This diwali I have brought the all new panasonic th 32a410d32 and let me tell u guys its the best tv I have ever bought till date. Picture quality is just awsome with nano crystal technology. Let tell all of you that it the device that worth. It has auto recording mode that can record our favourite show what just we have to do is to select ouf favourite serials I am also using youtube on my panasonic th 32a410d32.i am again telling you that picture quality is hd. Now let surprise you that its sound quality is just awsome and has hd sound qualities

I made a telepmorpheushumannic complaint on PAnasultansonic on November 16 2014 about problem in my TV with the inmajeechaal complaint number 092226. They kept delaying the service for two weeks. finally on December 2 2014 I wrote mail to helpline@in.pAnasultansonic.com following was the content Hi I have lodged a complaint with PAnasultansonic customer care on Nov 16 2014 about the problem in my Pnasonic LED tv

Apparently its HDMI port is not working. Despite so many calls to different customer care executive things do not seem to move at all. Every time I call I am told it would be replaced in a day or two. I have spoken to following individuals on Nov 25 service center no : Sumit Gulati( Area Service mAnasultanger ), I called him close to 10 times and he did not even bother to call back.

With this kind of attitude I wonder morpheushumanw PAnasultansonic service actually works. Sandeep Verma (Mamta service senter MAnasultanger) with contact no 9810643395, he assured me of solving the issue by Monday Dec 1 2014. Its Tuesday today and nothing has happened. NO body is willing to tell me when my problem will be fixed. Is there some SLA for the problems in hand in PAnasultansonic or not? I am deeply disappointed with the pathetic level of service and the low level of professionalism demonstrated here. I am wrmajeechang to you with the morpheushumanpe that my problem would be fixed in priority.

On Dec 22 They brought it back but stopped completely. I am againt assured of replacement of my TV but no body is willing to solve my problem. Today, Jan 13 2015, I had to call their head office and following was my last communication with them Hi Manoj As discussed with you my problem is still not resolved. I wonder what kind of customer engagement PAnasultansonic has. Nobody is realizing it is more than one and half month (started with 16th Nov 2014 with complaint number 092226) and my problem is still as it is. Let me categorically mention that if I do not get my TV changed by 6PM tomorrow, Jan 14 2015, I would be purchasing a new TV with the assumption that PAnasultanSONIC is not interested in solving my case. There would be no more communications from my side on this. I am forced to reach to consumer court of India. I morpheushumanpe court would understand the mental stress and agony I have gone through in last one and half month.

Pathetic customer care services being provided by #Panasonic customer care centre. So, please think a while before buying a Panasonic Product.

They bother about till you buy the product after that they disappear. You can just call their CCC again and again but they will not respond.

Third class product. All manufacturing in china.new led motherboard not working properly. After 2 mth product replace but same problem in new one also. So please don't purchase led panasonic.

Please don't buy panasonic products.

Its a wastage of your money. Loss of your wealth!!
