I purchased the TV from Flipkart seeing the 4.2 rating on 8th Dec.
By 20th Dec I noticed that red color is showing as pink in the TV in DTH, HDMI and USB.
When I contacted Flipkart, they told me that they cannot replace the TV as it is more than 10 days old.
I contacted VU Service Center. The first technician came and reset the TV but that did not solve the problem.
He told me that all VU 32inch TVs are like this only! He mentioned in his inspection report that "Display is working fine".
When I told him to mention about red color showing as pink, he refused to note it. When I told him I will not sign the sheet, he just gave me my copy and started walking away! When I told him that he is being very rude he told me that he will come after 15 days to see if the issue is still there or not!
When I escalated this via email to VU they sent me their "Senior" technician. He told me that all VU TVs have similar display. I asked him a basic question that red should show as red, right? He did not have an answer. When I told him that I will get my neighbor's TV to compare he told me that as per their policy they can compare the quality of VU tv only with other VU tvs! So basically, he refused to compare because he knew the TV was faulty.
I am very disappointed with this TV. I would personally suggest you guys not go buy this TV as the product is bad and the Service is even worst.
I have been cheated with a faulty TV. Hope you guys don't get cheated as well.
Since this product is exclusively sold through Flipkart, I am not sure if the positive ratings on flipkart are genuine or not.
PS: I will soon take pics of the display in VU tvs and compare it with other TVs so that everyone can clearly see the issue.

The defective TV has been replaced with a new one by VU.
The new TV works fine.
VU team service and support was very good and prompt. Thank you VU.
