The ingenuineness of this review appears doubtful. Justify your opinion.
I feel this review is:
When I install the winamp beta 3 music software in my pc then sign in With winamp web and then I using the first. Firstly I play mp3 music to check the equalizer setting then it was good and then I play avi video file in winamp and when it played the error show that(error code is WPBUVSK in case you need it) then I contact to helpline of winamp corporation and they says that company developer not working yet with it sorry for this.
In 2015 winamp software's launch their best version of player named winamp 3 beta version 2.0.8 it easier to use and fastest to play for all format.
But in reality is not.
So my personal opinion with you that don't install it only just waste of time use your windows player for playing music and videos it is good for you.

Slow. Buggy. Inconsistent interface elements all across. All familiar shortcuts that we got so used to over the past three years, all gone. All the older plugins and skins redundant with the release of this version.
On the good part, it has a good playlist that lets you sort songs by album or genre - something I've always wanted in Winamp. But there are 2.x plugins that do exactly this, and integrate into Winamp in a much better way. Winamp3 also supports freeform skins, which let you really change the apppearance, but I prefer fixed shape skins because I know exactly where the controls and displays are, so I don't get lost. Its difficult to get used to the creativity of freeform skinners as soon as you switch the skins..
Winamp 2.x for me. Forever.
I have been a Winamp user for couple of years and can only say one thing. Winamp Rocks!!! Now, the upgrade to 3.0 is ok if you want to be in style but not necessarily. I reached this conclusion because of
Winamp 3 is now official. It isn't a beta release anymore and I didn't experience any bugs. The equalizer works.
There is a new inclusion called Thinger. Its got an Advanced Visual Studio (AVS) which gets you as close to a disco at home. Turn of the lights, play some beats, turn on AVS, set to fullscreen mode and you're on a roll. Pretty amazing stuff.
Winamp now got a crossfade option. Your songs now don't need to end for the next one to start. They just get playing continuously without interruption. Now don't get surprised when playing your songs for the first time cuz by default, crossfade is enabled. When throwing a party, match AVS with crossfade and get a blast.
WA3 can now play mpg and mpeg's (right). You can watch your personal video mpeg's and avi's. Pretty good. The clarity of the picture is great and no less than what I get from windows media player. It can also play .avi files. Compare that to media player. Most of the time it's got a codec problem with avi's and even if you have one, picture quality sucks big time.
Winamp has always got nice skins. But WA3 skins rule. Skins no longer need to be rectangle shaped. They can be anything. Not convinced? Check out at the skins section in winamp.com. The Austin Powers in Gold Member skin is particularly impressive.
As you can see, all these cool things are not necessary if you just want to hear music and in the old fashioned way.
Now, for the negatives
Try doing this in WA2. Check the shuffle and repeat options on, start playing a song, and then delete the song from the playlist window. The song still continues to play. Ok, now add another song using the menu options for adding a new file. The new song plays automatically after the current one ends. This was one feature I use a lot. But, do this in WA3, and you have to play the new song again. Imagine the inconvenience when you are busy with something else. Sucks.
The new playlist window in WA3 get me a lot confused at start. Its got both files and playlist boxes within that one. This thing was like a divided box and I couldn't see my file names completely. But not a big problem. Click on the uncheck button to the left of the playlist and your file list will be as good as you desired.
Sucks again when you want to add your own IDV3 tags. No support for tabs in the IDV3 window. Means you have to click with the mouse to proceed to fill the next field. Another big inconvenience.
When checked on, the automatic option in the equalizer adjusts your settings to default for every new song though you select a preset. How could they forget that?
Having said that, I still think that the above inconveniences are just a matter of time. After all, WA has been entertaining me for years. No player I used comes as far better as it and in my experience, X.0 versions of any software are always not so good. I shall wait for WA 3.1 to get these fixed. Hail Nullsoft for making us such a great media player.
YOUR RATING ON
Review Winamp 3 beta 1 love build # 448 The most popular MP3 player just got better. Well that's what the guys at Nullsoft say anyway. Still in its beta mode, there has been a number of changes especially in the way options are accessed. The main control window and equalizer is still there but no sign of the very useful play list window.
It has been replaced by a new window called the ''thinger''. From here you can access all of winamp's options. First time users (and even faithful followers of older winamp versions) may find themselves lost in the interface. The play list can be accessed from here. A media library has been included that allows you to sort your songs by type (Just like in windows media player). The classic visualization options are still there. There is a new visualization studiothat comes with a huge collection of visualizations. Also the studio allows you to change all possible aspects of the visualization. It also adds a new beat detection optionwhich allows you to see those ''oomphs'' in the song (finally!).
There is a database explorer that allows you to query your system for songs that match a certain criteria. It showed no signs of working when I tried to use it.. Support for shoutcast has been included. Winamp3 now allows you to write your own scripts to interact with the UI. Which brings me to wasabi. Wasabi is a completely configurable system for building skinnable applications, quickly and easily. It is written in C++ with some assembly code for optimizations. Wasabi allows developers to control every aspect of the interface. We will be seeing more of this when a wasabi-only SDK is released. The skins now come with a .wal extension. Part of the wasabi specification I guess. Some of the old .wsz and .zip skins do work. Some of them even managed to crash the program.
The program comes with its share of bugs. It freezes very often. You lose control of the interface at times. Several of the new features are not fully functional. The preset button on the equalizer does nothing. So should you change to winamp3? I don't think so. Not yet anyway. Not until they have ironed out the bugs, and maybe improve the accessibility a bit. Until then I am sticking to winamp2. Moreover the casual user would never feel the need to move over to winamp3.
