I bought Hcl me Ae7-A1 tablet is worst , First of all I want to tell you my expireance , It seems like big screen this attracted me .when I bought it I used one month , then second month it has gone to strucked .tablet ram is poor and the battery backup is getting down very soon .It has low internal memory .speaker is working good quality .It has 400 grams weight .please think twice, thrice before you buy any hcl products . This tab don't have good service centres .when I had faced problem . Its not good to buy .

I frd the hcl tab is good but its fisplay is not advance future back up is good .ihave een it from myvfrds house .but his tab is not much better I wish the tab shouldcmove fast download but itschang up . more I expect from hcl should improve more .hcl me ae7'1 is not having speacal future but custonervsupport is good

I bought hcl me ae7-a1 because it has big display and look is also cool. But after receive it, it dissapoint me. It work on old version of android and there is also lack of features plus battery backup is not good. There was also hanging problem I face during playing online vedio and game. I love to play heavy games but it really dissapoint me. I will suggest you don't buy this product. There are various tab availabe in the market with amazing features.

HCL ME AE7-A1 is very very bad device .it is a android device it' look is nice but it is not a use full device .it is andriod 4.0( ice cream sandwich) . It's camrar is 2.0 MP and front camara is vga camara .it's camara quality is very bad . It' s service centers is no there in Punjab. It 's screen size is 7.0 inch .it is a big screen but it is bad device

Recently I bought HCL ME AE7-A1.This is from HCL one of the most common and best brand but after purchasing this tablet I think that chinese products are much better than this one. The worsy service peovided by the customer care.

I purchased this product from authorised retailer and got the proper product but after few days I started getting problem in charging. Charging time increases very and tablet was discharged rapidly.And request not to buy this product it's pathetic product of bad quality.

HCL ME is a one of the new brand product of HCL. I purchase this for reading ebooks and watching online course of my study metarials. I really love this tab because when I travel from home to college at the travel time I use this tablet as a reading book.

I was suffing big problem with it after some it hang and show screen problem. When I insert SIM card it second slot it accidently go inner side. I was unable open it. I try to open by some tools. When I show this in shop he told me that It's warranty was finished because I do something from this tablet.

I like this company some product but It HCL ME tablet not good for me.

My first reason to to choose this product its only brand name.

I love online playing game, browsing and watching videos online. So I bought a tablet that is hcl me ae7. I bought it because htc is a well stables brand. But when I use it a found that thus htc tablet is not a good purchase that I made.

I use it around a month. This tab is heavy and not a good build. The plastic on the bach of the tab looks cheap. And the display is now good at least not that good that we see in tables many other companies provide in same budget. And also the processes is weak and some time heat the tablet.

I contacted customer care because my tablet was under warranry of 1 year.

They asked me to bring the tablet at their service centre. I reached there but the receptionist is very rude and showing attitude to customers like he is the king of somewhere. Center is full of customers and not having any seat to sit and have to stand for half an hour. Then I am asking executives to check my device but no one is listening to me after multiple tries they taken my tablet and given me a time of 8-10 days but I got my tablet after a month and the issue was not solved. I wouldn't understood why they did so?

And request not to buy this product it's pathetic product of bad quality.

I am sharing u my personal expriance of HCL ME AE7 Tablets .It has good  price  too lacks all the good features in a tablet.

It has just 256 mb RAM and Battery is also just 2400 mAH that will hardly last 3hrs. Its MRP is 15k. I would suggest to look at cheaper options like Zync, Fujozone etc.

As they are offering much greater features at cheaper prices of around 6k and reliable services like pick and drop warranty. My friend recently bought Zync 990 for around 6.5k and seems satisfied with it, there are deals going on many sites for such tablets.

Please think twice, thrice before you buy any HCL products. It’s tech support and after sales service is pathetic.

They have new service as “HCL Touch” which supposed to give best in class service but it’s not even comparable to any other local service center.

I have HCL ME tablet. It’s screen is damaged and I was trying to find the service center.  First of all they do not have their website updated with correct service center address and number.  Even if you get there is no guarantee that it is correct.

Somehow I could find the service center number and visited it near Ghole road Pune and to my surprise it was nothing better than our any government office. The reception people were so rude with customers as if they are doing favor to customer by attending them.

When I gave the device to executive, I had requested them to check the device before they take into their custody but after multiple asks no one checked it.

They give me the turnaround time of 8-10 days. Because of my earlier above mentioned experience I was sure that I will not get my device on time and hence I started following up from day 6th itself.

Every time the call attender asks below questions

1. Is the device within warranty?

   
   




2. Have you been given any estimates?

   
   

And then keep the call on hold for few seconds and then informed me that device is yet to be repaired.

Then I called second time after few days same process as above and they told me that part is ordered.

Then I called third time after 8 days and I got same answer. That time even the lady told me that the PCB is ordered for your device. I was surprised as there was no damage to any PCB. Then I asked her to give the phone to her senior. That person asked me about the device and problem again and I found that they have not even looked at device for any rectification. When I asked them about repair time then he told me it will take another 8-10 days.

I have sent the email to corporate office but still no response from them

I bought HCL ME V1 tablet considered to be of good reputed company. On the second day its sound was gone and to get the replacement I had to fight for 15 days at many forums. And finally they given me a replacement. In this fight I have lost my 5 half days from my job.

After one month, the new tablet started to hang on its own and its screen developed a small sugar crystal size spot which converted into a line within a two days on its own while charging. After talking to customer care centre, I was told that this is a physical damage and does not come under warranty clause. So I got looted by Rs.7800 with the grace of the "HCL" company and like every common man sitting considering it my fate.

By this forum, I want to tell all of you that never ever buy HCL products, because they are cheap quality and pathetic service as my HCL laptop has also created various issues and I had to throw that away.

HCL me tab y4/y3 is giving meny features.but all features are corrupted. if u buy any HCL products, to aapko daily service center & customer care ke chakar katne honge. na to service center aapko support karega na hi customer care.they always say to u please send a mail we will soon resolve your problem. HCL team customer ko bewkuf samajhti hai. Micromax is many many time better than HCL. mai HCL y4 3 month pahle liya tha or 45days se service center me repair ke liye para hai. service center wale hamesa 10 days ka time dete hai or bolte hai customer care se baat kare, or customer care wale hamesa 1 week time dete hai or bolte hai dispatch me hai.mai aapko, aapke dosto ko or aapke family ko sagest karunga kahi bhi HCL ke koi bhi product na kharide or na hi kisi ko kharidne de.
