Transcend Pendrives

In current generation there is no girl or a boy who doesn't have a usb drive. yes this has became so essential in our daily life. till today I would have changed nearly 4-5 pen drives after loosing all those, though I have lost those pen drive I never tried to change to other brand, that's the trust impact Transcend have created on me.

I have used Transcend since the 2 gb version to 32 gb usb 3.0 version, I think this is the only brand that gives around 12-15 mbps transfer on usb 2.0 ports. in fact its really good speed compared to other brands. no need to mention usb 3.0 speeds they are 5 times faster than usb 2.0. saying about the reliability they are good in built until unless you loose them all the way. its better to tie these to our important keys. if any one is planning to buy one go for the dual usb where we can connecto our mobiles as well. I had purchased this pendrive 1 year ago.Its an 8 GB pendrive worth 450 Rs.

From The day I started using the device I was never disappointed.Its still working as good as new. As I told before It works as good as new and It still gives good read/write speed .(This speed is also subject to the performance of one's system, If your system is slow, please don't blame it on the device). The device is too light and small.This device works well in all the platform I used.It works especially well if the system has a linux OS.

Try on such a system and you'll see what I'm talking about.(The system recognizes the device quite instantly when plugged in, whereas in windows it takes atleast 10 sec for the folder window to pop up).There is nothing dislikeable in this device, yet if someone points a gun to my head and forces me to point one out, I'd say it has a dull design. Anybody having 450 Rs  and who knows how to work with files on a system can use this device.Its very user-friendly.

When you think of pen-drives am sure the first name that comes into your mind is Transcend. They are simply the best and most trusted company when it comes to pen drives. They market it well too and probably that is the reason they sell well.

They are available in many design and memory sizes. I have 8 of them currently. I also have pendrives from Sony and Sandisk but I like Transcend ones best. Most of Transcend products are very good in quality and durable.

I have seen only one Transcend pendrive go bad in my life, that too because it was used roughly and might have broken something inside it.

The prices are also reasonable, and at par with other brands. There are cheaper comparable products available but they are not of same quality.

Verdict: Buy one without any worry!

When it comes to external storage media, I don't trust Transcend that much. Probably because I bought my first pendrive from transcend. Upon use I figured out that the read/write speed is very slow. Whereas Kingston, Strontium and other pendrives are much faster.

It fell down from my hand once and has never worked since. I went to the transcend store in Nehru Place, they refused to replace it. I don't know for what reason. So I would say that that transcend is not a very good quality pendrive and there are much better products in market with lesser or same price you can try out.

It is very good pendrive I have ever used. It had a lot of space for the documents to store. Transcend pendrives are very popular due to its lifetime warranty & also waterproof. It is very easy to carry such type of pendrives in watery areas.

It provides good transfer rate in copying data from one to another which is quite faster than others. I using this product from 3 years.

I purchased this item a month back and the writing speed goes upto 20 MBPS which is Unbeatable and Transcend as always is the Best!

The Retractability of this model is the one point where I found it was a better option. My previous drives were not as efficient too! The pen drive is easy to carry and is quite tough.

If you want a fast flash drive, then this is the thing look no further as the saying goes "more options more confusion" and I have heard from my other friends the product is worth its money and is working very efficiently.

Never buy transcend products as they don't have after sale services in India. I bought 8GB DDR3 RAM of Transcend and within one month it stop working.

Flipkart guided me to contact there services center in Nehru Place, New Delhi, I submitted the RAM to center on 21 May 2014 and now it goes over 6 month and service center said, "Your request is still pending, " I think it will never come to me, now I have bought new one.

I had bought the Transcend pendrive of 4GB from 100bestbuy. They had given the stipulated time of delivery as 7 days. But I have received the product with in 4 days. Its having Fully compatible with Hi-speed USB 2.0 interface,

SAY NO TO TRANSCEND PRODUCTS! As far as product is functioning in working condition you are the lucky one! The day the moment product/item goes faulty you are in deep trouble as Transcends LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS ONLY ON PAPER AND REPEATEDLY SAID AND PROMISED BY SELLER WHEN SELLING IT YOU. But when it comes to actually claiming warranty you will find absolutely no one for repairing or replacement service. Transcend will say go to their retailer or distributor and vice versa...SO SAD!

My 32GB Micro SD Card went faulty and I am struggling n juggling between transcend and its Indian distributors for simple support repair/replacement service. Below emails exchange thread says it all..............

Its been quite some time that i have been rolling running between manufacturer and distributor partners with time money effort loss.

it is hard to accept and believe that how company like "Transcend" has such a poor service system.

As a consumer when product goes faulty there has to be proper replacement/repair option in place as promised during product purchase,

so that a consumer get sort of satisfaction even if his/her item goes faulty!

Also i really expect someone out there who can put himself or herself in consumers shoes and do/act rather than throwing all that standard formatted emails responses....

As Indians we are closely bounded through massive societies/communities and in this market every product make or build its brand-name through

word of mouth, so with poor consumer service it will not take no time for any brand to perish!

It has to be uttermost factor that consumer issues are looked into at a higher priority all the time, , for that very reason brands like samsung, lg etc has survived over decades without a denting damaging image.

So request you to please "DO" rather than say!!!
