Inspite of repeated complaint. Nobody is responding to our complaint.
On 25th of Nov 19. I made 1st complaint
On next day technician came and run within 5 minute without checking properly. He asked to change three pin coloured. But the problem was with video , with in 4-5 minutes TV video get blurred and colourful Bars appears on screen. No problem with audio.
Because when we on YouTube same problem with YouTube video.so there is no problem with that wire.
Immediately I called him and told the technician that no problem with that 3pin wire.Then he told that I will come on next day and check. After that 3day regularly I was keep on calling to tollfree no., services center & that technician no. But no one was responding. From tollfree no. I got reply that wait till today I will send him.3 Rd time I called and asked to connect my call to Senior person then I got 1 no.

I explained everything to him. He send the same technician on next day. As usual he came and run told that you can watch this TV with out video also because tv audio was working.on that day dated 29th Nov 19.He told I have ordered display part.with 4 day I will receive. When I get it I will bring and fix it to your TV.
Yesterday dated 9th dec 2019. I called him and he told that I will come tomorrow morning that is today 10th Dec 19. Till now he has not come.

From 25th of Dec my TV is not working.still now no response from your service team. What type of service your providing I don't know.with in 1 year TV get repaired I am very regretted by purchasing TCL TV.
