I bought Zync Z919 tablet through Seventymm. The first tablet they shipped, did not have many features declared in specifications on the website, and published on the box, like multitouch screen, youtube video playback etc. Upon complaining many times, they told software need to be upgraded, for which I have to wait for two months. Next two months, they kept delaying responding to my complaints.
I sent tablet to service center, and they claimed product is damaged, and asked me to pay additional around 2500 Rs for tablet worth rs 6000(how ridiculous). When I refused to pay, they sent me another tablet, HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS, without solving any of these, and with a defective charging port.
I had to upgrade the software myself, after lots of troubles. Since then, tablet has gone for service many times, and every time, they send another tablet with even more problems than the previous one. Some of their tablets go dead all of a sudden. Some have faulty charging ports. Some have touchscreens that detect touch at wrong points, and some portions of touchscreen do not respond at all.
I have made more than 50 complaints till date, and have been suffering since nearly one year and they simply refuse to accept any responsibility for their junk quality products, and extremely poor customer service.
Final word - Better donate your money to some charity rather than to Zync, as the product you get will worthless, and customer service will never support you.
