Iam Suhail EA. Iam going to review TCL 109.2cm (43 inch) full HD LED smart TV. I have bought this smart TV from E-shop at kodungallur. The exact date of purchasing is on 29th January 2020. My friend vinod suggested me to buy TCL company smart TV. I think this is one of the smart TV getting at lower price range. I like its style and finishing of the screen edges. The accessories and wires provided with this TV is also good. For 8 months this TV didn't make any complaints. But after 8 months , the TV make sound while turn on and turn off time. So I contacted customer care service centre and informed about this compliant. They said to sent a mechanic for checking the TV. But even after one month no one come for repairing. There after when i try to call the customer care service centre they didn't respond to my call. I didn't recommend anyone to buy this smart TV. Its features and accessories is too good. But customer care service centre is really bad. Thank you.

I didn't like its sound quality. Not satisfied in this high rate. Its hang very much. Bad experience with it. Waiting for good products from TCL
