I have been using this model from last 1 year. On the basis of my 1 year experience with this led tv I want to share my views on this.

Picture Quality:- Overall good. You will not get disappointed with picture quality.

Sound Reception:- Not good. It has low sound quality if you really want to experience a good sound quality then you have to attach extra home theater with it as I have done.

Value for Money:- NOT at all. You can now buy SONY, SAMSUNG, LG brand led tvs of same size in the same price which is much better than this brand.

Service and support:- Thumbs up for its service and support. You can contact to customer service agent through call as well through online chat support with a quick response.

Warranty:- Usually they provide one year warranty but I bought during Diwali offer so they provided my 5 year warranty with this.

Hi friends. We are using Philips LED 32PFL6357 model since April 2012 Worth Rs.26, 990/- from TMC .Philips is the international Branded electronic manufacturing company. It has HD Ready facility. Audio not so good clearity. The picture is good clarity. It has a USB2.0 Version, it can read all the Full HD 1080X1920 pixel videos formats also. We are using TDH Settop box for this TV. Picture clarity has superb. I just like PHILIPS BRANDED ELECTRONICS.

Lcd means light crystal diode. now this tume its use more then tv because it consumed power and help to low bill of electricity that can be totally helpful for public. I can say its devices working so fast and better then others and we can see that size also be reduced its easy to carry from one place to another

This tv is not had good picture quality low volume poor coustemr care not give any response my calling nd msgs nd not listen my problms issue nd its screen has some doted line on its picture I tell coustmr care about it n then they say our machanic come nd chwck bt no one come my tv has same problm they didnt think about this problm srsly low nd poor quality prodct dont by this tv if u buy it u wasted ur money nd u suffer from its bad service centre nd many more problms

We purchased TV of Philips model. According to me it is a good TV.

As iam using these TV from atleast Two years .An there is no issue or problem in the Philips Television.It is a Electronic product which is long lasting.

Size of the screen is awesome and clearity of the picture is also good and outstanding.

There are three scots behind TV .

So that we can join your mobiles through USB cables. And we can also connect pendrive.

Only the issue is that the scot is behind TV to sometimes it is difficult to connect the codes in the scott.

Overall performance of these brand is good.

Hello friends, my cousin brother brought philips LED 32PFL6357 few weeks ago.its very nice telivision of philips company.This philips brand is very good for eyes.very good HD picture quality with nice sound quality like mini theater in home.Philip LED TV product is very good. Tv stopped working just two days after I bought it really bad tv don't buy it the price is so much and the support is so bad and when I went to repair it the guy couldn't repair it. totally a bad tv don't buy it if you want to get the tv you are just wasting you money

Phillips brand is very oldest and good company but phillips led is very bad because phillips led no clearity and service is very pure. Phillips other product is better but I dont like phillips led and phhilips old udio, p phillips electric and other phillips electronics item is good quality

Good product.thanks for all team thanks Philips. Clarity of picture can be called superb.But it has been connected to local cable operator.Need to check with DTH connections. Big concern is its base,which is quite light and does not seem very stable to hold fragile TV screen. USB,Video & Audio input port can be added side wise rather than at bottom Led TV with full HD 1080 Pixels with VGA support and HDMI with all formats supported video and audio. USB is highly fantastic

The philips 4000 series is somewhat old-fashioned and this model is in no way different from that. When all other manufacturers are running after slim TVs, philips is just way too behind to catch up with them or perhaps philips is reluctant to do so. And this very attitude can be seen clearly in their products. Well coming to this model, i've seen it in my friend's house. The design is not at all charming and looks somewhat like the old 90's TV. The sound is somewhat ok. Volume when raised above 50, sound becomes a pain to the ears. Neither is the colour reproduction good. When HD box is connected it produces pictures like WVGA and even sometimes pictures are not so clear. Yes it does posess an USB port and that's perhaps the only modern thing in it.

I strictly don't recommend this to anyone, even if he is my biggest enemy.:)

Do shred out a few more bucks and buy any other model.

Philips smart LED tv is good picture result.sound quality is better than other tv brands.i has resently pureches the tv.that all viwer of tv I saguest that brand is very easy and hopfull.the coloure quality is best and firm of condition is very silam.the electical machine is this century is good than to the world.

I am bought Phillips LED TV four years back. It is performing with nice picture and sound quality from the day one I bought.

This LED tv can fix to wall or if you have table you can place on it because it comes up with nice strong stand.

The remote also is working well till now.

All the input ports are working well like composite component and HDMI.

I always connected my tata sky and dvd player to different inputs but never faced any issue.

I can smoothly switch between the inputs.

In the beginning I used with hathway cable with that also it worked well.

Sound quality is also perfect.

The only negative I feel is the edges are pretty thick feel like it would have made little thin.

I am using it without stablizer but never faced and issues.

Finally I can say it is really value for our money.

We have preferred this television from amzon because we were getting a good discount over there. Very great service by amzon, they delivered the product in just two days but philips's men came for instalation after 5 days.

The sound reception is not good neither picture quality within four months the picture started changing its colours, also the resolution is poor so image also alerts to be blurry.

I called service center they said to come on next day, they took a while week to repair after that my tuner board got problem they took a while month for that.

The service of Phillips is not upto the mark. No value of money in this TV

Recently we had purchased this TV from Amazon , delivered before time fantastic service by Amazon , hads off to Amazon .

Installation was free but Philips took 3 days to come and set up TV in my house , which is not at all acceptable , worst service by Philips .

I have faced many problem with this TV like , display is not at all great , sound reception again is also a problem as speaker is not too much audible . Viewing angle again is a major problem in this tv .

After some time USB drive and HDMI is not supported in my tv so I contacted their customer care about this they always gave excuses and don't listen to customer problem .

I suggest you Not to go with Philips as it's service and customer support is very poor

Philips 40PFL5059 LED TV is very popular and many people like this company TV. I like this LED TV because its video quality is good and it graphic is very high.

This TV is not very loud for a large hall because it sound quality is not so good. If you have a external sound system then good for you.

I bought this TV set 2 months ago. This TV body quality is good and its edge design is so good. This TV stand is very small and not movable in few direction. This TV is very easy to fit on the wall.

This TV service is very help on phoning conversation, it have not any home service but it open many center in more city.
