I had a bad experience with llloyd .

I bought a Ledtv of llloyd in 2018.

And as expected it showed complaint after 2years . For my fortune it thebwarranty is for 3years.

I have registered a complaint through toll free number vide reference number 1907205722053. Till date the complint is not rectified.

Now i have decided to incur cost by calling a local technician from our locality.

I suggest you people not to go for llloyd tv.

LLOYD TV is a new brand in television but It gave a good competition to other brand .It has stand in market as a very big name due to its lowest price comparatively to other brand and Mr. Amitabh bachchan also advertising for this . I have also purchased it in 2017. It's affordable for each and every person .

After all I can't suggest to any person to purchase it because It's affordable and nice but not reliable . It has a big chance to disturb in its functioning . If this product is under warranty then it will be repair . Otherwise It will become a costly deal for you . So before purchasing it please insure about its all advantage and disadvantage . Thanks .

I have brought this online. Installation services is too late & poor .

It is just ok ok product.

Since the inception of desktop PC's and range of handy Laptops, it is not an unknown fact that people have been much adept with smartphones and PC's for data and content usage. However, our parents never miss those 30 precious minutes that they absolutely go binge watching series like Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma but due to poor adaptability of this LED to local set top boxes which channelize proper serials synchronously and the remote that needs to be replaced every three months, I would say that this LED purchase is definitely a sure shot thing for people who have time for its maintenance and extra care!

Product is just ok but its better not to buy Lloyd product.

You will never get proper warranty, service center guy will always refuse to fix your product under warranty even your product is under warranty as per bill.

In my case they refused to fix my TV under warranty by saying that your product is not registered in service center, Proof of purchase(Bill) is not enough to get service under warranty.

This happens with other product of Lloyd also, you may have to pay everytime with full cost even your product is under warranty.

Lloyd L32S is a great TV, I am telling my own experience as it exists in our house and we only see that its HD pixel is very good, it is 32 inch full hd tv. It supports 720p HD and it is also very fast. It was the most special thing in me that it also supports usb, that means we can connect usb to vidoes and photos easily, that too on the big screen Not too expensive, so I liked everything in this TV.

I got this product one year ago and its work pretty good.

I watch TV almost like 2 hours or 3 hours in a day.

And in this one year I don't have to go any service centre or I don't really have such kind of any problem so that's why I love this product.

Its supports HDMI, USB two ports of it, AV, sound output is really good

Pathetic Screen, color bleeding issue from Day1. DONOT BUY this product, no response from customer service.

Purchased LLOYD LED TV 2017 model - L32N2. This TV I was in doubt before buying, and this purchase has become nightmare for me. I purchased it @ 18500 from  SURYA ELECTRONICS.

Lloyd L32s Is smart tv without smart apps . Yes its smartness is only its screen mirroring feature with is waste of time for me. It lags even with redmi note 4 and max2 ultimate lag occurs with galaxy s4 .

Its Resolution is 1366x768 which is HD not Full HD

It can stream movies from USB with 720p not 1080p

Its speakers are normal not so high and not so low

Most worst thing is it don't have PC VGA Port

Only good thing is that it supports built in Wi-Fi

Mi Tv 4a is best option that you can get in same price bracket

My family bought this 32 inch tv last year in diwali, as it's good to buy products or anything in diwali.

We bought this from gupta electronics near Ram ngr in shahdara.This has 100 channels and comes with HD display.We can mount this tv on wall or can be putted on a tv unit.

This TV can support a USB pen drive 2.0 and has some built in games for kids to play.

There is also 5 yrs warranty from manufacturers and till date no cost of service and full free of cost installation was done by company.

We all love this TV and we are also preparing to buy an ac from Lloyd but after reading reviews of Lloyd ac from mouthshut.com only.

Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the " LLOYD L19ND LED TV ", which I bot around five month ago.

First things first, The look of the TV is very old, Looks like a ten year old second hand purchased product. The body color is very bad in quality and there is not stylish feature, no looks and no graphics work is done. So by out look it is very boring and oldish. Now the box pack only contains the TV itself only. No TV stand, No wall stand is giver with it. No other cable for AV/TV use is provided with. No USB connection is given with the box pack. So you need to aishwaryasingh23 more for all this products.

Second most important thing is the quality of the product is very bad, The plastic used is very poor in quality. and if you put your fingers forcefully the plastic bends and makes noise like it will break. So you need to be very careful while using this TV because it can get damaged very quickly. The weight of the TV is heavy almost 3 kgs. so its difficult to handle. The wall stand need to very strong or else it can fell down. The TV stand also need to be very stable as the weight is very heavy. So the user friendliness is very low.

