I feel this review is:
A good media player but has lot of area of improvements. Below are some points in which this player can make betterments.
Many of the options appear in chinese even when using english version. Has lot of problems while loading subtitles from size to sync. Playlist is very clumsy to use and can be improved to a user friendly viewing. Has very few advanced features for people who want to tweak a thing or two, they've to provide full control to the users. Entire folder gets added to the playlist when one file is added from the same.
Some key feature of this player are as follows. Has a support for wide range of video formats. Works fast and well. Interface is intuitive and elegant. HD videos are well supported.
Overall, Splayer is a decent player for beginners and not for advanced users.
