We purchased this TV approx 2 years back. It works well, but its display got damaged once due to power voltage fluctuations in our area. It is recommended to use power stabilizer along with such LED smart TV's. The price of of android TV's of other brands like MI(Xiaomi) is very less but don't know how much good they are. This TV does'nt even have Bluetooth but has WiFi for Internet. Software Updates are regular every 6 months. Till now the TV is working fine without any problem. But it does not have much memory. If you connect it once to one WiFi network and then u switch to another network. It forgets previous one. It can remember only one WiFi password. Its problematic for people who don't have router and give TV internet connection via different mobile devices. Also SONY does not provide free premium pack for Sony Liv app which comes inbuilt with TV. Of course you can watch Sony TV shows without Ad's and totally free of cost but you don't enjoy full premium features given by Sony Liv like watching IPL for free. Sony already takes high price for this TV and should give full premium facilities of Sony LIV app for this TV. It should have a bluetooth so we can play wirelessly from our mobile devices. We can play it via wifi through an app that sony provides but bluetooth is better.

Hi friends I want to share my experience with sony Bravia tv . I purchase a sony tv . It runs very fine in 1 to 2 year . But after sometimes it 's screen got damaged just like a wrinkle on the tv screen .I call the company person for repairs the screens but he said there is lot of charge for repairing screen. So, I live it. It remote is also broken by my son and when I think to purchase my remote it cost is too high. If you purchase any thing from Sony it must keep in kind that if it 's product is damaged then the damaged part is not easily Available and uf Available it's cost is too high.

I don't recommend buying Sony LED TV or other products in India bec'z I bought Sony LED KLV - 32R412B in 2015 and within an year its mother board went bad. Due to 1yrs warranty, Sony replaced it for free. After an year of working, again it stopped working as it continuously reboots. I have never heard that within just 2yrs 2 major problems from Sony brand? Now the quality of Sony have come down. So, dont buy thinking Sony is very good quality. You can buy a cheaper TV keeping that it will work for an year or so.

Please won't by Sony LED TV and they are not wrorth IT. Worst service from authorised service center. With 2 yrs Sony anordiod TV mother board requires replacement and parts are not available.. Means u need replace TV by wasting 50+ K of your hard earned money.

The colour on the tv has a lot of auto option where it will adjust the picture itself.it may seem good but during moving you see the screen brighten and darken vvery obviously I have tried changing the setting and even having it off but there is no perfect choice for it to do well in all scences on my hisense tv it had its own option that would do perfectly with either a TV show or movie.we are hapy with the tv but we had some initial issues with Bluetooth and account logins also makes a humming sounds on occasion.dont care a very good to service.
