Dear Mr. Goenka,
Greetings for the Day!
With great pain I write to you today,
This is in context to the most Third Class and Rude Behaviour of the Staff( Deepak, Rupali, Raj) of Rajlaxmi and the Director himself, who doesn’t seem to care weather an existing customer has issues, or why are they trying to reach him.
They have passed and are free to pass on rude comments to customer, and also challenge the professionalism of the customer, in the most unprofessional way. Rude Message that I have received from Mr. Deepak by SMS I can share only with you Mr. Goenka, and Rude attitude from other staff( Rupali, Raj), and the Director doesn't seem to care, why a customer is trying to reach him.
I have tried n number of times, on his mobile, and he is least interested, and not coming on the phone to understand what is the problem and issues
Mr. Deepak, has passed on personal comments and also message which is not acceptable.
They probably have become too big, that they have developed a condescending attitude towards customers.
The whole attitude is that they have brought the customers, and forgotten the fact that its us customers, because of which they run an organisation, and also that the same people get their salaries, and they run their house hold eat their meals, on our money which we pay to them.
But the attitude that this company has is otherwise
Please black list such organisations, who has such third class behaviour.
Trust my words and instincts, by being associated to this company tally solutions will invite criticisms. And bad reputation, and probably may shut down too.
