will replace your product with 30% discount as such win win process. I purchased this product on amount 22000 and noe they are offering 21000 with 30% discount. if you will tell how 21000 is 30% of 22000. they will have lots of story.

The punch line of VU would be.

So, Vu 55 inch Smart LED Tv costs around Rs.50, 000, which indeed is much enough for consideration. I bought this TV 5 months back, and after browsing down hundreds of Tv's, I landed on this one.Its one of rhe best Tv in this price range. So if you have a budget of Rs 50000 and want a big TV, go for this, I bet you wont ever regret your choice. This picture quality of hd channels is amazing, however there's a slight shagging when it comes to SD( Standard definations) channels. It has around four ports of external connectivity, wh! ich includes USB and HDMI. The speaker of the television is also up to the mark.

pros:

• ultra HD 4k display and surround sound dolby speakers(2*10-20 W) truly make it above and beyond limits, picture quality is fantastic . I tried viewing 4k content from youtube and from my HDD and it runs perfectly fine and picture quality is flawless, stunning with amazing bright and natural colors and it feels like you are a part of the movie.

  
  




• Huge display with 178 degree viewing angle with digital noise reduction feels one to be in theater and believe me you don not need to buy an additional home theater system for it.

Hello friends I want to share my opinions on this television. This television vu 32D6475 80cm(32) led TV(HD ready) is not so good and it is very average TV. The company TV and the brand can't be trusted and it is really poor product. I have got this TV on the advice of my friend and I have got this TV last year. The price of this TV is 19, 000Rs. The TV is LED type with 32inches HD display. The picture quality is also very disappointed and the sound quality is also very average. I really don't feel that I got my money's worth and it is very high to the features and specifications it has got. Sometimes the TV picture gets blur and we are irritated with this. Sometimes when we watch for more time the sound also gets bad. Overall performance of the TV is disappointed and I don't recommend this TV. Better not trying this TV it is waste of money. Thank you guys.

all branded company took money for brand name only, why we have to buy that brand tvs

go for it below 25000 k

looking wise awesome

HD ready great clarity

sound is good

USB working good

HDMI working good

connectivity is working good for play station

2 USB 2 HDMI, 1 connectivity, head phone jack and HD 1920X1080

if you want this feature in brand name TVs you have to pay above 40000 thousand

in 25000 thousand you get every thing,

this is my 1 and half years of using review,

still not yet get not even single problem

Picture Quality: The most important part. but none that the price wont justify. the display panel on the Vu TV doesn't have the best viewing angles. there is a visible color shift from a fairly straight viewing angle.

Sound Reception: The sound output of the TV is somewhat low. If you are in a large room, you would possibly what to get a better speakers,

Value for money: The Vu 32D6475 its not a valur for money TV the compromises that VU TV has made are definitely wont worth for price

Service and support: I ahve bought this TV 2 months back and I will never never suggest any one To go for this TV until they fix there services

HELLO FRIENDS TODAY I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT THIS LED.I FRIEND HAS THIS LED.THEY BOUGHT THIS LED ON DIWALI FESTIVAL ON DISCOUNT.THE PICTURE QUALITY OF THIS LED IS NOT SO GOOD THE VIDEO ANGLES IS VERY BAD.THE SOUND RECEPTION OF THIS LED IS ALSO NOT SO GOOD.THIS LED HAS NOT MUCH FEATURES.

AFTER THREE MONTHS THIS LED HAS A PROBLEM.ONE DAY SUDDENLY IT BECOMES SWITCH OFF.THEN THEY CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE.THEY CHECK IT AND TELL THEM THAT THE MOTHERBOARD OF LED IS DAMAGED.SO THEY CHANGE IT.THEY ASKED THEM TO SELL THE LED.BECAUSE ITS NOT LONG LASTING.SO THIS IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY DON'T BUY THIS LED.

Its my first experience when I purchased this unknown brand . I purchased this LED TV for my shop . Vu is a unknown brand for me I never came to know about this product brand. But I purchased this as its price is low as compare to any other brand. My review or opinion about this product is:

Affordable LED TV with cheap quality.

1. Picture quality: The picture quality of this TV is not good . I think its picture or screen resolution is not full HD, they make fool of there customers.

   
   




2. Style and design: its style and design is average but similar to other brands.

   
   




3. Sound reception: The sound reception is good, its speakers are loud and but not clear.

   
   




4. Service and support: There after sale services are mot very good, they install this tv at extra cost. There is no option to extent your warranty period.

   
   

Overall this product is average performer and not value for money.

Very Good product. I am using this product from last six months and planning for purchase one more for my parents home. I found this product as very good performer in every field. Full HD 1080p at this price with 40 inch screen. No other company gives this type of configuration at this price. Sounds good, no problem at all with sound quality. HDMI and other features like USB, all are relaible and performing well till date.I recommend this product in 40 inch full HD category as VU giving all features like other big compines.

I want to share my opinion about this product which I purchased from the nearest market for my shop. I have used this. So my personal experience with this product is helpful to you. The picture quality of this Tv is average but not good, its looks and design are similar to other TV . Its sound quality is very poor as its volume is very less.

There after sale services are not good as I complaint for this but no one came to repair its speakers. Overall this product is not value for money.

• Picture Quality

This is the biggest problem of this TV set. Vu 32K160MREDV cannot give you the pleasure of watching pixelated free videos. It creates a lot of discomfort to eyes. It is hard to call it a Full HD LED Smart TV. This is a serious concern. MP$ is okay, but if your pendrive is full of MKV format movies, videos - then bad luck! It does not play MKVs. VU can actually introduce features like mouse support, mirror TV etc. to make it more popular.

• Sound

The speaker is alright, but still expect a bit more of Dolby Digital 3D surround effect.

• Value for Money

It is extremely overpriced. Should be near somewhere Rs. 15, 000/-

• Service & Support

Not customer friendly. You have to worry a lot about replacement of your TV set if anything wrong happens.

Excellent product with a particular price rate as usual big ?? for the quick delivery and installation from flipkart I read the reviews, some of told that it has granny effect in display but I dont think so. awesome effect of hd channels with tata sky connection also the sound quality is outstanding to. ten watt give enough enjoyment for movies and music overall great deals at this price bucket far better compair to the others. dark is good dark and white is average but at this price point its not big issue two hdmi and one usb point as well as 3.5mm headphone jack for late night enjoyment without disturb to others. value for money product big big ?????????? product price is lower its not mean that not good product but vu police is no advertise of their product and mouth to mouth markrting is company police ??????????

I brought this tv 4 years ago in 2012 and I got very bad expirence with this tv of chinese brand. it is the worst tv ever.

its picture quality is very bad. pixels are worst. pictures playing on this tv are not clear and get blur. no sharpness in picture quality.

sound quality of this tv is also bad as picture quality. cheap kind of speakers are used in this tv. which plays like radio sound of old generation.

its value for money product as it has not so expensive. but without satisfied picture and sound quality the tv was not a tv.

service centres are less and doesnt respond and support quickly to the customers.

Vu tv is  the best tv in the market which popularised now. This is has excellent features as we axpect or not, I was amazed with this tv. Vu tv has the 80cm, and 32 inches of hidght with HD display. This shows excellent picture with hidh clarity. 12 watts of speaker, and is enough to this tv and is better. We can keepother speakers to this like wise home theatre, and also we can connect the system. This tv was launched in the year 2015. We can connect wifi cinnection to this, and I like this tv with highly featured And the value for money is good. The service of to this vu tv is good and the support is also good.
