Aprox 30 Month has gone, we bought Micromax 4K UHD 50" LED, after 6 month Remote of TV gone Malfunction., We complaint about the same to get new one, if not in warranty, give us on Paid, they didn't reply and just raised the ticket. After a week or more, when enquire about the said ticket, they told, ticket has been closed, as consumer was not ready to pay for new remote. I told, I had clearly mention we are ready to buy, and no one has visited or has given us estimate cost for the same. They again raised the ticket, again after regular followup after a week ticket was closed with the same reason. I told who is updating the reason, which is false, they have no answer and its almost more than 21 months now, the issue has been not yet rectified, After writing n numbers of emails and calls, one of their senior Mr.Abdul from Mumbai service cell department, told that you need to pay fist the amount for Remote via NEFT and than only we will order for the same. Once the money is transferred to our account, With in 2 working weeks new Remote will be delivered to your registered address.
I have done the transferred in may2018, today its Aug2018, don't now when the 2weeks will get completed.
I am waiting for the RTI form and Consumer lawyer for helping me to fight for the justice. They say we don't have any stock, so its not consumer fault. Company need to provide solutions if not possible 100% refund for the product.
Soon Will file and FIR for the same.
