All the true about this LCD is better than other options when I used this Phillips LCD HD 4000 series then I feel that I am uses a vr instead of a telivision. I know other people think other about this tv but I fell very smooth and hard display full screen and very clear sound quality.

We bought this Philips 42 inch PFL7422 enormous screen LCD TV three weeks prior for our office premises. We got this model rather than LG 42 inch LB500 arrangement, as this was financially savvy and the vendor gave us a respectable trade offer for our old Tv. We wound up paying 33000 rupees.

Well this Tv essentially is utilized by us for showing office venture motion pictures and slides. anyway we attempted it for different purposes too. I need to state this Tv frustrates you generally.

The screen goal is 1080p, full HD on paper anyway the genuine picture clearness isn't sufficient. colors don't feel vivacious. It is an extremely pale and dull board. I even attempted to associate the television with a camcorder and furthermore with a USB drive however had numerous troubles doing it. It didn't uphold USB by any means.

The speaker are another feeble point. There are fundamentally two distinct speakers worked in however the clamor and the clearness is just not there. The sound system impact is missing.

I didn't care for the distant as well. It might have been more less complex.

I won't suggest this Tv for home amusement or gaming reason. It is a less than ideal screen lacking numerous capacities and availability restrictions. You should search for an alternate model or a brand in a similar value range. This is simply alright for showing text data or slides.

In general a massive Tv with enormous bezels make it washout in the looks office also. I give it a disapproval. Your cash can purchase a superior Tv without a doubt.

I bought 40PFL5059/V7 in Nov 2015 with 5 years warranty. In Feb 2019 the TV suddenly stopped working. I started looking for Customer support and there is no Service Center in my area. I started looking for Customer complaint number. It says 39404040 prefix with state capital code. but that does not work, tries with several state capital codes. Registered complaint through their site on March 27th 2019 and got PHILIPS: Referance Number 60-0015395205. Since then I have been following up on mail but there is no response. In all, if you buy Philips TV and it works, its fine else forget it. Don't get lured by longer warranty duration, because at the end they are not going to fix it.

They dont have there own service center. They take money for even TV under warranty and then say they dont have parts as the company is under financial mess. They Took Rs 1300 and after dil dallying now say that the factory is closed as a result they are not getting LED Panel

Hello everyone I am here today to share my personal experience with you, I am having this Philips LED since 4 years, and I really like its performance, its prices is really low as compared to other LEDs of some other companies but its quality is not too much bad it is nice, it can't compete with clarity of sony LEDs, but Philips company has been providing warranty of 3 years which no other company can give, you can connect computer cords with it and simple USB also, its system is too simple to use but its sound quality is not too good it is average, you can attach play station to it easily including PS4 also , one thing I appreciate the most is that it does not get heat up quickly like sansui and others LED , I would recommend you that if you are looking for a good LED at budget than you should go for it, but if you can pay more for nice thing than its not for you, you should go for sony and others.

I bought 55 inch LED under 5 year warranty and after 3 year of usage it suddenly stopped working and here my nightmare starts

Complaint time to register - 7 days to connect call center

Complain attended by Engineer - 21 days from Complaint ID received

TV status from Service Center - 4 hours was committed and its 3 days, still no clue

PLEASE DON'T Waste your money buying shitty Philips stuff.

I have been writing on twitter but no response from @philipscare and even written to their senior but they are also sleeping on customer issues.

I am writing this review for two reasons.

1) Bought TV on 04-Apr-2017;It stopped working on 05-july -2018. Exactly 1 year of lifetime only.

2) It was taken from my home For service on 07-July-2018 by a Philips service center executive.till now there is no update nor Tv is returned.

Reason for delay is “ Service center is waiting for spares to be recieved from philips” . Even after 4 months spares are not yet reached service center. I am sure Philips would have produced lakhs of TV’s in this four month . SHAME ON YOU PHILIPS.

Product is good but SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD / WORST . And one more thing.... Philips never care for CUSTOMERS. My sincere advice to everyone don’t ever think of buying PHILIPS PRODUCTS.And Philips TV customer care is the WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE in the world. No one in that service center is worth of serving a CUSTOMER.

Don't even buy any Philips TV in a dream also . If you have purchased the same, means you have lost your money for ever. There is no after sale Service . The warranty provided by the company is totally fake. I am a Victim of the Philips TV. I had purchased a 49 inch TV Philips Brand with three years warranty. After 18 months the Panel has die, when I had tried to Service center . There is no response . They are telling Philips TV has Closed They are are employee, since the company is not responding . They could not able to do anythings. So my Question is how Philips is still selling TV in India. It is a serious fraud from the Part of Philips . So it my sincere advise never ever go for Philips Brand . You will lost your money.

Watching TV is a art like your TV needs to be perfect if you want to have an good watching experience.

I am having this Product from last 6 Months,

They are selling this TV at price of 18, 800 ₹.

This is a 32 inch Full LED HD TV

I am disappointed with this product because they are saying that this is Full HD tv but HD in this TV is just too ordinary, Colours are faded, Sound quality is too low etc etc.

If we go in a depth,

Video Quality - Video Quality is too Low its

Colours are too Bright, and sometime in high FPS its also faded. In 80 Cm Full HD Ready 1366×738 Screen you don't expect that colour will Fed. If you compare it with any other TV at this price they are damn better than this Product.

Sound Quality - The best thing that you can have in your TV is the Sound System.

Here Sound system is Just like any other normal TV no extra Bass, No clear HD voice Nothing, even there is a deficiency of different Sound Options.

I am really very disappointed with the Sound Quality its really very Disappointing.

Other - They are even Giving you USB port in which hardly you can connect a Pendrive which is also very slow to use its like after connecting a Pendrive it will take several minutes to load and open, I connected a pendrive to watch a Video and was trying to skip a part of 10 Minutes it took 10 minutes to load.

Even you can not connect your smartphone to it, its not supportable.

Value for money - In this price you can get so many options. Nowadays there are too many Companies giving a Good product with Good features.

So it's not a worth buy.

I don't suggest you guys to buy this product,

You can have soo much of options.
