Hello friends today I am going to share my personal expirence about this product. I brought this product from e-commerce website and after I started to use it I get totally disappointed with this product.its video quality is one of the disappointing feature in it. as it looks blur even after attaching HD set top box to it. sound reception is the worst thing in it. it sounds like a radio.this features at this price makes the product is not value for money product.service centres are rare which gives late support to their customers.

Few Weeks Back My Grandmother Had Decided To Purchase An LED TV In Her Room As She Is Very Old And She Wishes To Watch Devotional Programs In Her Room Itself So We Had Decided To Purchase An LED TV For Her Room My Father And Mother Went To Nearby Showroom To Purchase An LED TV Either Of 28 INCHES Or 32 INCHES We Trust Only On Two Brands That Is Samsung And Sony As We Are Using Their Product From Long Time And We Have Been Satisfied With Their Quality And Performance But This Time When My Father Has Selected The SAMSUNG LED 32 INCHES Which Is Available At a Price Of Rs 30800 The Salesman Recommend My Father To Purchase An MICROMAX LED 32B200HDI As It Is Cheaper Than Our Selected Model And Had Almost Same Specifications And It Is Available At a Price Of Rs 19400.

~ Though My Father Is Giving More Preference To SAMSUNG LED But The Salesman Pressurize My Father And Try To Make Him Convience By Making Its Price And Specifications Comparison Though My Father Had Told Her Clearly That We Are Not Focusing On Much High Spec Just Normal Features But We Want Great Sound And Picture Quality And The Salesman Gives Assurance Of That And My Father Made The Payment For It, After Few Hours We Got The Delivery The Dealer Had Given Us Contact Number Of MICROMAX INSTALLATION ENGINEER And Told Us To Note Them Down Our Address So That They Can Came At Our House For Installation.

~ As Soon As MICROMAX 32B200HDI LED TV Got Delivered I Called The Engineer He Told Us That He Will Came For Installation In The Evening We Had Started Waiting For Her But NoOne Has Camed Finally I Called Again And He Said That I Didn'T Get Time Today Tomorrow Either In The Afternoon Or In Evening Surely I Will Came For Installation And Next Day He Camed In The Afternoon And When He Started Unboxing It The Packaging Of MICROMAX 32B200HDI LED TV Is Poor And Contains TV, REMOTE, 2 BATTERIES, USER MANUAL .

~ During The Installation We Didn'T Find Any WALL MOUNTING STAND Inside The Box We Had Purchased Two To Three LED Before Of Other Brands And Always We Got Stand With It And As For The First Time It Happens With Us The Engineer Told Us To Buy The Stand Immediately From Market As I Can'T Wait More There He Said That If We Want We Can Purchase That Stand From Her As That Moment He Is Carrying Extra Piece Of Set With Her As We Didn'T Had Any Other Option So He Took Rs 800 For Installation And STAND Both And Took Almost 1 Hour In Installation.

~ In Looks And Design It Looks Like An Ordinary LED TV Didn'T Had Much That Make It DifferenT From Others It Has 2Inches Of Black Width Border Around And 32 INCHES SCREEN With MICROMAX BADGING On Middle It Is More Thin The Other LED TV The Weight Of MICROMAX 32B200HDI LED TV Is Also High, On The Name Of Feature It Didn'T Had Much ONLY ONE USB SLOT And 2 AUDIO VIDEO SLOT.

~ It Is Not Easy To Use Firstly It Tooks Long Time In Starting And MICROMAX ICON Kept Displaying On Screen For More Than At Least 1 Minute Its Remote Control Is Complicated And Function Didn'T Proper Well In It The USB SLOT Didn'T Work Properly And Shows That USB Is Not Connected Properly And After It Got Connected It Gets Disconnected On Its Own The Picture Quality Of MICROMAX LED 32B200HDI Is Poor The Colors Are Dull And The Quality Of Picture Is Blur While The Sound Quality Is Its Biggest Drawback Comparing It To Other Brands LED TV Its Sound Is ONLY 50% Due To Which We Can'T Be Able To Hear Clear Sound As After Turning It Too Full Volume The Sound Burst A Lot Also Sometimes After Turning It On The Sound Didn'T Came Out And When We Restart It Then Sound Cames I Had Complaint About It Two Times At Customer Care But No One Has Camed Till Yet.

I Will Not Recommend Anyone To Purchase MICROMAX LED 32B200HDI TV The Customer Service Is Irresponsive And Didn'T Show Any Interest In Solving Customer Complaints And Focusses Only In Selling Their Faulty Products Though Nodoubt Comparing It To Other Brands LED TV The Price Of MICROMAX LED TV Is Less And This Thing Might Attract You But For Sure You Have To Compromise In Quality, Features And Performance My Father Is Regretting Now That He Had Purchased It As We Are Using It In A Compromise Situation And We Had Installed MINI Home Theatre With It So That We Will Be Able To Use It.

In this price it can be a good deal but if you go through quality parameters then it is only satisfactory only. Video quality is not up to the mark and fool high definition video cannot run on this Television. AS far as value of money is concern, it can be a good choice because in this price very less options are available.

Sound Quality is also an issue, some time it is not clear to your ear and it can create confusion in audience mind. Till date I did't check service and support or after sales service but in this regard I feel micro max cannot disappoint you due to all across availability of its service office.

Lastly, if your budget is very tight then you can go with this system but if your budget is healthy then you should go with other well established brand of television.

I am purchacd this television k feel average feeling . See the television are good looks dome times repairs all are happened on that time so please improve your clarity upon that the television so much of feathers added. It is a more expensive.

The picture quality is not good. N sound also. It has low sound.day by day clarity goes decreasing.it's price is lower than any others brand but it can not better for that range.it's service quality also bad.n sometimes pendrive can not to the tv.and it is not in pure HD.on that price we want HD tv for better experience to watch but it fails to demand.

This is Sushma, I want to share my personal experience about MICROMAX LED 32B200HDi, My dad purchased this Micromax led in last year is in the month of January.The look and style of led are very good, the screen size is 32inches when compare to other brands this Micromax led price is very low.This Led having different features IPS panel, HDMI port and also one USB port.You can use as a monitor when you connected to the computer.up to here I am happy with is features.The main disadvantage is sound clarity and picture clarity.Starting few months it is very good, Days going on the sound clarity decreasing, I made a call to the service center, they didn't respond my call.after few days I made a call again the respond my call.they came after 5 days they checked the led and solved the problem.the servicing of Micromax is not good.

I would not suggest this LED, I am disappointed with the performance of the product.