Now the most important thing, The picture quality of the TV is very hard. The color, contrast, brightness and sharpness for every picture mode is very high and very hard on eyes. If you watch the TV for more then two hours your eyes start hurting and head starts paining. So you cant use this TV for a long stretch of time. The sound quality is very poor. Don't have any additional box just one small box at the behind of the TV is given that too is very low in sound. The base and trebles level is very low. So if you want good sound you need to attach extra sound system with the TV. There is no extra headphone jack with the TV so you cant connect a headphone with the TV.

The customer service is very poor. While purchasing they are only giving six months onsite warranty and if you want long period of warranty you need to purchase extra warranty period for 3, 500 rupees. Which is very bad after buying a 12, 799 rupees TV. The customer service is very bad and slow in service, while purchasing they said it will take only two hours for them to install the TV but they came after three days and charged extra for wall stand and TV stand. They gave the TV warranty card without any proper date. as their was no user guide available so I called the customer service up but the lines were busy, it took me three days to contact them and then they said I will get the informations at the website and did not helped me at all. So the customer service is not at all very helpful and worthy. The experience is very bad, and they have very bad work ethics.

So all over this TV is not worthy in every aspect, They features are not good, the quality is bad. The customer service is poor. User friendliness is not very good. Value for money is very high. Not much of warranty. So all over this TV is not a very good option for the users. The main problem is that it is not even a three star product so the electricity bill is very high. so you need to aishwaryasingh23 very high bill for every month, And the power consumption is super high. SO if you are looking for an efficient product don't buy this TV.

Hi friends

Iam here to give you a review on Lloyd L32NT 32' TV. I bought this TV 2 years back from a showroom at Kochi. Initially I was very satisfied with its performance. Talking about its features - it comes with 3 HDMI port and 1 USB port. The colour contrast was excellent and all the visuals were crystal clear. With the product I recieved wall holders, stand , remote, catalogue and warranty card with 1 year warranty.

The problems I encountered were - the response time while I change channel was very slow. It took nearly a second to act after pressing the button and sometime it can go upto 2 seconds. Initially I thought the problem was with the battery but even after changing the batteries the TV was as such.

Secondly , I placed my TV in the living room opposite to the window. Sometimes during evening light after passing through the window strikes on the panel. And since last 2 months there is a sort of parallel lines appearing on the panel that blinks on changing the channel. When I contacted an electrician he told me that this was due to the direct sunlight that strikes the low quality panel . He said that need a panel replacement. Since my TV is within the warranty period Iam after it for the past 1 week and they told me that it may take upto 1 month or may be even 2 months to get the producy back after repair. Anyway I said OK as I wanted my product back

Lloyd is a good brand in electronics. in my room I use lloyd 32 inch led. I have good experience with it. its pictures quality is too good. it shows full hd pictures. its sound quality is also too good. its range is in our budget. its consumes less electricity. I suggest everyone to buy this product.

Hi I buyed this Led from gupta electronics in manimajra chandigarh and after using it for only 6 month its video panel stops working only audio is working so I call to their service center on second day they come to see the Led tv and after that they said the backlight panel or led light panel needs to be replaced and says it takes five or six days to change it becouse they don't have the backlight panel yet in stock but even after 15 days they don't come again I called to their service center and they said your complaint is in process and we will fix it in two or three days but then again after one week there is no reponse from their side so I complaint on their maine service center which is in gurugram and after that two three days later a technition comes and said we don't have the part so I will fix your problem temporarely and we will replace your Led in one week and after two months they replaced it and now after 4 months I got my complant resolved but the service is very poor and slow I have very bad experience with their service

Lloyd Full HD Smart LED TV, I buy this TV from the amazon.in on 10% of the discount on MRP of the rupees 29, 999 .I buy this TV on 23 September 2016.I faced many problem while using this TV and they are: -1) The sound come out from the TV is not well and not proper at all.2) The price of the TV is too much high and the TV is not durable at all because it will work for only 6 months correctly and then color were change and then something happen and the IC inside the TV has not working properly  and I need to pay 5000 rupees for that.3) The power consumption of the TV is too much high and while using 4 hours daily, I get electric charges of the 3000 rupees per month which is damn to high.So, rather than this you should go for the Sony Bravia TV they were good and efficient.

I bought two LEDs from Lloyd company and it's been more than two years, I have been using Lloyd products, I was very Happy with the product until I faced issue with product, Customer service and local Lloyd engineers only make false promises and they have wasted my 3 days till now and my complaint is still not resolved for more than two weeks. I will suggest people to think twice before buying any Lloyd products.
